Jean (1/5): The receptionist were arrogant and our room is so poorly disgusting. very old and fallen apart. - Nothing went well the drawer door started to get rotten its hard to open.. The toilet is so weak to flush you have to flush 3 times to flush down the toilet paper. The hallway is also very old and disgusting the panel boards are nearly fallen out, the carpet smells. I didnt like everything.

Gilbert (9/5): A great hotel and value for money - Fantastic location with bus stops right in front of the hotel. Walking distance to MTRs. The room is quiet in the heart of Kowloon. The room is reasonable sized for Hong Kong hotels. Recommended. A small stool for the dressing table. The chair in the room is far too big for that.

No electrical outlet in bathroom for hair dryer and no mirror in the room. Elevators too slow and small. Escalator didn't work and bakery prices too high. No auto door at lobby entrance. Couldn't adjust the thermostat and smoke smell in room.

issei (8/5): コストパフォーマンス最高 - ダウンタウンから少し離れているので静かです。ベッドの側に4.5口あるUSBポートがあるのが、変換器がなくても充電できるのでありがたかったです。また、水回りも清潔です。バスローブがあったり、使い捨てのスリッパなども高級感があり、クリーニングも丁寧に行っていただきました。今回は素泊まり利用でしたが、価格を考えるとコスパが非常に良いのではないかと感じました。私はあまり感じませんでしたが、大きな駅である旺角駅から若干離れているので、遠いと感じる人はいるかもしれません。とはいっても、バス停も近くにありますし、困ることはないと思います。

Előd István (10/5): Very good hotel, I can recommend it - The hotel is very comfortable and modern. I was really delighted to stay here. The room was well-equipped and very clean. The bed was comfortable, I had good sleeps. It was silence and dark. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I read many comments about the hotel's location, but still booked here: I don't mind walking 15 minutes to the Mong Kok metro station. I cannot say anything bed about this hotel. It is a pity that they close the swimming pool at 6 pm. Unfortunately I couldn't have time to have a good swim, because I always arrived home later from the sightseeing.

Loreen (9/5): - J'ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Le personnel était très serviable et compétent. La chambre était très bien, confortable et spacieuse (chambre pour 3 personnes). La salle de bain est également très bien, la douche est spacieuse et la pression de l'eau est nickel ! Je n'ai pas du tout rencontré de problème d'humidité ou de moisissure comme le disent certains commentaires. Je n'ai rien à dire sur le service de chambre (parfait). Je n'ai pas testé la piscine ou la fitness room malheureusement. La vue depuis ma chambre n'était pas exceptionnelle mais ce n'est pas du tout quelque chose qui m'intéresse. Le seul petit bémol serait que la climatisation est vraiment forte. Il faisait 24°C dehors mais j'avais presque froid dans la chambre. Elle est là pour éviter justement l'humidité donc on ne peut pas l'éteindre et je comprends pourquoi, mais ça reste bien à savoir. Aussi, l'hôtel est à environ 15 minutes à pieds de toutes les stations de métro. À savoir si vous comptez marcher toute la journée...

Jane2211 (8/5): Enjoyed my stay - I like the room and bathroom (spacious for HK standards). Nice location with shops around, although a bit far from the center to get the MTR. Nice staff on ground floor. There is a shuttle bus going to the center once in an hour. The pool was open at this time of the year, which was great. There was only one power socket that we could use (as a couple). Although the room was not particularly small, it was kinda hard to open my suitcase normally. The elevators are small. It's quite far from the center.

O transfer do hotel até o metro é uma ótima ideia e ajuda aos hóspedes a se deslocarem e chegarem mais perto das lojas também. Há diversos horários disponíveis. Não é possível ajustar a temperatura do quarto. O hotel não fornece água no quarto, como de costume em outros lugares. Os preços dos hotéis em Hong Kong são elevados, e não foi diferentes neste hotel, por isso, o considero comparativamente com uma boa relação custo x benefício.
