- Sarah (3/5): -
- Ann (9/5): -
- Craig (8/5): -
- Meg (10/5): Beautiful property in a great location - Every thing Nothing
- Melissa (10/5): Perfect stay as usual, will only stay here when I’m in Sydney, location and facilities are great and staff very attentiv - Location and facilities were great Nothing it’s all amazing, 4th time staying here and will only stay here when I come to Sydney for work or pleasure.
- Bozina (5/5): -
- Harrison (10/5): -
- Olivia (4/5): Great location, basic hotel with no frills. Very small bathroom and poor room lighting if you want to do your makeup - Great location. Poorly trained staff. Very strange upon check in that our bags were left in the lobby as our room wasn’t ready. I would expect a secure room. When we came back later to pick them up there was no form of check process to ensure we were taking the correct luggage. I wouldn’t recommend leaving bad for this reason.
The room felt damp and there were visible stains on the ceiling. The room had an odd odour to it.
- Gordon (8/5): The Oxford was clean and modern and staff were professional and very helpful - The location to St Vincent Hospital was convenient within a 5-10 minute walk/stroll. I had nothing I didn't like
- Adam (8/5): Great location however parking in the area is a circus. - Great location, clean and tidy rooms. Rooms are small and there is no parking.
- Arthur (10/5): Very Pleasant - A lovely very convenient Hotel Nothing
- Adam (6/5): Good location, don’t book if only looking at the pool - Location Pool is in restaurant area and bedroom windows are not openable
- Kathleen (8/5): Conveniently and safely located close to St Vincents Hospital. - Location was great, staff were friendly and welcoming. No desk
- Bronte (7/5): Great location and lovely staff. Disappointed by lack of attention to detail across the room. - Great location. Comfortable bed. The carpet was stained. Bathroom door couldn’t be closed. Very loud (no double glazing). Tiny bathroom.
- Alex (1/5): Uncomfortable - Nothing Everything
- Carmel (9/5): Great boutique hotel in an amazing location. Would stay here again. - Great location, pool and clean. Small shower, the water leaked onto the bathroom floor.
- Lisa (6/5): - Great location Rooms and bathroom far too small
- Janan (9/5): - Super clean and comfortable. Lack of parking.
- Rikki-lee (9/5): -
- Saief (10/5): -
- Cathy (8/5): Our go to accommodation when we stay in Sydney - Location and cleanliness N/A
- Bridget (7/5): Amazing location, friendly staff just a few little improvements - Amazing location, cool and stylish interiors. The windows desperately needed a clean. The tv remote did not work, the staff were super helpful and came up with a replacement but I still struggled to get that to work (Chromecast didn’t work could only login to Netflix) . For the cost of a room a working tv is pretty key.
- Ryan (9/5): -
- Edwina (8/5): - Friendly staff and great outdoor pool and bar area to relax after a busy day. The room was very simple with elegance. No noice from the busy Oxford Street traffic, which meant a perfact bights sleep. Front house staff could be more engaged in actually letting you know what is on offer ! I had to discover that myself.
- Wendy (9/5): -
- Jenna (7/5): Nice hotel and reasonable value. - Location was very convenient to Moore Park and we were attending a show in the entertainment precinct. Nice toiletries provided. I don't think the room had been vacuumed, otherwise all was good.
- Elisabeth (5/5): -
- William (9/5): Would stay again - Well designed space in a great area, pool is a nice touch but it rained my whole trip so I couldn't use. :(
- terry (8/5): - Everything Nothing
- Burfoot (10/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Anne (9/5): Comfortable with fantastic food. - Rooms are quiet and clean. Very comfortable. Modern. Nothing much
- Samantha (10/5): Great location. Friendly staff and nice vibe - Breakfast was delicious! Room was much smaller than what I expected but cosy.
- marie (8/5): - clean,well located,helpful friendly staff
- Tess (10/5): - It was really nice
- Tanika (6/5): It was okay - The aircon didn't work on the first night making it very uncomfortable they tried to fix it then moved me to another room the next day. There is construction behind the hotel which started quite early in the morning
- Hannah (10/5): Perfect for a quick trip to Sydney if you love to eat and shop! - Great location to shops and cafes! Rooms are on the smaller side, if you require more space boom the double room!
