• 923reeseg (10/5): Must stay location in downtown Orlando - Gorgeous hotel — beautiful rooms, great pool and bar. Room service food was excellent and fast and the rooms are so comfortable. They are also so accommodating. I was, at first, confused where to park, but I called and they gave me the address I needed to put into my GPS and the valets took care of my car immediately. The staff is very friendly. Everyone I encountered was great.
• alyssajE5616TV (10/5): Not only stunning, but luxury service as well. - I booked the Grand Bohemian for an engagement shoot for my clients and I just want to take a moment and share my experience.. I arrived a little earlier than my clients to check out the location and Sunny (who I had been emailing with) met with me there and took me around the building to show me where we can go and have access to, and answered all of the questions I had. She was incredibly sweet and introduced herself to my clients as well, offering us complimentary water bottles. Throughout the entire shoot, the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful, making the experience even better. If you’re considering having an event here, a photoshoot, or just to stay, I would highly recommend this gem in downtown Orlando 🔥 these are some of my favorite photos I have ever taken in my career.

The location was perfect close to everything, super convenient, and easy to get around. The atmosphere felt relaxing and upscale, exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. You can tell they put effort into maintaining everything. Staff was friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. Value-wise, I think it was worth it for the experience we had. It wasn’t just a place to stay it actually added to the trip. Would definitely come back and recommend for a couples getaway!

• K7106FIlizc (4/5): Very disappointingTold Pool Was Open Until 10 PM, Then Asked to Leave at 6 PM - Almost every hotel in Orlando has a standard pool, but the rooftop pool and hot tub were the features that made me choose this hotel and spend nearly $400 for one night. I wanted to do something special and relaxing for my husband before his surgery, so I booked this hotel specifically for those amenities. At check-in, I told the front desk about the surgery, explained that we planned to use the rooftop pool, and specifically asked what time it was open until. I was told 10:00 PM. Later, I even received a text from the hotel encouraging us to enjoy the pool and spa until 10:00 PM, with no mention whatsoever that the area would be closing at 6:00 PM for a private event. When we went up to the rooftop for dinner that evening, we were told we had to leave because the pool area was to close at 6:00 PM for a private event. This was the first time we heard about it. The most frustrating part is that the hotel clearly knew about the closure when we checked in. I had directly asked about the pool hours and explained that it was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, yet no one mentioned that it would not actually be available. Had we been told, we would have changed our plans and gone earlier so we could at least enjoy the pool and hot tub for a few hours. The next day I then asked several times to speak with a manager, or at minimum be given the manager’s name. I was told there was no manager on duty because it was Sunday, which I understand, but despite asking repeatedly, no one would provide a name or any way to follow up. A private event is understandable. Failing to tell paying guests—especially after being directly asked—is not. When you pay a premium price for a hotel because of one featured amenity, and ask details about it, you should be able to use it, or at the very least be told in advance that you cannot.

The pool service was great as well as the food, but the front desk service and attitudes as well as the room service itself was extremely poor. It took over 2 hours for them to deliver us a simple blanket and one pillow. We also were promised a suite with a tub and upon arrival, they did NOT deliver, leaving us out of pocket for something we didn’t receive. Extremely disappointed for the amount of money we spent here. Would not come back.

We went to enjoy the pool and hot tub and wanted to get some work done the pool and they kicked us out saying it was a private event. They mentioned that the front desk should’ve told us something when we in knowing we couldn’t use the facilities, which was pretty crazy when you’re paying $600 a night and nobody communicates and you can’t use the facilities of the hotel. I asked about a credit several times and nobody got back to me. For the money they want to stay here. It is greatly overpriced.

• Exploration320352 (2/5): Getting the run around about the processing of our $600 room refund - Our room was located next to a room with a loud barking dog. We called down to have it addressed and they could not get the dog to stop barking because no one was in the room. We requested to be moved and were told they had no rooms to move us to. Since we only lived an hour and a half away, we decided to get a refund and drive home. The desk attendant could not figure out how to process the refund since the card charged was the one attached to my Mariott Bonvoy account and we did not have the card with us and presented a different card for incidentals. We were asked to contact the Director of the Front Office and they would process it for us. We contacted Mariott and entered a case as well. To date, we are getting no response on the refund from the hotel or Mariott. As a Gold Elite member that is further disappointing.

