The staff were friendly The room was not exactly like the photos shown when booking and it felt quite small (that seems normal in London). I didn’t need air conditioning, but the listing said the room had it, which was not true.

Na katu je navodno bolje... Slučajno sam vidjela na 1.katu sobu s 3 kreveta, tu je lijepa kupaona, veća i modernija. Lutrija....

- Ali (3/5): Could have been much better, definitely. - The location is great with many shops in the vicinity. The Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Our room was connected through a door to another room where the guests were extremely noisy, making noise until late in the night like 1am and early morning up to 4am. We just felt we were sharing the same room. Connected rooms should be given only to people who made that request, if not, clients should at least be asked if the agree with that option. As for the breakfast is far too basic, the Mee Hun was so poorly prepared, any Malaysian will agree with that.

- Lou (8/5): Très agréable séjour, rapport qualité/prix au top! - Le personnel était très agréable, l’emplacement super et le meilleur rapport qualité/prix que l’ont ait trouvé ! La chambre était propre, fonctionnelle et avec une fenêtre, sans que nous soyons dérangés par les bruits de la rue. L’ascenseur est très petit, l’eau n’est pas potable et il y avait un bruit continu de « ruissellement » d’eau, mais ce ne sont que des détails.

Il est dommage qu'il n'y ai que 2 prises (1 si on laisse lanTV branchée) et qu'il n'y en ai pas à côté des lits. L'hôtel et les chambres auraient besoin d'un bon ravalement.

The location is great with a lot of options to reach all important spots in the city. This hotel offers the best price/quality/location ration of everything around. The 5th floor's water pressure was very weak and the size of the room was very small (which I understand is normal for London). They did the best they can and the room is comfortable, but it just gets too small for a longer stay

A certain staff member went above and beyond to makes us feel comfortable:)The room was exactly as expected with a nice shower and comfy beds. 1 min walk to Bayswater station so it was super easy to get the metro! The building looks nice from the outside but inside the floors creak and with very old gross looking carpet in the hall ways, elevator was tiny, fit for 2 people only. Although we managed the 3 of us since we didn't have any luggage!

- JoleneZheng (7/5): Good location, and that’s about it… - Central location, very close to the Bayswater tube station and close enough to the Queensway station. Lots of eateries in the vicinity, including some good Chinese restaurants and a popular Malaysian eatery. The outer facade of the hotel looked nice. It had an elevator, only one small one for the whole hotel, but at least that saved us from having to lug up our luggage. We knew before booking that the room was small, but due to poor layout, the room felt even smaller. There was hardly any space to move. We had to take turns to open our luggage bags. On our first night, the body wash dispenser failed to work and the hairdryer was misplaced. Shows poor housekeeping discipline. The elevator is really small and quite slow. Without luggage, we would just use the stairs.
