Several of the room’s details, such as the chairs and tables, were defective and unsafe to use. That said, the good features more than make up for the minor defects.

• Z (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική. Είναι πανω στον Σηκουανα και εχεις πολλες επιλογές για φαγητο και καφέ με τα ποδια. Επισης, το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ ευγενικο και εξυπηρετικό. Το δωματιο μας ήταν στον 2ο οροφο και το ασανσερ για εκει, δεν λειτουργουσε καλα. Επρεπε καθε φορα να περιμένεις μερικα λεπτα για να ξεκινήσει. Επισης, το δωματιο ειχε σκαλες για να πας στην τουλέτα, κατι που μας δυσκολεψε αρκετα με τα παιδια μας που ειναι μικρά.

• De Groot, Marc (8/5): Prima, centrale accommodatie - De locatie is perfect in het mooie 6e arrondisement van Parijs, direct aan de Seine. Het receptiepersoneel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De facturatie: Omdat wij via booking hadden gereserveerd, wou men ons in eerste instantie geen BTW factuur geven. Na het te hebben opgepakt met booking, kwam er na het verblijf toch een BTW factuur, MAAR deze werd opgemaakt op Booking en hun adres en BTW nummer. Daar heb ik als ondernemer natuurlijk helemaal niets aan. Dit loopt nog....

Le mobilier aurait besoin d’amour, salle de bain aussi. La chambre qui se trouvait au rez - de jardin était sombre. Malgré cela d’avoir la petite cuisinette est définitevent un plus. C"rst la première fois que je rencontre ce problème, or, il me faut impérativement cette facture pour ma socièté. • Elmer (3/5): Location was excellent but I probably wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. - Location was perfect. Close to everything. The bed was comfortable and provided coffee in the room. The carpet was stained all over, looked very dated, needed shampooing. The head board was dirty with people’s neck and head staining it. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, felt hot in the room, had to open the windows for comfort. Lastly the wife got bed bug bites on the arm.

Nous avons dormi fenêtres ouvertes, avec le bruit venant de l'extérieur. Activer la clim seulement à partir du 15 mai ne fait aucun sens dès lors que d'autres hôtels l'activent plus tôt.
• Sarah (7/5): Location Can't Be Beat, But Needs to Step Up Cleaning Game - The location cannot be beat and the rooms over the water have a stunning view. Check-in and parking are super easy (for parking, just pull to their parking lot and ring the bell). Being pet friendly is a huge plus. Coffee machines in the lobby were great and the vending machines with a range of options was fantastic. Cleanliness was shockingly poor for off peak season (middle of Feb); not just a hair here or there and some dust, a really lack of guest to guest turnover (I was tempted to check the closet just to make sure the previous guest wasnt still there!). We stayed in two separate rooms over the course of our stay and it is hard to say which was worse than the other. Facilities in the rooms was also pretty rundown for the price point but most worked.

This was my fifth time staying at this hotel, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I had chosen this property again because I had stayed here before, but this time I felt very unprotected as a guest. One of the main problems was the lack of hot water. After only a few minutes, the water became cold. I was told this was because of an “eco” system that has been set in my room. I understand environmental policies, but in a hotel of this category, guests should be able to take a normal hot shower, or at least be clearly informed in advance. What disappointed me most was not only the problem itself, but the way the hotel handled my concerns. I did not feel supported, and I did not feel that management took proper responsibility about another really very serious problem i had. For a returning guest, this was a very disappointing experience.

• Sandra Garibaldi (2/5): I felt completely unprotected by the Hotel Management structure! - My past stays here . The view and location in Saint Germain des Pres. My main problem happened during check-in for my 4-night stay. I had already stayed at the hotel one night before, and I had already paid the city tax for that stay and for my own next stay. The only missing payment was the city tax for my son, because he was arriving to Paris later and I did not know exactly how many nights he would stay. When I politely asked what the problem was, she did not explain it clearly. Instead, she spoke to me in a very unpleasant way, ignored me for more than 15 minutes, and stared at me rudely. Another front desk employee, Louis, who had charged me the city tax the day before, was present and confirmed what I was saying -that i ve already payed for myself -. Even so, this woman refused to complete my check-in or let me go to my room until I paid the city tax for my son, who was not going to arrive for sure on that day. When I asked for her name, she covered her name tag so I could not read it. After that, nobody at the hotel wanted to give me her name, even though the other staff members were wearing name tags. The next day, that employee was no longer wearing a visible name tag, only a gold pin .She was the only one. I asked to talk several times to the Manager, but on Sunday they said there was nobody, Later, a woman who said she was the front desk manager contacted me. She did not give me the employee’s name and did not offer a real apology. I felt that the main concern was to avoid a bad review, not to properly address what had happened. She wanted to be sure that i was not going to say anything. I felt unsafe, unprotected and disrespected as a guest. What upset me most was not only the incident itself, but the feeling that there was nobody in the hotel willing to take responsibility or truly help me. I asked several times to speak to a manager, but I did not receive real support. Instead, I felt that the priority was to avoid a bad review rather than properly address what had happened. Enkelte var ikke særligt imødekommende og flere kunne kun kommunikere på fransk Badeværelset var ganske enkelt elendigt. Der var for lidt vandt4yk i bruseren, der kom næsten ingen vand. Bruserstangen hang i en enkelt skrue og kunne falde ned hvert øjeblik det skulle være.bundproppen i håndvasken var defekt og satte sig fast.Gudskelov kunne jeg selv fikse proppen. Det var et enstjernet hotel værdigt.