The Grand Bohemian in Orlando was the perfect choice for us. Every detail of the decor was well thought out and stunning, the food at the The Boheme was delicious and the service great. We may even go back next year again.

Valet guys were awesome when I pulled in, Charles helped me get parking to go pick up my order. Starbucks staff was also friendly because my order had been picked up by the wrong person and remade my order.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—every staff member was attentive, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. They even went out of their way to add special touches for our anniversary, which made the stay feel extra memorable. Dinner at The Boheme Restaurant was a highlight. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was just as impressive. It was the perfect spot for a special evening. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful art and décor throughout that gives it a truly upscale and unique atmosphere. Our room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt polished and well maintained. Another big plus is the location—it's just a short walk to the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, which made it incredibly convenient for a night out. Overall, the Grand Bohemian Orlando, Autograph Collection delivers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Orlando.

• twin2208 (10/5): A Perfect Stay - This was a perfect stay. We were attending a show at the Dr. Philips Center and the Grand Bohemian is across the street. The location could not be better. From the moment we walked in, customer service was exceptional. The valet service was great. We got a complimentary upgrade, which was an unexpected and very gracious surprise. The room was very nicely appointed and comfortable. We then went down to the restaurant for dinner. It was early, practically empty and we did not have reservations. We were seated promptly by a wonderful hostess and not long after, the restaurant began to fill up. We realized that we were lucky to get the table. Our server, Leo, was amazing. Very attentive and thoughtful in such a genuine way. He was really invested in our dining experience and very kind. The meal was fantastic, and after eating the main, we were full and didn't have room for dessert. Leo told us that the restaurant closed at 10 pm, so we thought maybe we would make it back before the restaurant closed to grab a nightcap and dessert. We got back to the hotel at 10:10 pm. Some people were still in the restaurant finishing their meals, and we asked the hostess if there was any way we could sit and quickly have dessert. We received an apologetic "no" but she said that we could still get dessert at the bar. There were some quiet seats by the piano, and I asked on of the wait staff in the bar if they served those tables. It was crowded, and she was very busy, but still took time to let me know that she would be right with me. As promised, she found us in the piano atrium and took our drink order. I wish I had gotten her name so I could mention it here. She brought our drinks and a dessert menu, and as we were trying to decide on which one to share, Leo appeared with the chocolate cake dessert and placed it between us with two spoons. He said he knew we hadn't had time for dessert and had hoped to come back for it after the show. He had already talked to our waitress from the bar, so she was not at all surprised when she came to check on us and we were polishing off chocolate cake. It is moments like these that make people feel special. It doesn't have to be free dessert. Warmth, kindness and genuine care for those around you. A little thoughtfulness goes such a long way. Leo ( and our waitress too) made our stay super special. Thank you.
• interi0rsb (6/5): Room for improvement - It would be nice to get a text message about free à la carte breakfast, before I went out and bought one. The restaurant was already out of soup at 5 PM. The charcuterie board in a restaurant was horrible. three pieces of prosciutto , four cubes of cheese and two olives. Honestly, I had better expectations for the food and presentation.
• KDC40 (2/5): Don’t stay here - This property should not be an autograph category. The doors in my suite were filthy, the iron didn’t work the phone didn’t work. So much noise from the streets. Used valet and gave them about 6-7 minutes heads up and it still took them 15 mins to get my car-and no it wasn’t that busy. So between the iron not working and the ridiculous amount of time for my car I was a nice 20 mins late for my business meeting. The property is tired and dirty

