The parking is tight, I have a small car so manageable but there are people parking with bigger cars which makes it challenging and very tight in an already tight car park. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

- D'ontreye (2/5): - I booked a week-long stay at the Y.E.H.S. Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The pictures online did not match the reality of the property. There's a reason that the featured photo is of the restaurant next door. The room was filthy, with messy walls and a lot of dust throughout the room. The bathroom was nearly unusable, the water temperature in the shower would swing from scalding hot to cold instantly, making it uncomfortable and unsafe. The rooms were very outdated and in serious need of renovation. I was there with my son, and we did not feel comfortable staying. We left after the first night because it simply wasn’t a place we could continue to sleep in. The only positive was the friendliness of the staff, but sadly, that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor condition of the hotel. This property needs a major overhaul before I could recommend it to anyone.

Easy walk from Town Hall station and the cafe next door was great. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the bed was very very hard. Not what we’re used to normally. Would highly recommend to anyone that doesn’t mind a really firm bed.

In regards to check in process, room service, proper room as requested was ignored, noise levels after specifically requesting quiet levels before running a marathon, smoke in building through vents, front desk absent often and the rooms are old and outdated but were tolerable.

Overlooking the Anzac Bridge provided a fantastic early morning sunlightinto the suite. Stay was for 10 nights which passed so quickly. The staffwere ever so helpful and the rom was serviced to a great standard. The kitchen was perfect with all of the esentials provided. Would look at booking again this property first were I t visit Sydney again - I live in the UK.

- Konstantin (10/5): Good pad to land within minutes of shopping area. - Convenient hotel very close to downtown major shopping district. Slightly less pricey than other similar hotels in the area. Clean hotel, a small but functional swimming pool have a nice extra. Staff also very helpful, allowed me to check in early (before the official 3PM check-in time), which made a difference in my quicker recovery after a long trans-Pacific flight.

I do wish I was able to see photos of the actual property rooms prior to booking as I would of paid more for a updated/modern property. The photos online made it seem like it was "flash/hotel" type. It was the first time I was taking my daughter away to a hotel for a few nights and it just seemed like we were in a "home style" version. If I take my daughter away again, I will ring up the hotel and specifically ask for a modern room. We still had an amazing time nonetheless!

First we received an email to advise they would give it to us “less for cash”?? When we got into the room, we were immediately disappointed (for a Penthouse). Really old decor, water goes everywhere in the bathroom (no screens etc), beds not made on housekeeping, no plug for the sink, filthy windows (little balcony so no excuse for not being able to reach). In fairness, we did get an email AFTER we left to say they are new owners and are aware they need to make improvements…. If they do what they say, things would be much better.

On the Thursday night and the Sunday morning there was a fire alarm warning,sadly the bell for the warming was very faint,while to announcement letting us know everything was checked and safe was very loud and clear
- Roy (8/5): - Bed was very hard, luckily they provided a mattress topper which helped a little bit. Oven was very dirty.
- Mark (8/5): - Road noise was only issue but it was clean, staff friendly and welcoming.
- Owal (6/5): - Enjoyed my stay, I wanted to use the full suite of gym and leisure facilities but the sauna and some equipment was out of order.
- Connie (4/5): Disappointing - Hotel was well rated, but that was misleading. It was a similar price to neighbouring places that we'd stayed in previously, but much worse. The photos on the website were misleading. It's dirty, staff are offhand, the furniture is tired and the room is smaller than expected.
- Natasha (10/5): - A great budget-friendly hotel with super helpful front desk staff, everything you could need in a central spot in the city. All my requests with staff were quickly and easily sorted and I felt very looked after my whole stay.
- Ramesh (10/5): - Perfect location. Convenient walking distance to public transport, attractions, supermarkets and cafes. The room is generously spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, which allows one to have a proper breakfast in the room, and even dinner. A value for money stunner.

Great price for an accomodation with cooking appliance , frige and washer dryer in the room.

- Tsui Shan (8/5): - Excellent location, just few mins walk to QVB, Townhall & Darling Harbour, lots of restaurants nearby. The room is a bit old, the towel rack had dropped in the washroom. Dun expect the kitchen could be used as the pot & pan are rusty & other food wares are also dirty so I didn’t cook. It’s still good value for money considered the location & room size.

- Garry (8/5): A perfect location for of Sydney’s attractions - First things first, you could not find a better location for everything Sydney has to offer than here. Minutes walk to both the City Centre & Darling Harbour, not to mention Chinatown too. The staff are lovely too and nothing is too much trouble, yes there are better hotels, with better all around facilities, but for location and price, this is a little gem!
- Easther (8/5): - The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient and perfect location. Close to shopping Center and Chinatown. Surrounded by so many good restaurants. The only downside is our room is quite noisy and cant sleep specially during heavy traffic. I wish they have double glass windows to cut the traffic noise. On our second day the cleaner didn’t empty the rubbish and wash all the cups and mugs. Apart from that all good.

Location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants and access to the light rail and trains and also a short walk to Darling Harbour. The cafe downstairs is amazing, top service and amazing coffee. I will definitely stay here again!

- Supriya L. (4/5): - A lot of road noise despite being high up. Only one elevator working, took forever to get in and out. A true fire hazard. Location was good.
- Matthew (2/5): - I booked a business suite for a week Even though advertised to have a desk, there was none (having to do client calls sitting on the bed) when questioned the hotel manager blamed the booking engine for saying that room even though it is advertised with a desk, this is not actually correct and it only came with a chair. There was also no chair too. The room was so small, the only place to put my luggage was on the bed and there was not even glasses to have a glass of water. The drainage in the bathroom was so loud and smelly that even after covering with wet towels the sound and smell ment that I was woken through out the night. After calling the manager to my room, they offered me ear plugs…. Thank you I guess On check out I shared with the manager who suggested to give a discount on a future booking. I found this a poor solution and the experience is below the standard I would expect.
- Noshimoto (4/5): - When I checked into my room, I immediately noticed someone else’s hair on the bed sheets, bathroom floor, and even in the trash can. The windows are extremely thin, and since the hotel is right next to a highway, it was very noisy at night — I had a hard time getting proper sleep. The taps in the bathroom and the kitchen seemed faulty, and on multiple occasions, scalding hot water suddenly came out, almost burning my hands. Additionally, one of the two elevators was out of service during my stay, which meant long wait times, throughout the whole days.
