La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, y el personal fue muy colaborativo y amable durante toda la estancia. El baño era un poco pequeño y el ascensor demasiado reducido. Además, la habitación resultó algo estrecha para cuatro personas.

La chambre c’est un désastre l’état du matelas noir jaune n’en parlons pas et puis les murs on dirait de la merde dessus l’état des meubles ça tient pas debout et les plinthes ne tiennent même pas. Ça tombe tout seul. Franchement à fuir !!! Dommage que je n’ai pas pris de photos
• Marta (5/5): Słabo - Lokalizacja Łazienka tak mała że nie mozna usiąść na wc bo jest ściana. Umywalka tak samo. Nie mozna umyć rąk. Winda i schody porażka. Winda na 1 osobie lub 1 duza walizkę. Mieliśmy pokoj na 5 piętrze więc albo my albo walizka. Schody bardzo małe i strome. Śniadanie to bułki z wypieku -ale odliczone 2 na osobę. Do tego masło, dżem i biały serek. To wszystko!!

Completo, com iogurtes, frutas, paes (meio regulados), ovos, nutella, cafe, leite e sucos. Hotel antigo. Ficamos no 4° andar. Tem um elevador q cabe 1 pessoa por vez. Quarto minúsculo e wc pequeno.

Bus 95, tram 3a and metroline is in walking distance. Price is very nice and I will come here back again if we have a group trip to Paris. -

• Rita (5/5): Não foi mau de todo mas em relação ao preço foi muito caro. - O que mais gostei no alojamento foi o facto de a recepcionista mina ( acho que é esse o nome) ter sido super acolhedora e ajudar nos em tudo. Não gostei do quarto que nos foi atribuído, pois foi atribuído um quarto em que o duche tinha perfeitas marcas de uso e de nada novo. O cortinado do duche estava muito amarelo horrível!, a tv não funcionava e a cama era dividida em dois, então para dormirmos como casal não era muito confortável. A “cabeceira” era um banco, e a mesa que tínhamos para colocar algumas coisas simplesmente roda riscada e cheia de manchas. Roupeiro não existia para colocarmos as coisas, só um bengaleiro para os casacos. O chuveiro não funcionava bem, a água caía toda pelo cordão. E não saía pelos buracos como um chuveiro normal. Encontramos também uma meia na varanda assim que chegamos, e reparamos que não havia grande limpeza. No mínimo para ter pago quase 400€ acho que foi lamentável. O pequeno almoço não muito variado. Só a base de pão, croassant, e não muito mais, nem ovos, nem bacon, nem nada de um pequeno almoço uauu, mas melhor que nada. Perdi uma pulseira no hotel muito importante para mim e cara pedi para na receção para poderem ver se encontravam, não senti muita vontade da parte da equipa em tentar resolver a situação, pelo contrário, senti que se a encontraram também não faziam questão de devolver.

• Kirsten (4/5): Dirty and broken - Location was convenient, ish. Still had to take the metro to get anywhere. Rooms were large Black mold covered the showers, and I mean covered. It made me sick. The shower head was broken, which I noticed in another review from years ago so astonishing that hasn’t been fixed. Keycard didnt work. Took three tries before they just had to reprogram it. I expected quirks from an hotel in an old city, like the stairs having holes in them, or plumbing coming out of the walls (but sealed up) bc it’s been renovated more times than I have fingers, or the key card taking a few tries to work. Understandable. But the shower issues were entirely fixable and in their control. Some mold remover and a new $5 holder is quite unacceptable. For $280USD for a weekend (albeit, we later realized it was the marathon weekend) I was really unimpressed If you’re reading this, go somewhere else

Ya se sabe que le haría falta una reforma pero relación-calidad precio en mi caso fue muy satisfactoria en una habitación cuádruple privada con baño incluido. De antemano ya sabía que sería pequeña pero buscaba algo no muy alejado solo para hacer noche y salir desayunados los 4. De noche descansamos sin problemas sin ruidos de otros huéspedes. Destaco: *Limpio, al segundo día cambio toallas. *Buena calefacción, incluso cerré el radiador. *Buena presión de agua y caliente. *Desayuno mejor de lo esperado. *Trato amable de los empleados. *Recepción 24 horas. *Guardaequipajes gratuíto.

• sarah (2/5): Horrible pillows and bed. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The floor looks wood but is not it is a strange velvet. When I arrived at the room the bed was disgusting looking, the sheets were stained and the mattress was sooooo sunken. The room was so hot and you could not change this. Both nights I was woken at 12 by people screaming in the hallway. The second night there was men shouting and running in the hallway. It was quite scary as a solo female traveller it made me feel unsafe. I would not recommend especially for the price. I had to ask for new pillows as the pillows were shredded and lumpy. They did give me them but they were the same lump wise as before. I have never slept on such bad pillows they really need to clean it.

• Carola (7/5): Hotel carino con personale molto disponibile ed accogliente. ideale se siete persone "alla buona" - la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, la metro è raggiungibile molto facilmente con una passeggiata di 10 minuti anche con due bambini di 5 e 6 anni. La colazione ha forse un po' poca scelta, ma comunque i croissant sono deliziosi! in camera mancava un appoggio diverso dal letto e non c'era nemmeno un attaccapanni. io avrei gradito avere un tavolino ed almeno una sedia.
• Meral (1/5): - The staff were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel in Paris was extremely disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was a serious issue. There were hairs on the bed, and the bed itself was broken. We were afraid to even move during the night because it made noise with every small movement. The room was also very stuffy and had a strong, unpleasant smell. Although we had made a reservation for 5 days, we could only stay for 1 night due to the very poor hygiene conditions and had to leave early. The only positive aspect was that the staff were friendly and polite. However, this does not make up for the lack of cleanliness and comfort. We would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in hygiene and maintenance.

Móveis quebrados; Não tem guarda-roupa; Lâmpadas queimadas ou não funcionando; O café da manhã mesmo sendo pago a parte somente no primeiro dia é que teve todas as coisas. O elevador é para somente duas pessoas e de pouco peso cada, não comporta nem mesmo uma mala grande e também sem conservação. Cobram 0,25 € por copo descartável; Funcionário de mau humor e fazendo pouco caso para com os hóspedes.

Keine Möglichkeit etwas anzuhängen, schwarzer Schimmel an den Fenstern und im „Bad“. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, kann ma die Tür nicht verschließen,da zu klein

• djuric (8/5): - We were in Paris for 4 days. We had everything we needed for those 3 nights in Paris. It was clean, the staff brought us new towels every morning. They didn’t change the sheets but we were fine with that because we really only slept there. The bathroom is perfect and clean, just the sink is really small. The staff was super nice. Because of our delayed flight we got there at 9pm and we checked in without any problem. Location was amazing, the bus 95 is really close to the hotel, metro station is about a 10 minute walk, we used the bus more because it stops really close to the Louvre museum. Honestly the only thing that is ,,bad” is that the sink in the bathroom is small.
