Noisy area, but the windows didn’t close fully and if they did, the airvent in the window will let in everything from outside. Aircondition did not work. The bed was not a single king size but two singlebeds put together. Hard as a rock and the mattressprings poking in the back.

• Emma (10/5): Beautiful, homely, safe .. this hotel felt like home to us after a short 4 days! We absolutely loved it - The staff were super friendly and welcoming! The superior room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Fresh towels and clean bed sheets every day. The reception had free tea, coffee, fruit and cakes everyday which was a lovely touch. The shower was great! Location was brilliant, close to the metro and so many bars and cafes at our door step. Will defiantly be back Nothing I didn’t like, it was 1000/10 for me and my mother who is almost 70
• Wolf (9/5): Zentrale Lage in kleinem Hotel - Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr gut, U-Bahn, Restaurants und Bars in wenigen Fuss-Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, dafür aber gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen Kurzurlaub können wir das Hotel gut empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr ruhig. Aber das ist bei der Lage klar, uns bewusst gewesen und nicht gross gestört.

• Christina (8/5): Sehr sauberes und nettes Hotel! - Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und es ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab auf dem Zimmer tolle Produkte von L‘occitane , Kaffee und Wasser. In der Lobby kann man ebenfalls Kaffee trinken und unsere Koffer konnten wir auch unterstellen. Wir hatten dieses Mal ein Zimmer im 7. Stock. Das Zimmer hatte keine Dusche, sondern eine Badewanne in der man sich hinhocken musste,um zu duschen. Wir sind keine großen Menschen und hatten Probleme. Zudem hörte man sehr laut den Fahrstuhl und so eine Art Brummen aus dem Innenhof. Es hat uns nicht sehr gestört, aber den Aufenthalt etwas betrübt.

• MarisaLR (9/5): Great location. I shall stay here again in the future. - Perfect location to explore Paris. It is well connected with the metro and is walking distance from attractions like the Ópera. There is a supermarket on the same street and diverse restaurants and cafés nearby. I shall stay there again in the future. All in all I found it good value for money considering the location and Paris pirces. The street might be a bit noisy at night during the weekends. And the ventilation in the room could also be less noisy.

• efsa (10/5): Great service - I didn't actually stay here but was kindly moved to their sister hotel Maxim Folies opposite on account of the lift being broken here. I really really appreciated it as I have bad knees and going up and down stairs would have been very difficult for me. I was already a returning customer, I will certainly always stay here when in Paris in the future. Thank you! My only complaint would be that the room became quite cold at night.

Good and friendly service. Room was a bit small and various theater crowds in street below but we didn't mind either issue very much, and noise was very reduced with windows closed.

• Robin Watson (9/5): Good little hotel - would stay again - Nice little hotel - clean, comfy, nice occitane shower gels, free nespresso coffees available in the lobby, friendly staff. Windows are not very soundproof but this can easily be fixed if you have earplugs so it is not a big problem, even on a Saturday night. Would stay here again.

L'hôtel se trouve près des théâtres et des cinémas. Une laverie est situé dans la même rue, ainsi qu'un magasin d'alimentation. Rien à dire de négatif.

We knew that the rooms are small, but the bathroom is really small. Also, I don't know if this was based on the fact that we were foreign, but they required a warranty of 100 euros at the check-in, and it is nothing written on the Booking website.

• Cristina (6/5): Forse era bello qualche anno fa - Posizione ottima Staff molto gentile Attenzione, le foto sono state scattate forse ad hotel appena aperto, la mia sensazione è che da allora non sia mai stata fatta manutenzione. I muri sono scrostati, nella nostra camera guarnizione della doccia e paraspigoli erano mezzi staccati, i muri ammaccati in più punti. La moquette e la carta da parati in tessuto avrebbero bisogno di una seria pulita, in tutte zone comuni per la maggior parte del tempo c’era un odore sgradevole In generale da l’impressione di un hotel un po lasciato a se stesso. Attenzione, nella stessa categoria di camera (classic), ce ne sono di due tipi, la prima che ci era stata assegnata era quella angolare, poco più grande di uno sgabuzzino (non c’era spazio per aprire la valigia). Inoltre era in condizioni davvero pessime, porta graffiata, ovunque muri scrostati, cuscini di arredo sporchissimi Sicuramente non un hotel 4 stelle