The atmosphere is absolutely amazing — elegant, warm, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The décor and overall vibe make it feel both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained throughout my stay, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. A special thank you to the valet, Charles, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. He truly went above and beyond and made a great first impression. His kindness and positive attitude really stood out! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with excellent service.
• Eckersangels (10/5): Lovely stay in Downtown - We loved the hotel and the service we received while staying here. Unfortunately we didn't get our room serviced the first day as housekeeping arrived about 1730 when we were back getting ready to go out for the evening. The next day we were in the room again, but asked for them to come back and they did.We had breakfast one morning and it was absolutley delicious, so glad we did that. The pool and bar were great. Its a shame in the winter the sun is only there in the morning, but we did hear that during the summer the sun is out all day and can imagine that would be lovely. The pool bar was great and service there was really good. The gym was fully stocked and a really good place for a holiday workout. We loved the hotel and were happy. Possibly not the hotels fault but at the end of our stay, our flight got postponed a day and so we went to the reception to ask if it would be possible to stay for a further night. The receptionist said they were unable to book at the front desk and it had to be done online. Unfortunately i was unable to do this as it specified that we had to stay 3 nights minimum - which we had already done, but we couldn't then add a night on, so we then had to check out and move hotels. Luckily our new hotel was great, was just an extra stress at the end of the holiday, but was informed this was the policy.
• Trek796819 (2/5): Hotel overpromised/woefully under delivered Superbowl Watch Party - The hotel accommodations and staff were exceptional. However, I came specifically for the Superbowl watch that was advertised as the premier watch party in Orlando. That was a complete bust. No only was it a very low-key event, there were only four 30 inch TV to watch the game and about 10 people there to watch it. At check-in were were told that 150 people would be attendin. We left the “watch party” and went back to our room to see the game on a bigger TV. It was a horrible experience tfat cost me almost $500. I would have done to stay home and watched the game on our big screen TV. I blame the hotel for false advertising and marketing. Shame!
• 148msm (10/5): It’s a Vibe - What a beautiful hotel! Exquisite art and Deco, eclectic people, and lovely location downtown. Staff was very accommodating and lovely. As a Marriott gold member they gave me a upgrade without question and there was a huge event going on, so I was really surprised. I know that’s hit or miss however I was very grateful for the opportunity. Thank you to the front desk! The bar scene is cool at night, walkable to a lot of other bars and restaurants and only 25 minutes away from Epcot. If you want to go drinking around the world, of course .. as I don’t take this location as a big family place, definitely more of a night vibe. Only negative experience was valet. I had to wait 45 minutes to get parked which poured out into the main street. Other than that, we’ll definitely come back.
• Johnnybblessed (4/5): Disappointed - My wife and I stayed here to celebrate her 50th birthday, and our experience started off wonderfully. The front desk associate who checked us in was incredibly kind, informative, and thoughtful. To help celebrate, they sent a bottle of champagne and a chocolate cake with a personal card, which meant so much to us. The room was great, and the room service our first night and the following morning was fast, efficient, and high quality. My wife also enjoyed her massage, which was excellent. Unfortunately, things took a turn after that. Right after my wife returned from her massage and was trying to rest and relax in the room, there were protesters directly outside our window chanting, blowing whistles, and using megaphones with profanity. This made it impossible to unwind after what should have been a peaceful, restorative experience. When I contacted the front desk, I was told there was nothing that could be done, and no alternative or gesture was offered, which was disappointing given the purpose of our stay. On the morning of checkout, we decided to order room service one last time to end the trip on a positive note. The order took twice as long as previous deliveries, arrived cold, was missing half of the items, and had no silverware. I tried calling the front desk and guest services for 10–15 minutes with no answer. I eventually had to go to the lobby in person. Even calling from an outside line didn’t work. I was told the missing food and silverware would be sent up, but over an hour passed with no response. A guest liaison texted saying someone was coming to speak with me, but no one showed up for another 30 minutes. Multiple follow-up calls went unanswered. It was an unfortunate and disappointing way to end what was meant to be a very special celebration. While the staff and service at the beginning of our stay were excellent, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through at the end overshadowed the experience. Because of this, I’m not sure I would recommend this hotel in the future.

• V3825RUkens (8/5): Guest services did not bring what they promised - Room nice, but I called when I got in the room and asked guest services for a softer pillow. They said they wt bring it, but never did. When I got back to my room at 10:30 last night it was still not there. I needed to use a towel for a pillow as what you had hurt my neck. I will not recommend this facility for future business meetings requiring an overnight stay.

The shower head looked like it had options for type of spray, but the selector didn’t change the pattern at all. I also don’t like forced Valet at $42/night. For a price that high you should at least have another option you could choose from. Room service had very limited options.

