Lo staff era molto gentile e la qualità del sonno perfetta (letto molto comodo, cuscini comodi, silenzio). Molto pulito (compatibilmente con la moquette). Ovviamente non c’era il bidet, (ma non pensavo di trovarlo!), c’era la moquette dappertutto ma soprattutto il lavandino del bagno era piccolo e con due rubinetti separati e questo rendeva molto difficile persino lavarsi i denti.

However on arrival we were given a room at the front of the house which meant neither of us slept much.

The person at reception didn't let us know there was a lift available. We discovered it, after climbing three flights of stairs with our bags!!

I would stay again if the price was right We stayed on the top floor and it was sooo hot! The shower was very outdated and pressure was very weak. Floor boards were very creaky could hear other people move around.

Parking is a problem and parking garage discount ok but could be better. Beds were saggy and not comfortable.

Il lavandino con due piccoli rubinetti separati (uno per l’acqua fredda e uno per la calda) risultava un po’ scomodo. Si sentiva un po’ di rumore dalla strada, dovuto al passaggio dei tram, ma nulla di insopportabile.

- Claire (3/5): Over priced for what you get - The staff were all pleasant. The room was very clean and tidy, though fairly standard. The bed was comfortable. When we arrived, the shower head fell off in the shower. We had to call maintenance to fix it, which wasn’t a great first impression.
