Guest Reviews
- Robert (8/5): - Nice property close enough to sight seen main London attractions, walkable to Big Ben , 3 min walk to train station, perfect stay when visiting London , definitely coming back , thanks
- Daniel (4/5): In need of an update - Hotel is showing its age, needs an update.
If this were not in the centre of London I suspect it would struggle to maintain customers,
- tessa (8/5): - The staff was very friendly. The elevators and room amenities give the feel of being outdated. It says it’s nearby stuff but if you’re walking I don’t recommend. It’s right by the subway (tube) stop so that was convenient. They have free tea and water in the lobby which was nice.
- Peter (2/5): - Advertised a restaurant but had none
- Pamela (4/5): Bad room smell - Although, the staff was very nice and helped us out a lot, the room itself was so stinky. A very weird smell was coming from the bathroom. Every time we’d come back to the room we’d get slapped in the face with that horrible smell.
- MR R (2/5): Crap hole - The 2 staff on reception were friendly, from there the experience went down hill very quickly. Considering the hotel was quiet I was given a room at the very extreme and too far away from reception facilities. The room was at sauna heat, the carpet was threadbare but from what was crawling around over the unclean shower mat in the shower, it could have been some form of insect infestation. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned, as I counted someone else’s pubic hairs whilst urinating. To cap it off the morning brought more disappointment as there was no hot water. Pretty crap all in all….. recommend you strike this garbage hotel off your list. It is literally a flee pit. Thanks for listening
- Emily (8/5): Easy budget hotel close to the action - They are right when they say this place is straightforward, it’s a simple place with clean rooms. Enough space for the two of us, we spent most of our time outside of the room so we didn’t need anything fancy. Only thing was there was no ice available to get and no fridge in the room. I bought some wine and drinks and had to drink lukewarm. We aren’t picky but some cold drinks would have been nice. Other than that it did the job. Minutes away from all the action with some nice little pubs around the corner. Would stay again for a quick trip. We also were able to check in early and leave our bags for a few hours after checking out which was super accommodating! Literally the only thing was the lack of ice or fridge. Does the job for a quick budget friendly stay.
- BRIAN (8/5): - Property was spotless, convenient for me. Downside, no tea/coffee in room or safe.
- Paul (8/5): No-frills budget hotel in good location - Front desk service was friendly and efficient. The building and the room were relatively clean but a little tired - in need of some modernisation too. There was only one single plug socket available, on the opposite wall to the bed which made device charging and usage tricky.
There is a TV in the room, but tea and coffee facilities are located down in reception, not in the room.
Great location (less than ten minutes steady walk to Waterloo Station and only a couple of minutes from Lambeth North tube), plenty of pubs and restaurants within a stone’s throw of the hotel and easy walking distance to the South Bank.
I was there for two nights on business and I would certainly use again in those circumstances, but if was away with my partner, I’d find somewhere a bit nicer.
- John (10/5): - The Waterloo Hub is extremely well positioned for visitors to central London to explore the Thames embankment, city of London and most major landmarks in the area from Vauxhall to Tower Bridge without the need to use public transport or taxis. All is within easy walking range. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing complimentary coffee on arrival and even offering it at checkout! The rooms were well heated, clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms could have been improved with the inclusion of tea/coffee making facilities but, apart from that, I have not criticism of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all staff involved.
- Glyn (10/5): Great location, very clean, very good value. - Great location for St Thomas's. I booked for 4 nights as my wife was in St Thomas's. Great location, approx 500metre walk, very good restaurants/bars etc nearby, great value. Only a 10 minute walk to London Eye, Westminster Bridge, waterloo Station etc. Very grateful that the hotel managed to resolve a parking query. Will definitely stay again.
- Martin (8/5): Value for money - Clean room and friendly staff. Can’t ask for much more for the money.
- Ck (10/5): - Close to the train station and walkable distance to shopping and attractions. A great place to stay at a affordable price.
- Kate (8/5): Convenient - The hotel was comfortable and clean.
