Important Information
Temporary Scaffolding
Until the end of May 2026 (completion date subject to change), scaffolding will be in place at the hotel for exterior maintenance works, including window painting, window cleaning, and brick cleaning. Works will take place Monday to Friday, between 08:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Saturday 08:00 AM-01:00 PM. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
The outdoor, gated car park is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Pre-booking is required (charges apply) - please contact the hotel. Standard sized vehicles accepted only (no vans).
A photo ID card or passport will be required from each person staying.
Where there is a minor staying and their ID does not obviously indicate a direct familial relationship with the adult(s) staying, further evidence must be required of authority to co-occupy / care, according to our legal obligation.
Please note different cancellation terms apply for bookings made on a flexible plan for 2 or more apartments, or 3 or more rooms, or where the booking exceeds GBP 1.000 or 6 nights. In such instances, guests will be contacted by email.
In the case of advance payment / non refundable rates, payment is taken at the time of booking. The same card must be presented upon check in unless prior authorisation has been arranged with the hotel. In all other cases, your credit or debit card will be preauthorised for the full amount of your reservation prior to your arrival date, with payment due upon arrival. When charging your card, the GBP booking amount will be converted to the currency of your card by our credit card machine provider. If you would prefer to be charged in GBP, please specify this in your comments at the time of booking.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Simon (3/5): With apologies to the staff, avoid this miserable hotel. - The staff were very pleasant and tried to do the right thing; giving us compensation for the difficult sleeping conditions we experienced (we did not ask for compensation). 1. We asked for a room at the front with a balcony; it had been confirmed that our request had been granted. Instead, we were given a ground-level room that was dark and unwelcoming. 2. There was scaffolding outside the building that made the room very dark, and the venetian blinds that blocked out more of the light could not be raised. 3. We should have been warned about the scaffolding and building work taking place. 4. The floor/ceiling was incredibly creaky, and the very inconsiderate couple who stayed in the room above us insisted on packing their bags through until 1.30 a.m. They continued with this behaviour after twice being asked to stop by the night manager at 11.40 p.m. and by the night manager and me at 1 a.m. The couple were still having breakfast at 10 a.m. in the morning when we left, so there evidently had been no rush. 5. The breakfast was very mean-spirited; very little choice, very poor (oversweet) cereal, very limited fruit, and no cold meats as part of the continental breakfast. 5. Guests and the excellent staff deserve better than this.

A hotel minden részlege nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt, a reggeli bőséges és finom volt. A csomagjainkat megőrizték nekünk. A falak nagyon vékonyak, így még a normál lépések is dübögésnek tűntek.

The front of the building was covered in scaffolding which we appreciated was necessary although work was very noisy and started earlier in the morning than was suggested. Room was comfortable but slightly cramped and not as special as suggested by the photos.

It wasn’t “basic” considering the price. Would stay here again. We were put into a basement room which I wouldn’t have booked if it was stated it was basement as I HATE not having natural light coming into the room, especially on your holidays. It was a beautiful day in London but we had no clue until we stepped outside. Also the shower was quite cold

The breakfast was really good with plenty of cheese and meat, fruit, cereal and yogurt, fresh bread rolls, croissants and toast. Our room was very comfortable and we were close to the tube station. It's in a lovely, quiet, leafy area and we walked miles exploring. Nothing it was great.

We did not know (from photos) that some rooms are down in what we’d call the basement. Our view was under street level. View of steps and a trash bin. That was disappointing. I’d tell future travelers to ask for an above ground room! And only local home owners can use the park across the street from this hotel.

I've been in larger B&Bs. The overall decor looked a bit tired and one of the light switches didn't seem to do anything. There's no instructions for the shaving point as it's hidden in the light above the sink. It felt it was overpriced having stayed in other hotels in Earls Court.

- Valentine (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of London - Absolutely beautiful and cozy property, the room was super clean and very cute as well! The staff were also exceptionally friendly, and made me and my sister feel very welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was simple, however for us it was perfect. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport, there’s a metro station within 300/500 meters of the hotel, and the area felt safe both during the day and night. If you are looking for an accommodation to spend a couple of days exploring the city I couldn’t recommend this one enough!

- Rob (7/5): Location good, four poster room was nice, 2 out of 3 good staff members that we interacted with. - Good location close to Earls Court underground and West Brompton overground. The room upgrade was worth it to the four poster. One male staff member was friendly and went out of his way to give us access to the outside space that is within the property. The lady who checked us in was also friendly and helpful. A few things - another female staff member told my girlfriend that their outdoor space was closed (despite mentioning it as a benefit to staying with them on their booking page. There was an event going on, but there was no effort to accommodate us, and it seemed like the attendees of the event were the priority and we were not. I also need to mention the renovations, as there was scaffolding and danger signs all over the outside of the property, and I would question the timing of that during the Easter break. It would have been better during a quieter time, but it could be the council was involved and it was something urgent, but if not then it absolutely should have been carried out off-season with the minimum amount of guests staying as possible.