- Samantha (9/5): Beautiful room. Close to the venue we were attending. Great friendly staff!! Would highly recommend - The facilities in our room were so well thought out, down to the GHD hair dryer and the travel tooth brush. Complimentary mini bar on our arrival was a lovely touch too. There didnt seem to be an iron or iron board available in the room. That would have been handy
- Natalie (7/5): - Really nice hotel. Rooms are lovely and bed is very comfy. Clean, neat and tidy. No parking options nearby. Had to walk a bit to the hotel with bags. Not the best on a rainy day. Recommend public transport. Bus stops out the front.
- Harvey (7/5): City stay with pool - Nice vibe and freshly refurbish No air conditioning in room as it was an old system and needed to be fixed.
- Carley (10/5): - Very clean, comfortable room. bed was also comfortable. Late check out is great. Parking was an issue....why dont you offer parking?
- Elizabeth (7/5): -
- Liz (9/5): -
- Louise (9/5): -
- Claudia (10/5): - Really nice stay modern rooms great location by bus stop can get everywhere in 10-15 mins
- Veronica (10/5): Really enjoyable. - Reception staff are excellent. The location is great, close to transport and shops. The decor of the room is interesting. The bathroom is very compact but manageable. The bed is very comfortable.
- SAMANTHA (8/5): - Cute cozy room
- Nilaya (10/5): -
- Tricia (9/5): Great hotel, highly recommend it. Close walk into the city or to Paddington shops. Room is small but modern and clean. B - Position was very good, close to cafes and an easy walk into the city.
The pool area and bar/cafe is adorable and a very nice space to enjoy a drink or lunch. The bathroom is very small but efficient.
- Perkins (8/5): - Beautiful spot, so central, amazing staff. Ive stayed a few times and always love it and will be coming back, always clean. Really loud traffic if you book any of the rooms roadside, so if your a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend, ill just remember to book a different room next time.
- Marie (10/5): - The pool & bar/ cafe loved the vibe!!! No parking is an issue
- Gai (8/5): -
- wouter (9/5): Clean, modern, and great location - Location and staff No safe in the room
- Mirella (8/5): -
- miriuma (10/5): - Location, easy check in, the restaurant had great food
- Sacha (10/5): -
- Claire (7/5): Location is worth it. - The location was perfect for a stroll around and then a game at the SCG.
The bar area was lovely. The rooms are tiny and smelt a little musty and sweaty (may have had something to do with Mardi Gras the weekend before)
The reception staff were disinterested, told us nothing about the hotel, how to get to our room etc.
For $350/night I expected more.
- Nathan (10/5): -
- Stella (10/5): It was amazing, no complaints - The room was BEAUTIFUL - so clean and very nice looking. The pool bar was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and kind! The room service was absolutely delicious as well !! We weren’t a massive fan of the limited menu at busby’s, but not really an issue as there are plenty of other restaurants in Sydney.
- Jacqui (9/5): -
- Dyana (6/5): -
- Odette (9/5): - on arrival in my room was a hand written greeting and a bottle of wine to make my special occasion stay memorable
- Martin (10/5): -
- Cris (8/5): - It’s in a good location near to all that Paddington has to offer. Facilities are modern and very clean. Being on Oxford St it can get a bit noisy at times. The rooms are small, especially the bathrooms.
- Fleur (8/5): Beautiful property, excellent location and comfy beds. - Beautifully designed and thought out, excellent location Only downfall was you could hear other guests doors slamming at all hours of the night. Also the tiny tea cups are too small, some bigger mugs for a cup of tea would have been great. I did ask reception but all they could offer was a paper cup, which I happily took!
- Xander (10/5): -
- Vicky (8/5): - 24 hour Reception. Close to SCG. A little noisy.
- Erin (10/5): -
- Torres (9/5): -
- Bridie (4/5): Great location, terrible value for money - The hotel is in a great, central location and I was surprised by the lack of noise considering. While the lift was working when I stayed, I was not informed there were five or six steps from the elevator to my floor. I have a neck injury and was left to lift my suitcase down those stairs at checkout. While the reception is 24 hours, I struggled to find anyone to help me as the desk was often unattended. As others have mentioned, the hotel is very rundown for somewhere so new. The curtain rod in my room was broken, the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine and when I checked in I was really unimpressed by the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom is laughably tiny, with no storage space. The shower has only a rainfall head, and despite best efforts I could not stop the bathroom and bedroom space becoming flooded every time I used the shower. There are certainly much better value hotels in the area and I won't be rebooking again.