The noise did travel quite a lot between the rooms, but otherwise it was okay
- Verified traveler (8/5): Name change - I was unable to find the hotel because of the new name. I was never informed about this and the website still had the same name-Wyndham Days. It took me 1hour to finally enter the hotel and ask where the original hotel was. I was then told that it had changed! Other than the utter frustration when you’ve travelled 4 hours everything was very good.thankyou.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel was clean, very convenient for my visit and the staff were friendly and professional.
- Kalpesh (2/5): Not good at all - I was given a filthy and disgusting room, which had a used condom wrapper and dirty towels on the end and basically they hadn’t cleaned the room, see photos. When I told the reception about it they casually apologised and gave me another room. That is simply not acceptable. I demand proper apology and a full refund!
- Gareth (10/5): Great Hotel - Great location, 3 mins from tube station, 5 mins to tourist London. Room was clean and quiet.
- Cora (10/5): Great Place To Stay for South Bank - Stayed here with two friends for a night out in London. Really easy to check in/out , staff were friendly, room was in great condition - bathroom especially was amazing. No one minded that we crept back in at 3 in the morning, would definitely stay here again.
- Maureen (10/5): - Our reason for choosing Waterloo Hub was an appointment at St Thomas’ Hospital We were very pleased with our room. We would not hesitate to use the Hotel again Thank you
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We only needed this place to sleep and get ready. We were barely in the room after seeing it.
- Wedd (10/5): - Thanks everyone for your support
Room clean ,bathroom , bed comfy .
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This is my second stay at this hotel. It is incredibly well-located (at least for all I have to do in the city). The rooms are tight and very clean. An overall criticism I had in my previous review is that the inside decoration and furniture seemed tired.
Since I made my reservation and then stayed, the hotel cut its ties with Days Inn and renamed the hotel to the Waterloo Hub. The management said they have plans to renovate the hotel; there was work being done in one area off the lobby.
As before, and again this stay, the service level from the front desk was exceptional.
I have no doubt I will stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff very helpful and location very good, hotel is dated but there is obvious upgrading going on,can only get better, I would recommend this hotel
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This property was old and in need of repair. The walls were cracked and paint was crumbling in the hallways. The fire alarm went off at 2:00 in the morning. The elevator broke down during our stay. We were told call reception if you require assistance with your bags. They refused to help and said we don’t offer this service. We were on the 3rd floor and had to carry our luggage down, luckily for us to Lind gentleman staying at the hotel assisted us. The service at the front was not helpful. The girl that checked us in was rude and didn’t smile. Wish I had spent the extra money to stay somewhere else.
- Cheryl 'Beryl' (8/5): - Check in was quick and easy and i was able to check in before the check in time. The guys on reception were very helpful. The bed is a small double so was a bit of a squeeze for the 2 of us but was pretty comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated but they are doing improvements and it still does the job. They have changed the name of the hotel and no where on any website states this which is a bit confusing.
- GeorgePan (8/5): - Location is good. 5 mins walk to the underground. 10 mins walk to the train station.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I liked the bar at the front and they allowed me a late check out.
- JAN (8/5): - Good apart from no hot water in shower. One of he receptionists was very helpful. The other not so helpful as although I requested maintenance come to the room this wasn't forthcoming and I had to call again. I spoke to the original receptionist who was very apologetic and arranged for maintenance to repair the shower. However, we lost almost an hour of our morning.
- Carla (8/5): Nice and quiet - Ive stated in much worse for more money. Nice and quiet too. Very close to tube station and not too far from the london eye. Would stay there again
- Gavin (8/5): Great value for location - Apart from not being informed that the hotel name had changed this hotel represents good value for money as far as accommodation is concerned. Would stay here again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - My worst hotel experience for some time. Cold showers, and awoken early in the morning by drilling relating to their incomplete renovation work.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great value - Great value, 2 mins walk from Lambeth North. Just been taken over so modernisation in place
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Not much room to move around. Wardrobe very small for 2 people. And shower door opens from a wrong sngle which makes it difficult to get in
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel - Great location, clean and functional hotel, quick and efficient staff, perfect for a weekend stay.
