• OwenMc64 (8/5): Nice hotel in a good location with excellent staff - Comfortable room, clean and bright. Staff always friendly & helpful - top marks there. We had a room on the top floor with terrace, which transformed an otherwise small room into a pleasant open living space - definitely worth the extra cost. Double bed was soft - not our type at all, so be warned if you too don‘t get on with this type of mattress. Breakfast a small buffet, sufficient but limited. Plenty of cafés & restaurants nearby, mostly cheaper than in the centre so worth eating nearby (Kanoun!). Close to metro & bus stops, so well connected for easy transit.

The staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful. It was nice having the balcony overlooking the rooftops. The water was very slow to warm up for showering but eventually did.

Housekeeping made the bed and washed/ dusted floors but did not wash out coffee cups, washout water glasses or replace paper cups in the bathroom. If you are staying 2 days u might not care but being there 11 days i was not interested in doing this myself.Other than that, the experience was good. No drawer space.

On a eu un petit souci de chambre, une femme de ménage est rentrée sans notre autorisation quand nous n'étions pas là mais ils devaient changer les draps de tout l'hôtel, ils ont était super compréhensif ( car on aime pas que quelqu'un rentre dans notre chambre ) et nous on apporté une compensation. La struttura è nuova, essendo stata ristrutturata da poco, e si percepisce subito la cura nei dettagli. La reception è accogliente e ben organizzata, con uno staff disponibile e gentile. La stanza era moderna, confortevole e dotata di diversi accorgimenti pensati per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia: ogni mattina la camera veniva sistemata e gli asciugamani cambiati quotidianamente. Il letto era comodo e ho dormito benissimo. Considerando gli standard di Parigi, la dimensione della stanza era più che adeguata. Ottima anche la posizione: proprio all’angolo della strada si trova l’ingresso della metro, comodissimo per spostarsi. Il quartiere è tranquillo, piacevole e sicuro. Nulla

• Emily (8/5): All in all a very nice stay and would recommend especially for tourist who are looking to be out exploring and seeing th - The property was in a very good location, near metro which allowed us to get everywhere we wanted. Shop next door, easy to locate. It was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and the room was nice for spending short amount of times there. The staff were amazing, made us feel very welcomed and we were known to them which made the stay even more personalised. It was one of our guests birthdays and once the staff knew, the receptionist sang happy birthday multiple times and on return to the hotel they had balloons ready to take to the room. A very nice gesture and touch! Only downside was the shower is quite small and there are no shelves for you to put products in there. But the shower itself had a good temperature and power to it.

We were agreed to leave our luggage before check in time as we arrived late morning and then to leave it for a few hours after check out, allowing us to enjoy more of Paris before heading to the airport. Charonne metro is very convenient and there is a fabulous Boulangerie and a little Market just around the corner. The room was well cleaned. The Hotel was under renovation. We would have preferred to know it before booking our prepaid reservation, instead immediately after. Not a big deal though as we were on the 1st floor and works were on floor 2 and 3. It meant just a dusty lift for us. No biggie

• CHARALAMPOS (9/5): Ήταν όλα καταπληκτικά - Το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο. Σε μια όμορφη γειτονιά του Παρισιού ακριβώς δίπλα από το μετρό που μπορείς να πας όπου θέλεις και ακριβώς από κάτω υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ. Το δωμάτιο πάντα καθαρό, κάθε μέρα μας το καθαρίζανε και άλλαζαν σεντόνια. Οι άνθρωποι ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν και ότι πιο μεγάλο, ήταν αρκετά στενό αλλά δεν μας ενόχλησε καθόλου! Το μπάνιο πάντα πεντακάθαρο και υπήρχε γενικά χώρος για να αφήσεις τις αποσκευές σου. Το μόνο πρόβλημα ήταν που δεν έχει ψυγειακι. Ολα τέλεια! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Δεν είχε ψυγείο και δεν μας άρεσε πολύ η θέα και η στενότητα (δεν είχαμε μεγάλο πρόβλημα πάνω σε αυτά όμως)