- Sébastien (8/5): - L’emplacement en centre de Londres et proche du metro. Le personnel très agréable et au petit soin. Le confort de la chambre et l’entretien de l’hotel qui est toujours très propre. Ce ne sont pas des points negatifs, mais s'il y aurai quelque chose chose à redire, un léger manque d'isolation donc on entend un peu les voisins. Et le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être un peu plus varié.
- Sarah (8/5): A good location for West Kensington and lovely, comfortable room. - The room was excellent - spacious, nicely furnished and a four poster bed which was very comfortable. The hotel is close to Earls Court tube which suited us very well. The breakfast buffet was good, with friendly welcoming staff. Service from reception on arrival was poor. We were left to stand for several minutes before checking in, despite several members of staff passing and the receptionist being within sight. We felt ignored. We had a basement room so there was little natural light, even on a sunny afternoon. While absolutely fine for 1 night, we wouldn't have liked a longer stay in that situation.
- Billy (6/5): Convenient location with friendly staff. - Staff were very friendly and helpful, who also allowed us to check in early which was great. The location was really convenient. Our was room wasn’t very sound proof and so we were woken up through the night due to slamming doors and the plumbing. The bed was also quite uncomfortable meaning we didn’t get a good nights sleep. The door handle to the bathroom also kept getting stuck but this was reported on departure.

- Steve (9/5): Good value and location, helpful staff and excellent service - Very helpful staff, in particular the guy in the evening, Sunny was particularly helpful, our room was great and we had a small balcony, which was good to relax on when we arrived. Good value for money, close to underground, plenty of walkable pubs and restaurants.

- Damir (9/5): Uskrsni vikend u sobi Pasha - U sobi nas je dočekao tanjur svježeg voća i zdjela prženih pistacija. Soba je prostrana, s prekrasnim, starim ali održavanim namještajem koji se izvrsno uklapa u ambijent starinske zgrade i gradske četvrti u kojoj se hotel nalazi, sa udobnim krevetom, velikom kupaonicom, lijepim balkonom koji gleda na izuzetno mirnu i tihu ulicu i prelijepi park s druge strane ulice. Soba je bila iznimno čista, svako jutro pospremljena i ostavljenim novim, čistim ručnicima. Doručak je bio na bazi švedskog stola i mogu reći jako dobar. Osobito bih pohvalio domaćice u blagovaonici u kojoj se doručkuje, gospođu Jadranku i gospođu Aishu, koje su se iznimno trudile da nam na doručku ništa ne nedostaje, te da se osjećamo udobno i dobrodošli. Zbog njih su i mali i možda neki i veći problemi zaboravljeni ili su pali u drugi plan. U hotelu smo boravili dok su u tijeku bili radovi na čišćenju vanjske fasade i prozora. Bio je uskrsni vikend i radnika nije bilo, ali su skele bile postavljene, te su nam iste ograničavale upotrebu balkona i narušavale izgled objekta i inače lijep pogled kroz prozore. To nije bilo nešto što sam mogao prihvatiti kao nešto nevažno i usputno u tipu djelatnosti kao što je turizam a u što rad hotela spada, i bio sam dojma da uprava hotela to nastoji minimizirati. Istina, dobili smo popust što je bila njihova lijepa gesta i koju i supruga i ja mislimo da je bila potrebna i koju osobito cijenimo bez obzira na njen iznos. Osim toga bi trebalo i riješiti problem ispiranja WC školjke: vodokotlić se sporo puni i pritisak za ispiranje je preslab i kad se jednom isti koristi, mora se pričekati neko vrijeme za njegovo ponovno korištenje.

Room smelled of construction dust. This was not disclosed before arrival, which is misleading. No apology, no complimentary gesture, and no offer to move us to another room. Would not have booked if we had known.

- Patrizia (6/5): For couples only - The hotel is located in the Twenty Never Square, which is quiet and allows for a good night sleep. However gardens are locked so you can’t have a walk and enjoy the greenery. It’s 10 minutes walk from Earls Court ( Piccadilly, Circle and District lines) I booked a Luxury 4 poster bed which turned out to be a standard room for 3 adults and no refundable. I was particularly cautious in booking an hotel with enough space for my child and no extra bed option. Straight after the booking, I have been contacted by a rude member of staff ( Sunny) saying that there was £100 deposit and works being carried out during my stay, an information that was not shared upon booking the room. Moreover, my child would have stayed on a folding bed, which. Turned out too soft, thus reducing drastically the space available. The luxury room is a standard room and should not be available for more than two people. The description on the portal is misleading, and the room and the bathroom was tiny compared to pictures shown. The rest of the staff was kind and helpful, and the hotel is exceptionally clean, albeit the state of repair and some of the solution adopted indicate a maintenance staff not able to deal with marbles and other finishes. Breakfast has a poor selection like others were saying and is especially limited during weekdays. There are other hotels which are more value for money compared to this one, and the room decoration is not worth it the premium paid.
- Nils Henrik (7/5): Hyggelig sted men knirkelyder fra taket når folk gikk i trapp/korridor - Sentralt, god frokost og hyggelig personale Vi bodde på rommet i 1. etg og trappen/korridoren til 2. etg passerte over rommet, det knirket kraftig hver gang noen gikk i den så vi ble vekket både på sen kveld og tidlig morgen. Det var også byggearbeid med hamring på fasaden som startet tidig på morgenen.

Just what we needed. - The staff were friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast had a nice selection. It was also just a short walk from Earls Court underground, making getting around quite easy. Nevern Square itself was very quiet with no traffic noise. We were woken up by a cheeky wren singing. Not a bad way to start one's day. Unfortunately, the front facade was covered in scaffolding with a bit of constuction noise. But it wasn't at night or early am, and they were taking it down when we were leaving, so it shouldn't be a problem for anyone going forward.

Se ve que estaba recién reformado. El baño muy bonito, la ducha de 10. Y con doble lavabo. Y jabón y crema de rituals. Me gustó todo. Por poner algun pero, el colchón estaba un poco hundido en alguna zona.