- Matias (10/5): Great Stay - The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area with great eateries and shops and is only a short distance from all the major sights in London! The room was clean, spacious and everything was really comfortable. A great stay and would recommend to anyone travelling to London!
- John Francis (10/5): - We have had a very pleasant stay at Days Waterloo many times over the last few years. A great find in a very accessible location.
- sajid (8/5): Cheap and very cheerful - Good location, clean and comfortable
- Viorica (6/5): - It is well located, and the price was ok, however the beds are small (it felt like 140x200). Also the bedspreads were not really clean, you can see some dirt and spots and the white bedspread. No adapters for travellers. Many things can be improved.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was good overall. They are doing construction on the hotel in the lobby/ bar/ food area so it could’ve been nicer. Staff could be a little more friendly and helpful. Good location I would 3/5 overall.
- Rensel (10/5): - It is close to many amenities. Walkable distance.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Changed a bit since we stayed last September, for a full breakfast it was £9.99 ,now £12.99.Redecorated & changed dining around a bit .Breakfast is always good .Close to tube & bus stops ,a good location . Rooms could do with a re decoration ,hopefully in time this will happen .
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location, Staff were patient & helpful. Good service.
- Jo (8/5): Nice and convenient - As usual a comfortable convenient stay, even the renovations didn’t detract from the stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location very clean but poor service - Reception was disappointing. There was no hello or smile. The other person on reception dealing with another customer was friendly. I went for dinner the waiter looked put out that we wanted to eat, did not speak but motioned us to sit. The food was like a ready meal that had not been heated properly.
However the location was great and the room while very small was clean and comfortable and very quiet so great sleep.
- Darren (10/5): Great value for money - Can't really moan about it location great for almost everything you need to do 5min walk to tubes and train only thing that was wrong is the shower door i think that it could have opened up a different way as you had to get in between toilet and sink not good for the larger person
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We had a good stay. Room was small bed was comfortable we were only there at night to shower and sleep.
- Caroline (8/5): Trip to aLondon - When we arrived at 20:00 hrs the Reception girl, seemed a bit moody & asked us to wait? We were then given the keys to a room on the second floor & although the room was clean the bed linen smelt a bit musty?. So we went back to Reception & asked for a different room. A Manager came over & said that’s no problem and gave us aRoom on the fourth floor. The room was decorated very nicely & smelt much fresher, we also had the benefit of a newly decorated bathroom with new Tiles & fittings etc. So we were well pleased with swapping our room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was in the best location, the London eye is literally down the street. The only setback to me about the property would be the shower, it is extremely small. You have to get in and close a door behind you, so if you are a bigger size you'd have trouble in the shower. but other than that the location was great the staff was great I would definitely stay there again.
- John (6/5): New Hotel Owners getting greedy - Unfortunately this hotel is not as good as it used to be. Before itr was a reasonably priced budget hotel. Now new owners have taken it over and put uup the prices and almsot doubled the price of breakfast.
Getting too greedy for a basic budget hotel
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was very small and the walls were so thin we could hear people passing in the corridor. The corridors should also be painted as they looked very grubby. The staff were very dismissive and lacked a welcoming smile. We only received one key card at first whick initially didn't work. After we received the second key card one of the two key card proceeded to work for the duration of our stay.
- JOHNNY (6/5): disappointed - the room was a reasonable price, however - there was no hot water in the shower, the sink backed up just washing your hands. NO air conditioning so opened the window which worked However the police sirens were crazy often day and night. One night 2 am, the fire alarm went off, we evacuated on our own as did other guests. However no firetruck came, we were told that "someone took a hot shower and the steam set the alarm off.
The Food in the lobby was awful, the price was crazy for what you got! One evening we tried fish & chips NO potatoes of any kind were available except the ones that came on the pre-made frozen "cottage pie which was burnt, even the apple crumble was awful, frozen apple slices heated up with crunched up cookie on top, no spices and a scoop of ice cream. Breakfast was buffet only. We opted to eat somewhere else. The neighborhood store has really good pre-made sandwiches (yeah who would have thought)
The staff was nice, even tho one morning they gave our reserved taxi to someone else. Most had heavy accents and did not understand English that well.
