- Elizaveta (10/5): Душевный, качественный отдых - Отличное расположение (самый центр, но тихо), рядом достопримечательности, магазины, кафе, рестораны; очень красивая зелёная прогулочная зона. В отеле приятный профессиональный персонал, чисто, номер на 9 этаже с хорошим ремонтом, понравился так же бассейн и внутренний двор с цветами и фонтаном. Завтрак выше всех похвал. В такое место хочется вернуться ещё и на подольше.

В номерах предусмотрено все, вплоть до мелочей-фен,утюг, гладильная доска, разнообразные банные принадлежности,даже швейный набор. Завтраки очень разнообразные и изобильные. Настоятельно рекомендую к посещению

- Giorgio (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - Hotel centrale da cui possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi le principali attrazioni. Camera pulita con prodotti da bagno e ciabattine. Buffet colazione molto vario. Staff cordiale e check-in rapido. Anche le aree comuni sono sempre pulite. Persino la sera tardi si trova qualcuno che pulisce.

- Oksana (9/5): Нужен нормальный WiFi и, с душем надо что-то делать, иначе приходится вытирать воду полотенцами. - Шикарное расположение, прямо в центре Еревана. Очень удобно ходить/ ездить. Отель большой, но на завтраке все было хорошо организовано. Еда - вкусная и достаточно разнообразная. Хлеб и лаваш - отдельная любовь! На первом этаже есть небольшой внутренний дворик, красиво посидеть с бокалами или кофе ) Мы жила в семейном номере, две комнаты, два холодильника, два санузла, большая площадь - очень удобно. Один день замерзли, тк сломалось окно и открылось пока нас не было, нам принесли два обогревателя - спасибо, большое! WiFi очень плохой, видео не посмотреть, но почитать необходимую информацию хватало. Убирали в комнатах так себе, на кровати могли прости набросить сверху одеяло, не поправляя, за неделю постельное белье не меняли (но это не критично), пол в ванной тоже оставался не мытым, и душ с половинкой стекла - вся вода на полу, сохнет долго

- Dmitrij (7/5): Good hotel, great staff, location, but don`t expect luxury or tasty breakfast. - Room is ok, the bed is comfortable, the staff is very friendly. The bathroom required quality check and renovation. When you are taking a shower, the water is everywhere on the floor. Breakfast was strange. On the one hand everything was presented: eggs, sausages, bread, fruits, cheese, bakery... On the other hand, the taste and variaty was so-so, we just took really small pieces of several dishes.
- Julia (10/5): Wracając do Armenii, na pewno ponownie wybiorę ten hotel. - Śniadanie doskonałe! Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Duży czysty basen z ciepłą wodą, otwarty przez cały dzień do późnego wieczoru. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Lokalizacja - w samym centrum.

Бассейн работает до 22 часов, но в него не пускают после 21 часа, хотя искупаться хватит и 15 минут. 13 мая 2026 года, кто-то умный решил что-то чинить молотком на этаже в 8.30 утра, соответственно спать было невозможно.

La colazione salata spettacolare mentre quella dolce nella media. La camera era grande anche se molto spartana Ascensore. Vi sono 3 ascenssori piccoli immaginate un palazzo con 11 piani e tutti che scendono per colazione. Attese di 5 minuti La camera grande ma il bagno piccolo.
- Thierry (9/5): Etablissement aux standards anciens mais toujours fonctionnel et agréable. - Buffet de déjeuner complet, avec fruits frais, plats froids, plats chauds, possibilité d'avoir des oeufs au plat. Suite junior spacieuse. Bureau, télé, SDB, grandeur coffre fort (pour laptop) ok. L'hôtel est à 5 minutes de la Place Charles Aznavour, 10 minutes de l'Opéra, 15 minutes des Cascades et 15 minutes de la place de la République. - Il y a un jour de 1,5 cm sous les portes d'entrée de chaque chambre / suite, ce qui n'isole pas vraiment du bruit des couloirs. - La conception de la douche à l'italienne fait que de l'eau coule sur le sol de la salle de bain.

- Rotblond (8/5): - Всё, что перебивает любые минусы, это возможность бесплатного раннего заселения, за что огромная благодарность отелю! Расположение удачное, хоть и не самый центр, но Ереван очень компактный, всё в шаговой доступности. Номер очень большой, с двумя окнами. Кровать большая, удобный матрас, достойное бельё. Чистая ванна, правда, с хитрой затычкой. Вообще очень большой санузел. Нормальный размер халатов. Вешалок много, правда, не все одинаковые, что небольшой минус. Вся техника (сейф, холодильник, душ) работали, хотя телевизор маловат. Бесплатный бассейн (помните, что женщинам нужна шапочка). Персонал приветливый, идёт на помощь. Было заявлено, что есть балкон. Для меня, как курящего, это очень важно, да и вид с него открывается потрясающий. Однако он был закрыт. Тогда надо его убирать из описания. Не работал душ в самой ванной. Не очень удобно бегать от душа до ванной за шампунем. Общий коридор этажа выглядит как в общаге - там бы хоть немного картинок повесить. Завтрак средний - вроде всё есть, но кофе ужасен, какао нет, а из соков только апельсин, шиповник и вода с лимоном

- maurizio (9/5): - Ottima posizione, colazione con tante cose da mamgiare. Per pasqua a colazione hanno fatto un menù a tema! Ci hanno gratuitamente dato una camera superior al undicesimo piano, da cui avevamo una vista spettacolare del monte ararat al mattino e alla sera della città!

- SUREN (7/5): - Good overall. Perfect location in the heart of the city. Very rich and tasty breakfast, good coffee. Very helpful stuff. The bathroom equipment is quite outdated, which makes it somewhat inconvenient to use. And the air conditioning system isn’t flexible enough.

- Irina (10/5): В отеле жила уже второй раз. Спасибо! - Хороший разнообразный завтрак, много национальных блюд. Приветливый персонал, прекрасные горничные, всегда чисто в номере. Расположение - выше всяких похвал, всё рядом, Опера, Каскад, Матенадаран, турагентства с интересными экскурсиями Во время каникул приехало много школьников, по вечерам шумели.

- Viktoriia (10/5): Comfort and convenience in the city center - We had a wonderful stay at Ani Plaza hotel. The location is perfect, right in the city center, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The pool was great—even our one-and-a-half-year-old enjoyed it. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with enough options for a toddler. Everything was very clean throughout the hotel. Due to flight changes, we had to modify our booking several times, and the staff handled it smoothly without requiring us to change rooms, which we really appreciated. A special highlight was the beautiful view of mount Ararat from our room on clear days. As a small downside, the design feels a bit old-fashioned and the ceilings are not very high, but this didn’t affect our overall experience.

- Olga (9/5): - Отличный отель. Отдыхали с мужем и сыном в "семейном" номере - по факту сдвоенный номер, просто огромный и два санузла в доступе! Очень удобно. Понравились завтраки - выбор большой, всё вкусно. Ну и конечно бассейн - это был один из обязательных пунктов для меня. Бассейн посетителями не перегружен был, ходила вечером примерно за час до закрытия, удавалось спокойно поплавать. Еще у отеля есть парковка во дворе, о том, как туда попасть, объяснят на ресепшн. На улице прямо перед отелем есть бесплатные парковочные места, но их сложно поймать свободными. А на противоположной стороне уже платная парковка. Мы оставляли машину во дворе, достаточно удобно.
