Tratan de hablar tu idioma (en nuestro caso español) y agilizar us tramites y necesidades. La habitación es amplia y super silenciosa. El resturante tiene una carta limitada y los precios son elevados con respecto a otros lugares de similar categoría. Así y todo te saca del paso si llegas a necesitar algo.

- Agnes Fontana (9/5): Du confort et du calme au plein coeur de la ville, pour affronter Berlin la trépidante ! - Espace et confort aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs. Petit-déjeuner-buffet très généreux. Luxe rare d'avoir du thé en vrac (non en sachets) et d'après mon mari le café est très bon !! Excellente localisation, on peut être à Porte de Brandebourg à pied, et partout ailleurs avec le métro ou le S-Bahn. micro-problèmes (pas graves) dans les équipements des chambres : bouton manquant dans la douche, lampe de chevet rescotchée.

Schönes Frühstückbuffet, schnelles checkin/check out Gardinen sind zu knapp, so dass es hell bleibt im Zimmer und die Fenster sind nicht dicht, so dass man ständig meint, das Fenster sei noch offen. Lauter Strassenlärm. Bett war mir zu weich (aber schön gross)

- Ann (9/5): A very good short stay! - The room was spacious and it had a good bathroom. A bonus is also the fridge as not every hotel room has that. Would've loved also a bath, next to a shower, but it was a good walk-in shower. Location was very good as there was a lot nearby and you could talke the bus/tram/metro. Nothing really as it also was a short stay.

Lekke cocktails Ondanks isolerende ramen hoorde je langs de straatkant nog steeds heel goed het voorbijrijdende verkeer We wilden een massage boeken in het hotel maar de receptie was duidelijk niet op de hoogte dat de dame van de massage op vakantie was. Ze zochten wel voor een alternatief in de buurt. Harde matrassen

- Tommaso (10/5): Enjoyed my stay. Reccomended for both leisure and business trips. - It's in an excellent location, within walking distance of many must-visit places. It is next to a metro station, so you can easily reach any part of the city. The room is comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is excellent, albeit a little pricey, with plenty of options for different dietary requirements and a selection of quality loose teas.

- Knut (3/5): Keine Empfehlung. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht. - Nettes Personal. Saubere Zimmer. Zimmer für 187 € / Nacht ohne Frühstück viel zu teuer und mit Mängeln. Die Matratzen waren hart und die Federn haben gequietscht. Nur eine große Zudecke für zwei Personen. Geht meiner Meinung nach garnicht. Silikon im Bad wurde ausgebessert, löste sich aber um die Tür, in der Dusche und rund ums Waschbecken schon wieder ab. Klodeckel ohne Softclose, keine Nachtbeleuchtung im Bad. Badehändtücher viel zu groß und zu schwer, gefühlte 2 Kilo. Kein Balkon usw. Parkplatz kostet 29 € / Tag und Frühstück 23 € / Person für einen Kaffee und ein Brötchen? Also wir buchen da nicht wieder.

- Despoina (8/5): θέλεις να περνάς χρόνο στο ξενοδοχείο, ωραίο vibe, to check out ευκολο και πολυ ευχαριστο ! - το reception hall και το γυμναστήριο στι roof , h reception την ημερα που φυγαμε , εξαιρετικη η υπαλληλος!! το bagno θελει ανακαινιση , ευτυχως ζητησαμε και μας αλλαξαν δωματιο που το μπανι9ο ηταν πολύ πιο καινουργιο