We would not recommend nor would we stay here again. Of special note We did not let it spoil our trip, but I could see it ruining some people's vacations.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great location with good transport options and walkable to many areas of London. Hotel a little tired, could use a refresh. Room extremely small, couldn’t open all suitcases in room
- L (2/5): - The location of this property is great. However, this property had bedbugs. The staff told me blatant lies (that bedbugs can’t move), and tried to diminish the situation. When my friend and I went downstairs the next day to check out/be moved to another hotel that Expedia helped us get, the staff were very rude and standoffish. Days later, I read a review on Trip Advisor and in it the people said the staff had told them they had never had bedbugs there before, which was obviously a lie since we had just left days earlier after telling the manager.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not sure if the issue was only with the hotel or Expedia as well but I requested a family room for 4 people. Which appeared as 4 twin beds. When we got to the hotel we were told we were going to be charged extra for 2 extra people and 2 pullout beds. Unfortunately my booking somehow got changed in the process and said for 2 people but still said 4 twin beds which didn't make sence to any of us and the hotel staff started to be rude with us since they thought we were lying and our booking said 2 people even with the 4 beds being on my receipt. They proceeded to charge us, be rude about it and stuffed us into a small room not the family room.
- Petrice (6/5): Hustle and bustle of London - Waterloo well situated for seeing London sights. Easy to access all forms transport. Days Hotel, is a bit tired as are a lot of staff, not welcoming or friendly at all, with two exceptions.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay - Hotel is very central for a tourist to London, close to Waterloo Station.
Rooms are clean and comfotable with nice modern bathroom, although water pressure is low.
We did not have any meals at the hotel as we found cheaper options close to the hotel.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
- Daniel (8/5): A good affordable option near the London Eye - My first impression was that the room was small, manageable, but small. It was clean though and the bed was comfortable. I stayed last year at a more expensive hotel nearby and comparatively I liked this hotel much better for what the hotels in the area cost. I would recommend staying here, especially over some of the others in the area.
- Andrew (8/5): I'd stay there again - Great location for the Southbank of the Thames, if you don't mind tubing or walking. I'd stay there again.
- Rachel (8/5): - I loved the location of this property! So close to the tube stations and eateries. I did not like how small the room was, how small the bed was, and that there is no air conditioning. Not that the air conditioning was completely necessary with the outside temperature, but we kept the window open and I have never heard so many sirens at all times of the night!
- Paige (2/5): - The staff at this property were absolutely horrible. We had an issue with our shower (the knob to change the water temperature was broken and the shower water was scalding hot only). when we reported this to the front desk we were advised that someone would repair it that day. When we arrived home, we inquired and were advised that it was fixed. When we attempted to shower that evening after a long day, the problem persisted. We then had to switch rooms in the middle of the night (midnight). we we not once offered so much as an apology, and when I asked what would be done for this awful inconvenience (we had to pack and unpack all of our belongings again), I was told that our "compensation" was getting a new room, as if a working shower shouldn't have been a given. I reached out to the hotel manager not once but twice and was ignored both times. Stay elsewhere. This place is trash.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Knew this was a budget hotel so expected the small room and tired decor.
Pros: was clean; price very competitive; check-in went well; breakfast staff were friendly and attentive; location handy to transport, supermarkets, cafes and sightseeing; modern bathroom; wifi good.
Cons: small bed not much larger than a king single so difficult for 2 of us to sleep well; room too hot with no airconditioning and too noisy with sirens blaring 24/7 to have window open; no fridge in room; safes are all in area downstairs and when we asked for one were told that none available and suggested we keep checking everyday - maybe should have waiting list system?; woken up about 5.30am one morning for taxi we had not ordered - must have had room number wrong but no apology; next morning false fire alarm at 2am with no explanation or announcement; receptionist we dealt with after check in was unfriendly, sour faced, unsmiling and obviously had a problem with our NZ English as she stared blankly each time we asked a question so that we were forced to repeat ourselves several times - suggest some customer service training be undertaken or perhaps a change of career.