- Millie (8/5): -
- jennie (10/5): Would stay again - Great location
Modern clean rooms
Lovely shower Very pricey
Tiny room
- Johanna (10/5): Fabulous stay - Beautiful boutique hotel. The restaurant was fantastic including the bottomless brunch on Sunday! Terrance room was fabulous but noisy from the oxford street cars. The Art Suite was the same size without the noise.
- Christine (8/5): -
- Samantha (7/5): -
- jessica (7/5): Overall the location is 10/10, facilities 7/10, and service 7/10 - Amazing location, walking distance to so many good cafes, restaurants, bars, and public transport. 10 minute bus to the cbd. The pool area was really nice and you could eat and drink at the pool which was perfect. The pool and bar stuff were really lovely too and provided great service. The check in staff on the day we arrived (a young girl) wasn’t great. Didn’t tell us where the pool was, where the bar was, or that there was a restaurant connected. No help with our bags. Didn’t tell us the WiFi or how to contact reception. Also didn’t let us know that as Madi Gra was on that weekend the whole area was a no pick up or drop off zone for Ubers which would have been nice to know considering we were there for a concert and had to walk 30 mins away to get picked up or dropped off. The rooms also had terrible lighting and even worse ventilation, everything felt damp the whole time, all our clothes and bags were damp and smelt weird, even though we had windows open. The bathrooms have no counter storage space, and if you’re a tall man you’ll struggle to fit under the shower - just a few design issues that would really improve the experience. Rooms also say they have irons but they don’t, so bring a steamer or something
- Annette (8/5): - The staff were lovely Room was small and bathroom was even smaller. Shower leaked right across the floor
- Helen (10/5): Great location to stay- especially on Mardi Gras weekend! Close enough to enjoy the action but far enough to have a good - Gorgeous decor
- Sabina (9/5): Great location lovely staff - Thank you very much to Ayesha and Ruben who were both incredibly helpful in sorting out our reservation. We appreciate the professionalism and friendliness in the situation. Very good location with lots of buzzing activity, shops, bars and food places. We were looking for something more in the CBD area.
- Jordan (7/5): I was a little disappointed in the hotel, expecting more - Good location central to Paddington The rooms were very loud, heard closing doors all night. The room was small and expensive for what you got.
- Aliya (8/5): -
- Skye (8/5): - The staff were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. I recommend staying here if you are planning to enjoy your time in Paddington
- Michael (10/5): -
- Christopher (9/5): - Great service by the staff The aircon didn’t cool the room down very well
- LEANNE (10/5): Love the location, the rooms are comfy. - Loved the location and the bar area The heavy scent when you walk in.
One of those plug in scented machines. Hits your nose with a bad chemical effect. How about some organic / soy candles.
Bathrooms are very very small.
- Shania (9/5): -
- Danielle (10/5): -
- Melissa (10/5): Easy going, pool and bar so fun, staff were so accommodating from the minute we arrive to the time we left. Back in Apri - Pool and bar area were great and clean.
- Lilli (8/5): -
- Natasha-Lee (6/5): -
- Clare (9/5): Comfortable, clean, had a great stay. - Great location and facilities. Very small.
- Clara Wilson (10/5): Best location, so peaceful close to the city centre Reminded me of Soho house vibes! - The bed, the pool, the location
- Emma (10/5): Great location - Perfect location, can walk to a lot of areas or get busses very easily from Oxford street, or walk 5 mins to a bus stop. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Went out of way to help me with issue with the Chromecast on my TV. Bathroom is tiny and minimal to no wardrobe space. No drawers to place clothes so mine spent most of the week crumpled in my suitcase. On Saturday this is definitely a party hotel with lots of young 20 year olds partying in the court yard. The rest of the week is relatively quiet though, but be prepared if you are expecting a quiet Saturday lying by the pool.
- Elvera (9/5): Would love to stay here again!! - The room is so clean and roomy. No parking 😏