• Rsypniewski (4/5): Deceptive hotel misrepresentation won’t be back. - I am Marriot gold member so why I picked this hotel, because I was flying back from Brazil with a two night layover in Orlando and all I wanted was to lay by a pool and order food and drinks. This hotel is very deceptive on line. They have a pool but it’s not on the roof, maybe the roof of the garage, so it is completely shaded by the building. It has a big bar area but they didn’t staff it until 4pm. They had more people 4-5 working the valet than the bar. I took an uber to another 5 star hotel with a pool and used their facilities and spent my money there for lunch and drinks. The room was big but sparsely decorated, no couch just a big open space with a tiny window! Don’t stay here unless you have a business meeting downtown. I know I won’t be back, the staff of what were there are also not very pleasant and clearly acted like they don’t want to be there. Just because you put up some stylish art and paint it, doesn’t mean they can execute well.
• M7261HWedwarda (4/5): Great room, eat and drink elsewhere. - The hotel itself was very well designed and stunning visually. The valet staff was engaging and inspired confidence. Great amenities…if you only looked at the surface. Upon our arrival and before our off site event we decided to have a celebratory cocktail and the nicely apportioned rooftop bar and pool. This is where the hospitality began to demonstrate its lack of professionalism. We ordered top shelf cocktails with specific requests as to the constituents. The bartender ( a generous title bestowed) turned his back in order to shield his lack of skill in preparation. Classic mantle behavior! The cocktail, a two part pedestrian request, gin and tonic was made with flat, previously opened tonic and the pour of Hendricks was less than 1/2 ounce and no jigger was utilized. My wife requested a Long Island ice tea with top shelf ingredients. No attempt was made in selection and sub-par house brands were added while attempting to shield the making of this over priced swill. Post event we found the room delightful. Clean and comfortable. The bath robes added comfort to a long evening and we slept snuggly. Meeting friends and their children for breakfast the following day reinforced the previous days lack of hospitable follow through. We had a table of seven with three being young children. The staff was very obviously preoccupied with the preparation of brunch, not the patrons present. Our server made multiple errors with three of the adults orders or the kitchen staff too was more concerned with brunch service at the expense of earlier patrons seated. The food was mis prepared, overcooked, staggered in its delivery to the point of being cold and unappetizing. When asked if we were Marriott members at check-in we chuckled and made eye contact, my wife and I…not really sure affiliation would add to our lives.

The jazz brunch was lovely. We missed the Benedict’s; loved the drums with sax at the piano players side. The spa is small and dark; the providers were great (facial) & average (massage).

• racheljordan15 (6/5): Meh…… - We got married at the Grand Bohemian Orlando 15 years ago so we came back for our anniversary. Not the best experience. They gave us a ADA room without our knowledge. When I mentioned it later at the front desk they said they sold out of our room we booked so they put us in that room. They didn’t try to rectify the situation. Also the air didn’t work we had to have an engineer come up. They said it was fixed but when we came back the what was on in the room. The water pressure wasn’t great either. The roof top bar was out of some menu items as well. I’m glad we came but wish the experience was better.

