The housekeepers kept my room spotless even dusting the little things, cleaning every niche and cranny throughout the stay. The room, bathroom were nice and the bed was very comfortable. The room service was great. I was sick and relied on their food plus the executive lounge. The service was prompt and friendly. The food selection was nice and fresh. The front desk was helpful for multiple issues. I have status with Hilton and have stayed worldwide but the staff here rises above my high expectations. I can’t wait to return.

Bartenders were the highlight, with great recommendations. - I spoke with a manager at your concierge already, giving a fantastic review for many members of your staff - i hope it was passed along. She was great, but after I gave my great review with all of the names of the staff - I was handed this bookmark with a QR code to do it again. Which is insanely frustrating. To have to do it again. Ive now forgotten all of the names of the staff I wanted to appreciate, but found this QR code in my luggage. I hope my verbal review was enough. Your corporate policy of getting g it in writing after is terrible. But thats my only complaint. Everyone at the hotel in BA was amazing. Especially the bar staff in the lobby bar. If I could remember the names of the 2 bartenders, id include it.

Nothing worth to highlight.

Restaurant con buena atención, la comida decía mas con palabras que con sabores, los vinos prodrian mejor ampliamente. Mza ofrece grandes vinos a buen precio.

• Purmamarca (6/5): Comfortable public spaces, not quite so comfortable room - The public faclities of the Hilton were good...a pleasant range of seating options in the lobby area, where you could order breakfast in small amounts if you didn't want the big buffet in the dining room...and stay around and order some drinks and snacks, etc. The room was not so good. It was large...but poorly furnished. Sofas across the back wall under the windows...where we had to leave our suitcases as there was no other place to have them available...one work chair and one oddly shaped table in front of the sofas. There was one closet and two drawers in an alcove. We managed here but would have liked a better room!

Revisamos los gastos de la tarjeta y encontramos ese gasto por todo ese momento
• German (6/5): - Es viernes a la noche pedí a la habitación un champagne francés cliquot cuando lo abrí se notaba que tenía otro color y era trucho ,cuando llame se presentaron 2 personas de alimentación y le pedí que escanearan la botella y le salía falsa ( la respuesta fue tenemos todas las botellas así ,vamos hablar con el proveedor ) era un botella de $440.000,no esperaba que me regalen algo solo disculpas . • Morningman4d (10/5): The best Hilton ever visited! - We stayed at the Hilton Buenos Aires and find that throughout our travels around the world this has been the best Hilton experience. The staff was a service oriented and completely helpful in every way. The general manager greeted us and you can tell that good service starts at the top and filters down. The rooms have been redone and are exquisite. The executive lounge was one of the top executive lounges in any hotel hotel that we had visited during our extensive travels over the past past 20 years.

• Darío (3/5): NO VOLVERIA - Tuvimos un problema que se nos inundo el baño con agua de un piso superior y no tuvimos respuesta. Horrible.
• Tarciano (10/5): - Atendimento. localização, limpeza. Sabonetes e shampoo em potes multiuso. Aspecto ruim e nao sabemos o que tem dentro. E nao ha uma saboneteira em caso do cliente levar seu proprio. Ar condicionado muito forte em todos ambientes
