Das Frühstück in sehr angenehmen Ambiente war sehr gut, samt ungewöhnlich nettem Service ( Herr Peter ) Der Kaffee in der Minibar und eine Flasche Wasser pro Tag könnten complimentary sein. Das kann man in einem Hotel dieser Klasse durchaus erwarten.

- JasKP85 (10/5): Hidden gem in Berlin! - We stayed at the Hotel Luc for 4 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. The service from start to finish was nothing less than excellent. The location is excellent; a quieter part of town but still a 15 min walk to the Brandenburg Gate with plenty of UBahn and bus routes nearby. We were allocated a queen room with a balcony that overlooked the stunning view of the TV tower and the French dome. The bathroom was a bit on the small side but the bed was big and comfortable. The room had all of the usual modcons you’d expect for a premium hotel. However the best thing about the hotel is the people who work in it; everyone from reception, the restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff were amazing. Massive shout out to the breakfast team, Sebastian and Loc who were professional and polite at all times. Breakfast had an excellent selection with made to order options as well a very well stocked buffet. We wouldn’t hesitate staying at the hotel Luc again - it’s a hidden gem!

No request was too much trouble for them. The reception staff were very helpful and we really felt we were getting a 5* experience. The location was excellent for seeing the main sights and to be able to access underground trains. Maybe a swimming pool, but not sure if that would be necessary given we were in Berlin for sightseeing, but it’s probably the only thing that could be added.

There was no air conditioning because of the age of the building, which is no problem. But we weren’t informed of that and there was a fan system that had aircon type controls. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra . Fatalny zwyczaj / nie tylko w tym hotelu / pobierania tzw. kaucji w wysokości 75 euro od osoby, która może być zwrócona nawet po 14 dniach. / informacja od recepcjonistki /. Jest to zakładanie z góry, że klient jest nieuczciwy i wyjedzie bez rozliczenia. Na szczęście nie wszystkie hotele to stosują.

Breakfast was really good and service superb. We stayed in a queen room with balcony which had a spectacular view but was smaller than expected and lacked storage space. Shower was powerful and bathroom roomy. Temperature control in the room was hard. We found it too hot (and I’m someone who’s always cold) and couldn’t drop the temp below 19c. Room was quiet. Stayed for the Berlin Half Marathon and was perfect for that.

I paid 232 euro for just one breakfast. They claimed that once you accept breakfast, it's for the whole stay and the whole family. So, we had breakfast only the first day but had to pay for the whole stay even we didn't have breakfast in the following days. When I told them, the guy just answered that's the rule and he couldn't do anything........german flexibility ... The breakfast deal was a pure scam

It wasn't possible to get temperature below 23 degrees. Staff said that there is no airco but top cooling. I opened the window so it was ok, but come on this is one of the hotel basics especially in 5-star territory..

- 626mk (10/5): Great place to stay - We stayed at Hotel Luc during a five day break to Berlin in March and really enjoyed both the hotel and Berlin. The hotel is well located in walking distance of many sites and also has very good transport links close by. There was a lovely welcome at reception and all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A particular shout out to the Breakfast staff who are excellent at what they do, extremely friendly and have a good sense of humour 10/10 Our hotel room was very comfortable with a lovely view and had everything we needed for our stay. Well done to all at Hotel Luc and thank you for a great stay.

The hotel is clean, the rooms well appointed and the front desk staff quite helpful. The simple yet edgy decor adds to the ambience.

Bu konaklamanın ödemesini önceden yapmıştım, ama otele girer girmez ekstra 300 EUR kredi kartımdan para çekildi açıklamaları ise otelde yemek yer içki içerseniz bu paradan düşecekleri oldu, bu benim için çok aşağılayıcı ve can sıkıcı bir durumdu, ben bir hizmet almak ister ve alırsam bunun ödemesini yaparım, otel içinde peşin ödeme almıyorsan bunu odama yazar benden çıkışta talep edersin, peşin para istenmesi ve bunun rezervasyon aşamasında belirtilmemesi ve sana o aşamada seçenek bırakılmamasını ne otele nede Booking firmasına yakıştıramadım, hırsız muamelesi görmek hiç hoşuma gitmedi, 4 geceliğine 1000 eur ödediğim bir otelin gece odada su olmaması sebebi ile resepsiyona inip bir bardak su isteyen eşime 4.5 euro ya su satmasıda inanın içler acısıydı, işletmenin doğru işletildiğini düşünmüyorum.

Service and food quality excellent. A room on the upper floors looking East towards the square has fascinating views of the intricate architectural details on the buildings nearby. The 3rd time I have visited and will do so again. Thanks you Team Luc!

- Thomas Menzenbach (7/5): Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, gastronomisch jedoch absolut nicht zu empfehlen - Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt. Frühstück gut und Service sehr aufmerksam, besonders der Herr mit der Glatze, Respekt! Zimmer sehr klein. Dinner immer Heritage für die Preisgestaltung qualitativ nicht gut und der Service absolut unterirdisch. Das krasse Gegenteil zum Frühstückspersonal, eigentlich schon unverschämt. Wir hätten gerne noch etwas getrunken wurden aber einfach nicht mehr beachtet. Die Lautstärke von der offenen angrenzenden Bar passt auch nicht. Alles in allem absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

- KathleenMetcalfe (10/5): A gem of a hotel! - Everything about this hotel seemed just right. The decor was very pleasing — somehow both modern and traditional. I went with a friend and we both loved it. Our rooms were very comfortable—even a window that opened. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the food was particularly delicious. The location was excellent for what we wanted, which was the offer house and the museum Island. I look forward to returning!

- Bruno (8/5): Un séjour très agréable, hotel très bien situé, très bonne literie et très bon petit déjeuner - L'hotel est très bien situé, en plein centre ville, et de nombreux sites historiques et culturels sont accessibles à pied. Nous avons très peu utilisé le métro. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. L'hotel a un petit côté décalé-chic dans la déco très sympa.

From the moment we arrived, the service stood out – the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The food was excellent. Breakfast was high quality with a great selection, and we were especially impressed by the lunch menu, which felt a step above what you’d normally expect from a hotel restaurant. The location is fantastic, close to everything, and the views from the room were superb. As a Platinum member, we felt truly valued and were pleasantly surprised with a nice room upgrade. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would happily return.