• Shanna (10/5): - The decor, art, cleanliness and location. Restaurant didn’t honor our reservation that we left on voicemail 3 times one week prior without a call back. Then when we finally reached them said they would do their best to accommodate us in lounge if we came early because it’s only first come first serve. . We came early and there was a table perfect to fit our party we sat there ordered drinks and then was told we had to move because that one larger table was reserved ( even though we were told they absolutely would not reserve a table in the lounge . ) They then refused to seat us at different table as they didn’t want to bring chairs over to accommodate our group. At that point, we had no choice but to order food there while some of our party stood because we had a comedy show to get to and would not have time to eat elsewhere. We all felt this was poor customer service if there are rules, they should be for everyone or no one.
• davechri (8/5): Great hotel, weird breakfast - This is a pretty great hotel. The location is tremendous and the rooms are comfortable. We have stayed here a bunch of times and will probably stay again (although we might try the Aloft down the street for a change of pace). The only thing preventing this from being a 5-star review though is the breakfast voucher for elite Bonvoy members. It entitles you to a breakfast item that doesn't even appear on the menu. Not only is it weird but it seems really "nickel and dimey" for an Autograph Collection hotel. (Alternatively, the voucher can be used for credit toward breakfast but the amount won't cover anything on the menu.) Great hotel, fix the breakfast voucher.
• V610FRkathryns (10/5): Best valet team ever - As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the valet team. Ross, Joey and Justin unloaded everything and took it directly to our room. They also unloaded my wheelchair, but they asked how to do it as to not hurt me or damage my wheelchair. Airlines could learn a few things from them! Every single hotel should have employees like Ross, Joey and Justin. They were professional, efficient, welcoming and kind. If I could give more stars, I would.
• marcusjas (10/5): Fantastic Experience - Went on an impromptu golfing trip with some buddies in late November and had a fantastic stay at the Grand Bohemian in Orlando. Even though my plans were last minute, I had no problem getting a room. Stayed for a long weekend. The hotel was busy over the weekend, but by the time I checked out on Tuesday morning, it had calmed down considerably. Room was very nice, offering a good view of the surrounding area. Hotel was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly. They made check in and check out simple and quick. Every staff member I interacted with added to the enjoyment of the trip. Even though I checked out early in the morning, the valet attendant, Robert, was quick in retrieving my vehicle and helping load my luggage. We had a conversation about local golf courses and he gave me precise directions to get on the road. Overall, fantastic experience and can’t wait to visit the Grand Bohemian again.
• glennsH5524AC (2/5): Terrible Holiday Dining Experience - Thanksgving Dinner was AWFUL. Expensive Prix-Fixe menu sounded good, however, the food was terrible. For starters, the wine we asked for (on the menu) was not available - upsold to more expensive. Soup arrived stone cold. Sent it back and another cup of cold soup arrived. Sent back and finally a nice hot cup of corn chowder - It was good. Entre arrived. looked like it had been sitting a long time. Very dry and luke warm. Requested white meat and it was just bits and pieces. No gravy, etc. Lots and lots of apologies. Sent it back... Everything was cold again... Ate a little bit of it out of frustration. Food and Bev Manager stopped by and offered some excuses - he blamed the chef. No results although he did offer another glass of wine (which I didn't really need or require - I wanted a good meal). Dessert arrived - we each had something different. The Pecan tart was "fine" although I think it had been frozen and was dry and difficult to cut. The Chocolate Cake was very dry around the edges... The only good part was in the middle. The bill arrived with a very insulting discount of $14 labeled "Customer Recovery" and a mandatory $38 tip. I understand the lousy food and inadequate responses is not the fault of the waitress. I requested the parking to be comped and that fell upon deaf ears. That was an additional $27. The final bill for two amounted to $227 for an absoulute sub par meal and dining experience. A total waste. Don't wast your time.
• 511jazminec (10/5): Great weekend at Grand Bohemian Orlando - I had a wonderful stay at the grand Bohemian. Some friends and I decided to stay in Orlando for Classic weekend and we had a blast. Our experience started with the valet team. I am usually not a fan of Valet but upon arriving, I was greeted by the valet manager. His full name was Gamael, very unique which is why I remembered but everyone in the hotel referred to him as Gam, still cute. He convinced us to valet and his staff walked us to our room and carried all of our luggage. They suggested different walkable bars to grab drinks and food and gave great advice on travel methods to not be in heavy traffic when going to all the activities we had planned. The front desk experience was quick and precise, hotel was very clean and luxurious. The room was impressive and I had a pretty good view even though I was on a lower floor than what I am used to. When I come back to Orlando, I am looking forward to visiting the hotel again. I hope Gam and his staff is still there because I promised to come back and see them.

Relaxing clean pool & lounge area. Two Bar locations: enthusiastic outside pool & elegant first floor (order from restuarant menu here). Well equipped exercise room. Security - elevators require key. Onsite Starbucks. Evening live music in entry hall. I stayed in interior room 725 facing pool - relaxing and quiet. *Hint: Entryway is 36 E. Jackson Street! It is a covered pull through. This is also address to give Uber or you will be chasing them around the hotel... there are no parking spaces at front walkin entry..only a VERY busy intersection.
