• Daniela (8/5): - Good location close to Olympic park. The room was clean, coffee and tea provided. Nice small restaurant at lobby that sells good freshly brewed coffee. Check-In experience was mediocre, reception staff were chatting and would let us wait for several minutes before check-in. The room was described to fit 4 people, however the two beds are quite narrow to accommodate 2 people each. Kitchen utensils provided such as cups were only for two people. Fresh water provided only on the first day, not the second. Cleaning staff removed a personal towel and it couldn't be retrieved later.

• Peta (9/5): Lovely place to stay when attending anything at Olympic park. - The location was very near where were going, and the room very comfortable, and well set out. we were lucky in that we requested a room in the same location as our previously booking. they were able to give us that. I am very disappointed re the parking situation. Despite booking with paying for parking, it is made clear that there might not be any spare space. Even with a disabled parking sign there might not be any spare spaces. Surely this issue can be addressed.

• Andrew (7/5): Overall the experience was good. - Location is perfect, being so close to the aquatic centre. Carparking was great. Being able to be located on the same floor as my mother was really good. Breakfast was value for money. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, with no sauce and dairy free, for breakfast. The order was mistakinly made as Bacon and Egg Roll. I asked if it was dairy free and was told yes, so, I thought I wouldn't mind and accepted the revised order. I later had stomach problems and asked again if the Bacon and Egg roll was dairy free and the person checked and came back and told me it wasn't. Very annoying.

• Georgia (10/5): Perfect for our needs - Easy and quick check in and check out. Clean and tidy rooms. Unable to park undercover as not enough parking spaces - but staff were helpful and let us park in the driveway

• Naomi (7/5): Good location - Great location and close and within walking distance to events and food outlets $52 for parking is ridiculous, we arrived at 6pm and checkout was 10am, it's says parking fee is 24hrs but it clearly isn't if you stay one night, we had a event on day of check out and parking at other locations was $35 for a full day, so $87 for 24hrs of parking - a flat rate of $20 a night would be more then enough

Toast station messy and bread bins left nearly empty. Scramble eggs were messy also...eggs everywhere and not refreshed after a busy start by lots of swimmers. Coffee ordinary. Left waiting to be seated, appeared to be a shortage of staff. Not worth $38 per person if not included in bed price. Overall no wow factor!

Buffet breakfast at 10am Sunday was disappointing. Empty sections on buffet remained empty for 30 minutes until I found a staff member. Eg to refill juice. Was told they were under staffed. Hot items eg potatoe gems cold. Male supervisor only interested in resetting for next service, ignored guests, talked over top of tables to direct single staff to reset etc. Obviously demonstrated he didn’t enjoy his work and tasks. Not good value for money at all. Maybe charge half price if you arrive at 10am?

• Kelly (10/5): A Magical Experience! - A magical experience - Easter Show stay, we asked the hotel if we could have a room with the window facing the Easter Show fireworks so my disabled son could watch it and they fulfilled our request! The buffet breakfast was incredible! Nothing!

• Cloe Jo (8/5): convenient location for events - The room was a good layout. It was spacious and it had everything we needed. The housekeeping man who attended our room after the first night was amazing and the reception staff were super friendly The fridge was not cold, there was dust and rubbish under the beds and around the edges of the carpet looked a bit dusty too. There was an alarm that went off. The recorded message vs staff instructions were contradicting and therefore some guests were confused. I also noticed that nobody made an announcement to guests to clear the alarm or announce that things were safe.

• Sally (9/5): Enjoyable stay - Perfect location with underground parking, Very comfortable twin double beds, spacious light filled room with a great view. Great food in the restaurant and nice breakfast. Access to a guest laundry in the adjoining hotel. No coffee machine! soft furnishings are a little dated. Wait staff in the (pre booked and almost empty) restaurant were not attentive. Sat for 15 minutes as they avoided all eye contact, had to wave frantically to catch their attention over and over.