In hindsight we should not have chosen to stay at this hotel as we were staying for 10 nights and that was too long for the conditions we endured - heat, small room and bed size.
After weighing up pros and cons we will not stay here again, even for a shorter period. As NZers we are used to a better customer service.
- Danilo (2/5): - There were bed bugs on our bed in room 125. We still have not received a response from the General Manager about what he is going to about it. We decided to leave the hotel and book elsewhere. We would like to be reimbursed for our stay there and also for having to turn our personal belongings into a pest control company to get rid of the bed bugs. The total cost for the pest control company came out to over $1,700 which I have receipts for. When I asked the manager in charge that day what they planned to do about their room that has bed bugs, she replied by saying nothing and that they didn’t know. It’s not an acceptable answer. I don’t think future guests should be subjected to staying in that room. At the very least I’d like to have my stay at this property reimbursed as it ruined the first leg of our honeymoon.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Helpful sand pleasant staff, very clean; convenient to Waterloo train station and, if you’re willing to walk, theatres, Trafalgar Square, the millennium wheel Imperial war museum. A good experience!
- ROGER (6/5): Reasonable budget hotel - Reasonable double room with ensuite. Asked for quiet room and was placed end corridor. Road out front generates noise but it quietened down and wasn't noticeable when sleeping apart from odd sirens but it's London so you expect that. Not far to walk to Lambeth North tube and we enjoyed a good meal at Indian restaurant close to hotel. Didn't use in-house restaurant so can't comment. I've slept in smaller hotel rooms in London for much more money....
We didn't use heating in room (mild October). There was an electric fan in the room which we didn't use either. Water pressure in shower was miserable. Wifi worked well. Medium size tv. Tea, coffee, etc. Friendly reception staff.
Overall, a reasonable budget hotel. Shame we had a fire alarm go off and had to evacuate about 1.30 Sunday morning but assume it was false alarm as nothing was said.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable and convenient - Simple, clean accommodation with good service and a convenient location. No frills but perfect for a travelling couple looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Property was perfectly located, quiet, but close to lots of pubs, restaurants, right by Lower Marsh st where there are wonderful street food vendors. Nearest Tube station is 3 minute walk away. Clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would stay here again!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location, friendly stuff, nice and cozy rooms. Please note, breakfast is not included with Expedia reservations.
- Paul (8/5): A Good Hotel has - A very good clean hotel. The only thing keeping it from being very very good Hôtel was the lack of air conditioning.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Hotel provisions are disappointing and staff attitude needs improving.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great location if you plan on doing some site seeing as it is located close to a lot of attractions. Not sure if this is normal in London but we found the room very warm and only way to cool off is to open the windows which made it very noising from the cars. A fan was in the room but still felt very stuffy. I cannot imagine how hot the rooms would be during the summer months.
- Jesus (6/5): Cheap place - Noise, smelly, disrespect and courtesy less front desk personal
- joan (8/5): Clean and comfortable - Nice sized rooms and beautiful renovated bathroom. My only complaint was room so hot ...no AC very warm and stuffy. Fans are provided in room but still very uncomfortable. If you prefer a cool room in the summer months this is not a hotel for you. Staff very kind and helpful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A nice and easy walk to the London eye and other major attractions
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It's what we were looking for, a place to sleep and walking distance to many tourist sites to visit.
- Jon (8/5): - There was no way to control the temperature in the room so it was terribly hot. Location was excellent.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to subway. Not fancy but clean. Good breakfast.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Right in middle of london, affordable prices. Staff mixed;some excellent, some indifferent .
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Basic but clean. Good location. Close to subway. Good breakfast.
- tina (4/5): Impressed - We arived at 3am. The manager was friendly, but we were told our toom was cancelled. They gave us a room, not sure I would ever pay 150.00 again for. 2 twin beds. The rug was cut up and replaced. It looked like an old bar hotel room. Then in the am no room service. When I spoke to the evening manager he said he didnt know what happened. He brought us clean towels. I gave him 2 prs of jeans to wash. We came back on day 2 amd found the beds were remade. New towels and the jeans were not washed. The young lad at the counter was appologettic but that doesnt eccuse the fact that the manager didn't check that all requirements were met for laundry service. Needless to say we left feeling poor. The lad of the previous day left us a breakfast bag which was night. Ild really like to see the carpets repaired and walls cleanef.
