• Michael (8/5): - This is an older historic hotel with tight stairs and small rooms. The double and two twin beds take up a lot of floor area so things were tight. This was what we expected for the price and location though, so all good! Mohammed made our check-in and check-out process super easy and even had treats to offer our kids. It was very easy to get to/from the Paddington station with our roller luggage. There is probably a good reason to make the bed frames go all the way to the ground, but it made an already small room feel more cramped because your feet can't go under the bed while standing at it. We often were tripping over our luggage.
• Mark (8/5): Great choice for a night in London - Great location, a short walk from Paddington station. Nice neighborhood. Reception staff Muhammed and Litsa were very helpful and friendly 😀 Room is basic but still fine for a night in wonderful London.

• Blakeway (10/5): Gracious Attentive Hosts - Perfect Location! - A great little find of a hotel, close to Paddington Station. Found it with ease. Reception guys are lovely and I met the owners who are also very nice people (Litsa - a lovely lady who even offered one of the guys to take my luggage to Paddington for me!) Nothing too much trouble. I stayed there for a night prior to my Italy trip and then again on my return. I was in two different rooms but the comfiness of the beds translated into both rooms. Nice hot showers, ample plug sockets for charging. Extremely quiet as I was 'at the back of the hotel' and couldn't hear any traffic noise whatsoever, slept really well! It was a very pleasant stay and I will definitely visit again. Breakfast is served two doors down, but that is not a biggie in the scheme of things.

• Vicky (8/5): Exceptional service, lovely owners, and a very comfortable stay. - I loved my stay. The owners were absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome. The cleaners did a great job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. I also loved the thoughtful touch of providing water. The service was exceptional, and I would definitely stay again if I return. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

I was given 2 bottles of water on arrival, tea & cake were on offer, and I was also given a complimentary breakfast at their sister hotel. Nothing was too much trouble.?

• alessandro (10/5): Gentilezza e ottima posizione - La posizione è comodissima, pochi minuti dalla stazione del treno e della metro di Paddington, la stanza pulita ma quello che colpisce ancora di più è la gentilezza del personale. Ogni volta che entravo e uscivo venivo salutato col sorriso e mi veniva chiesto se volevo te o caffè. Servizio di custodia zaino gratis (sembra normale ma non è sempre così in Uk). Eccellente davvero

• ProFoodist (10/5): Perfect location, friendly staff - The location is perfect. The hotel is situated in a nice area, where you can go for a lovely walk to find wonderful places to eat, but just a street away from Paddington station to catch all sorts of public transport (buses, metro, train). The hotel is clean, everything is in order and the whole staff is very welcoming and helpful. There's no elevator, but they helped us with our bigger luggage. The complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits are a really nice touch and well appreciated. We had an early flight, hence arrived well before our room was available. Despite that, as the room was ready, we could use it to refresh, before going to the city. We had the same experience when checking out - they kept our luggage safe, till we set off to the airport. We owe a big thank you to the whole staff for their impeccable manners and hospitality, especially Mohammed for helping our departure. We would happily return this place, during our next time in London. I can say nothing negative, really.

Also gave us information were to go for visiting. Beds were fantastic so comfortable and clean great nights sleep. Highly recommended a warm family greeting Would be lovely to have a kettle in the room.

• Leo van der Weijden (3/5): Hele slechte staat van de kamer, locatie en medewerkers goed. - Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam medewerkers achter de receptie. De deur ging niet open met de pas, iemand kwam meteen naar boven met een werkende pas. Lampen in de badkamer kapot; iemand liep meteen mee om het te maken. De locatie was echt top, rustige buurt (voor Londense begrippen) en perfecte uitvalsbasis naast een (metro)station om de stad te verkennen. De staat van de kamer was echt niet goed! Heel erg slecht onderhouden; lampen in de badkamer beide kapot toen we aankwamen, kluis werkte niet, slot deur was niet goed, gordijnen hingen er half bij, gaten in de handdoeken. Daarnaast achterstallig onderhoud aan meubels, vloer en schilderwerk.

• Anne (8/5): Pleasant, I'd stay there again - Friendly reception, room clean and tidy. Bathroom clean too with soap. Situation in a nice part of London, very convenient to Paddington station. Although there was tea and coffee (and cake!) in reception, there were no facilities for making tea or coffee in the room itself. Being on the fourth floor would make it tricky to carry drinks up stairs. Also, thankfully I travel light as there is no lift. (Understandable in an older building in London)

• Jaxandmogs (7/5): A bit pricey, but OK - Friendly welcome and good location. Bedroom was clean and tidy with plenty of towels. Complete with desk, chair and TV whether you're planning on working or relaxing in the room. Toilet seat wasn't fixed properly and my husband had to reattach it. We were also located on the 4th floor, which was a hike up the stairs as no lift. Fine for us, but one to be aware of. We had good weather, but having to walk a couple of doors down to the next hotel for breakfast is a little odd and cold in more wintery months!

• Tom (4/5): Not worth going back. - Staff was friendly enough. The hotel is in a very good area - very close to Paddington Station. The room was very small which I expected but smaller than most NYC hotel rooms. There was very little room to get into the bed I usually just climbed in from the foot of the bed. The bathroom was extremely tiny and I am not a big guy. The sink was the smallest sink I have seen in a very long time. The room was in the basement. I did have a window but it looked out onto a staircase in the back of the building. Mattress was not great - soft and I am glad to not be sleeping on it tonight. Electrical switches did not always work. The bathroom light above the sink never came on. There was construction noise very early in the morning - 6 AM - next door I believe. You can hear the trains underground up to a certain time at night. There was no heat during the day. The heat did come on about 7 PM but was not on when I woke up.

• Renata (9/5): Vale a pena! - Fui na primavera de 2026. Fiquei em uma duplo simples e meus pais em um quarto duplo. A localização é maravilhosa. A estação Paddington fica muito mais próxima do que parece olhando no mapa. Os quartos são confortáveis: cama boa, chuveiro bom e ainda tem a opção de tomar café da manhã no hotel ao lado por 8 libras (preço ótimo para região) O aquecedor no quarto dos meus pais não funcionava. Durante a manhã e à noite, fazia 7 graus. Havia também um vazamento no box do banheiro deles (a porta do box nao vedava bem e molhava o banheiro).

• Gustavo (10/5): Gran opción para moverse por Londres - La ubicación es, sin duda, el punto fuerte. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de Paddington, lo cual es comodísimo porque pasan muchas líneas de metro y, sobre todo, por la conexión directa con el aeropuerto de Heathrow (LHR). Además, en la zona hay muchísimos pubs, restaurantes y tiendas para comprar comida rápida. Por último, destacar al personal: son sumamente amables y siempre están atentos a lo que necesites. Si bien las habitaciones están bien aisladas del ruido exterior de la calle, se escucha mucho lo que pasa en el pasillo, por lo que si tienes vecinos que hablan fuerte o salen temprano de su habitación, se oye absolutamente todo y llega a ser molesto si quieres seguir durmiendo.
• Gaspar (8/5): Yo repetiría. - La ubicación es perfecta, junto a la estación de Paddington en la que puedes coger el metro directo para el tren del aeropuerto y se pueden coger las principales líneas de metro de Londres. Aparte líneas de bus urbano a 200 metros con las que puedes ir a los principales sitios. También sitios para comer y desayunar. Las instalaciones no son la gran cosa, pero cumplen.
