DANILA (7/5): Ottimo soggiorno, in una accomodation di Roma più verace e meno turistica - La struttura è molto efficiente e organizzata. Personale molto gentile e collaborativo. Offerta valida La cosa più complicata è la posizione: non è centrale ma periferica rispetto al centro e quindi meno adatta per chi arriva in treno. Anche se l’autobus, la cui fermata è vicinissima, la collega in circa 20 minuti allo stato vaticano. Molto comoda invece per chi arriva in auto e può così magari spostarsi anche con questo mezzo senza i taxi che sono ovviamente costosi, in particolare per la sera. Anche se in zona ci sono alcuni locali validi per cenare

srishti (7/5): Good beddings but low facilities - Hotel had a bus stop right in front. There is a restaurant with great pizzas inside hotel. Bed was large enough. Room size was good. No tea or coffee inside room and just a kettle kept.( weird as when you pay this much for bug hotel then providing tea is the basic ). No iron. No smart tv( i dont know Italian and i had a child with me and tv showed all italian channels) all hotels nowadays have smart tv so that you can login to nettflix or youtube. With kids it is must required.

Zack (10/5): Had a great time and would recommend to others. - The property is superb to be honest. The facilities and hygiene were top notch, these were beyond expectation. The peacefulness and the atmosphere from the exterior to the interior of the hotel was amazing. The staff is awesome, most especially BENEDETTA, the lady whom I encountered in the restaurant during our two nights dinner. 👌 There is nothing I dislike about the property. One thing is that I find it difficult to get to the property from the Colosseum. I didn’t understand the buses system which is normal for a first time visitor. Nonetheless, I had a great stay.

KsanaTibor (4/5): - De kamer was groot, en het kind bevond zich in een apart gedeelte ervan. De badkamer heeft een renovatie nodig. De tapijten op de vloer zijn oud en stinkend. Het ontbijt was saai en er was onvoldoende keuze. Zeker niet wat je mag verwachten van een viersterrenhotel. De bus stopt voor de deur, maar je moet meestal lang wachten en de rit naar het centrum duurt erg lang. De bus terug komt soms niet of heeft een grote vertraging, tot wel een uur. De buschauffeur kan niet helpen en je moet zeker GPS gebruiken om te weten waar je bent. In het weekend was er muziek tot 12 uur ’s nachts, waardoor het hele hotel ‘mee kon genieten’. Absoluut niet aan te raden.

Miloslav (5/5): - Žádal jsem při Check-in na recepci o vypsání faktury na moji firmu, ale bylo mi řečeno že si to musím zařídit přes Booking, jelikož platba proběhla přes tuto platformu. Na žádost o dodatečné předělání faktury hotel opět odmítl fakturu vystavit s rim, že se měla podat žádost při Check-in. Absolutně nepochopitelná neochota !!!!