- Jeffery (10/5): Good hotel - Great location within 30 minutes walking of all the sites of London. Room was small but comfortable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent value for the price. Rooms are very small Europen style and could do with AC. Staff excellent and hotel very well locsted
- Verified traveler (8/5): - No air conditioner, very hot at night when we were there.
- Cm456 (8/5): - Good location and the room was very clean and tidy, but on the downside very small.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Really handy for seeing parliament with it being easy walking distance plus subway not to far away either hotel really clean and staff very accomodating
- Benny (10/5): Love it - Great area
- H.N (10/5): - Location, convenience stores close by, cleanliness.
- Timothy (10/5): We will stay here again!! - The staff was wonderful and very helpful! The room was clean, quite and bigger than I thought it would be for being Central London. It was also conveniently located to anything you want to do in London without breaking your budget.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - This hotel is located in such excellent location. Its only walk 5-10 minutes to the London eyes and big ben. Its quite a good place actually. But if you are expecting a luxury it is not yours. Good wifi, clean room, only the noise of the ambulance is like 24/7
- Susan (10/5): - Unique location if u are a walker as the London eye was 7/10 of a mile (1km) and the bus and subway system gets u everywhere else. Great breakfast options, and the staff very helpful and professional. Loved it
- Kathleen (10/5): Anniversary 5 years - You can get to most places from here very friendly staff and helpfull
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location. Very central and reasonably priced for a London hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location is handier than you think being 5 mins walk from Lambeth North tube station on the Bakerloo line, ten minutes to Elephant & Castle on the Bakerloo and Northern lines, and ten minutes walk to Westminster or Lambeth Bridge.
My main issue was a stained floor mat in the bathroom, a horrible large brown stain in the toilet bowl, and black mould in the shower. All of these things are fixable and I may have been unlucky with my room but it shows a certain lack of care in the maintenance.
- DerralP (2/5): - Smaller than our room on our cruise. Shower is round tube that you don't have room to lather and rinse without opening the shower door in order to allow room to bend and lather yourself. Only a double bed size(too small for two adults) and mattress is too soft. Only one nightstand for one side of the bed. Closet is 8 inches of hidden corner of the room with 5 hangers. No air conditioning but they do give you a fan. Problem is that you must leave the window open to get air and keep cool enough--but then with all the street noise (blaring ambulance every 30 minutes) you can't sleep anyway. To top it off, room was hot all the time and they don't even provide a thin cover sheet for sleeping at night--a thicker comforter that is on the bed is too hot. I asked for a seperate thin sheet and they did provide it.
- Larkin (2/5): Staff treated us like we were incompetent. - The location is great with a reasonable price. But the staff is rude and do not communicate with each other between shifts. There was a problem with our room (one of the lights wouldn't turn off, really odd) and we reported it three times. Every time we were treated like we were complete idiots. The first report was logged into the maintenance book but when we came back that night the problem was still there. We went to report the problem again (according to the maintenance book there was no problem) and a member of staff accompanyed us to the room with the attitude of contempt of having to show a guest how to turn off a light. Once he realized the problem was legit, he tried to get another room but they were booked and told us to inform the day shift and we would be accommodated. The next morning we talked to the day manager and she had no idea what we were talking about. So up to the room again with even more rudeness and specifically stating that their rooms are not broken. Again, she was amazing we were telling the truth but tried really hard to make it look like we didn't know how to turn off a light and it was our fault. We were given one free breakfast but being treated so poorly left a bad taste in our mouths. The problem was fixed that morning but it shouldn't have taken three reports and two personal visits to the room before action was taken.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - This hotel is fine if you don’t care about the condition. It’s old, basic accommodation in a good location about a 15 min walk to al the attractions of London. Very basic room but not quite up to standard.
- Mark (8/5): - It was clean and comfortable
