• Jeffrey (1/5): - Citadines is well located, between Embankment tube station and Trafalgar Square. The room was clean a day comfy and reasonably sized considering we were I London. After we checked out, we stored our bags in reception for the day, as we had a night time flight. I was certain I put a small bundle of my cards in a bag, but may have left them on the bed (if they fell out of the bag before I zipped it up). Regardless, my debit card was used at St James station to buy $450 worth of travel cards and $150 cash was taken from the card wallet. A bit annoyed to say the least!

• Sonja (4/5): Super Lage aber sehr sehr laut - Super Lage Es ist sehr laut. Ist die Lüftung (Heizung) an, Versteht man kaum sein eigenes Wort. Das Fenster ist nicht isoliert, es lässt die Kälte und vor allem den wirklich unglaublichen Strassenlärm herein. Das Zimmer wirkt auf den Bildern modern, ist aber alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Kissen sind schrecklich. Die Rezeptionisten können nicht grüssen und nicht lächeln.

• Simone (8/5): Good hotel in the heart of london - Position top, just behind Trafalgar Square. The receptionists were polite and professional, and the luggage storage service was excellent. A very spacious two-level apartment with a kitchen, costing around £200 per night in May. We stayed for 3 nights. They never come to clean and replace the stuff like thea, sugar, water. They never changed bathroom stuff. They never clean room and never made our bed. This was very bad and incorrect.

Location, staff and convenience of having a kitchenette. In my room the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were slow to drain and the water pressure in the shower was not great.

La habitación studio contaba con más espacio y una cocina y microondas para comer o desayunar lo que nos permitio tener más libertad. También había cafés de cortesía. Recomendable para estadías en Londres Siendo una modalidad tipo apart no te limpian la habitación todos los días. Si tomas más de 4 días hay una limpieza.
• Anya (10/5): Great value and friendly staff. - There is a fancy coffee machine in the lobby with lattes, cappuccinos, etc. The front desk was extremely nice, holding onto our bags so we could sightsee until our room was ready and even really going out of their way to help me print a document that was behaving weirdly with their printer (thanks, Salwad!) The room was comfortable and the price for the location was fantastic! No complaints. For the price, super happy with this booking.

• Thredy (7/5): Citadines May 2026 - Staff were very busy, but pleasant. Room 706 was small, but airy and bright Location was extremely busy and noisy with sirens, buskers, bank holiday makers, tourists, motorcycles, car horns, etc. More attention to detailed cleaning of the bathroom tiles would be nice. The grout between the tiles in the shower, and on the floor needed some bleach applied with a bit of elbow grease and a stiff scrubbing brush.

• Andreea (9/5): Super - The hotel is in an excellent location, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. There are also shops, markets, restaurants, cafés, and convenient access to the metro, buses, and sightseeing buses nearby. The studio included two European power outlets. Complimentary coffee at the reception was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay. There was a lot of noise from cars and ambulances throughout the night. The windows could have better sound insulation. The toilet was positioned oddly, facing the wall instead of being aligned with the rest of the bathroom, which made it feel somewhat cramped and uncomfortable to use.

The apartment though a good size was tired and actually not very clean. The breakfast while adequate was akin to a high school cafeteria.

• Rien (6/5): Zeer matig. - De locatie was perfect Het was buiten slechts 18 graden maar in de hotelkamer 23,7 graden. Niet te doen en geen airco. Er was ventilatie maar die maakte zoveel lawaai dat we deze zelfs overdag niet gebruikt hebben. Het gaf op de een of andere manier ook geen enkele verkoeling. Verder was het niet heel schoon en de kamers waren duidelijk uitgeleefd.

The staff at breakfast were particularly unfriendly and unhelpful. I was directed to sign the breakfast register with no greeting at all, and then directed to sign again about 5 minutes later. All of this despite myself and other guests doing their best to be cheery and polite. My bathroom was not cleaned adequately, with hair, presumably from a previous guest, left on the toilet and floor.

Although you advertise that you are suitable for disabled people, that is not strictly true? Not all rooms are accessible, the shower was not accessible, and we had to use the back door and try to get help to put the ramp out for a wheelchair.

• allison (7/5): Ok for one or two nights but nothing longer - Location very central great for work and places to eat in the evenings Beds not comfy , bed linen cheap , difficult to enter when travelling with a very heavy suit case as you need a key fob and there are three steps which are very narrow depth so cant manoeuvre the suit case up into the lobby . The corridor also smelt of fish on two of the days I stayed there I’m guessing because there is a kitchenette in the room . The fridge was also very noisy through the night

• Mandy (9/5): Good location, large rooms - Hotel was in a great location, close to landmarks as well as two underground stations. Check in was easy and they were able to accommodate twin beds as requested. Room was much larger than expected, with a window and an enclosed bathroom (no glass seethrough walls here!) The beds were far from comfortable, with flat pillows and an awkward dip in the middle. We did not get breakfast, but is also on quite a busy street so being on the street could cause some issues.

• Maria (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. The studio was clean and very spacious, with modern furniture and amenities. Complimentary bottled water. Breakfast: the food was decent, but the breakfast room was quite small for the number of guests. It felt crowded and not a very relaxing way to start the day. Remember to bring ear plugs! My room was facing the street and there was a lot of noise from cars and ambulances throughout the night. The windows could have better sound insulation.