Die praktische Ausstattung mit gut funktionierender Kitchinette, Bügeleisen etc machen es zu seiner hervorragenden Wahl für längere Aufenthalte Die hässliche Möblierung und der sehr in die Jahre gekommene Teppichboden sowie der erschreckend schlecht funktionierende Aufzug.Die Mitarbeiter waren in ihrem Bemühen sehr unterschiedlich.
• Aman (5/5): Great location but no value for money, very old place. - The location is perfect The hotel is very run down, the pictures are extremely deceiving. The staff at night are not friendly and the check-in experience was not seamless at all. The hallways are super old you feel like you’re in an old university dorm or hospital. The hotel is self service, meaning if you want towels, or anything like that you have to go to the lobby at take whatever you need. The room had a very strong smell, maybe because of the kitchen but we had to keep the windows open all day to get rid of the smell. Also the room doesn’t look like the pictures at all.

• paulo falcao (9/5): Atenção a taxa de sejour e se for no verão o ar pode nao atender a demanda - O hall de entrada é imponente, o apt de 20 m é bem distribuído com 2 espaços de armario e a mini cozinha, ficamos no apt de terminação 17 e como era alto a vista mesmo que interna nao era sufocante.cama boa, bons lençóis. O ar nao gela bem pois apesar do controle ser interno e daqueles centrais. No verão nao daria conta. O chuveiro é dentro da banheira, para idoso tem que " escalar" e pode se tornar escorregadio. O secador de cabelo dispara a temperatura com muita facilidade, entao secar o cabelo pode demorar mais. Oferecem sabonete líquido de creme de corpo mas nao vi toucas de banho. Tem pequenos chinelos de uso interno disponíveis. Ocorreu um evento muito desagradável, cobraram a taxa turística 2 vezes. Se eu não tivesse pago pelo cartão, seria a minha palavra contra a da recepcionista. Isso me deixou muito incomodada, pois achei a justificativa pouco convincente. Qdo mostrei o débito no cartão, identificaram o pagamento. Isso é um alerta importante.

It was near a Metro station and we were able to easily navigate the city. A wonderful shopping district near by with restaurants. The apartment was very functional and clean. Perfect for 2 teens who didn’t want to share a double! We did t need it but for people travelling for longer, the availability of a laundrette in house was great. Corridors need a refresh - wallpaper, woodwork, etc. But rooms were fine.

• Olga (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer war groß genug und bietet sehr viele Ablageflächen, Regalen, Schränke etc. Die kleine Küche ist sehr praktisch. Das Fitnessraum ist sehr klein, es gibt Gewichte bis 10kg. Frühstück war einfach und es gab jeden Tag das selber.
• Lesley (8/5): Would def stay again. Great location and good sized rooms. - Great location, lovely staff. Nice breakfast. Nothing majorly negative, just a bit tired in places and could probably do with a bit of a refresh. Had a problem with bathroom sink not draining but this was solved immediately after calling reception.
• Rodolfo Barchi (10/5): Excelente ubicación del hotel junto a Notre Dame...!! - Fuimos en familia y nos dieron un departamento habitación muy cómodo, con dos habitaciones, el desayuno por 19 Euros por persona estaba normal, pero si es un hotel un poquito caro, pero su ubicación junto a Notre Dame, lo vale...!!! además en la recepción tiene servicio de café y aguas aromáticas gratis las 24 horas, como dije anteriormente, no es barato el hotel, pero por lo que se paga, vale la pena El desayuno es muy básico para 19 Euros por persona.
