- Stella w (8/5): Satisfactory but have a drawback - Restaurant service: dinner is good . One big drawback is no toilet availability before you get your room ! You have to walk to a Mcdonald about 7 minutes away to find one if and even though you have early check-in but rooms not yet ready !

The staff service is good. 1.The door has no soundproof. 2.Some guests talked loudly along the corridor in the early morning or late night. 3. Recommend the door to install a hydraulic handle to hold the door to close gently. Many guests let their doors close by itself with a loud bang. 4. Hotel staff advise all guests not to talk loudly along the corridor.

- Ted (5/5): Very bad Wifi and cellular coverage. - Cleaning staff so nice and efficient. Everyone quite responsive. There is minimal cellular connection and the WiFi is awful. Management should spend just a few hundred dollars and get better Wifi service throughout the building. All the scores on this survey would have gone up if there was at least passable WiFi. As it is, I would not stay here again because could not even get a signal!

- ML991 (4/5): Disappointing - This is my second stay at the hotel. But this time, the experience was disappointing. The room looks smaller than the stated. And it was dim and dated. The plus point is its location. From the airport, there is an Airport Bus stop in front of the hotel. However, to go to the airport, the bus stop for the Airport Bus is at least a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Many eateries near the hotel. In future, I would pay a bit more for a better room.

- jazzmozart (10/5): Near Prince Edward MTR - This hotel is very near the Prince Edward MTR. The nearest is exit C2 but there are no lift or escalator. Therefore those with luggages should use exit E which is a little walk away. The hotel room is small but generally the required things for accommodation to define a hotel is there. There are 4 lifts in the hotel, 2 on each end. There is a self service welcome drink (lemon water and/or chinese tea). The reception is nice as they accommodated my request for the 2 rooms to be beside each other. They can speak mainly English, Cantonese and Chinese. Around the area, there are a number of travel agencies providing buses to nearby areas like Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Macau, Zhuhai.

- Diego (9/5): This is our second time in this hotel and won't hesitate staying here again. - Excellent location. The bus from the airport, A21, stops practically at the doorsteps of the hotel. The Prince Edward MTR station is about a block away. Plenty of places to eat right around the hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful. Our 2 rooms are clean. The carpet in our rooms and the hallway, I think, has seen better days.
