• Sarah (10/5): - The hotel has an exceptional location, that's really convenient for all the main sites. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was super clean. The hotel is a bit old and some bits are a bit worn, but that adds to the character.

• Ruth Hennigs (9/5): Wer eine ruhige Oase nahe des lebhaften Zentrums sucht, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. - Die zentrale und dennoch ruhge Lage, der wunderschöne Innenhof, das sehr angenehme Frühstücksbuffet, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ, nebst der angenehmen und stilvoll eingerichteten Räume! Ferner haben wir die die große Dachterrasse mit dem freundlichen Sevice genossen. Leider war sie jedoch mangels Besuchern an zwei von unseren vier Abenden dort geschlossen. Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr gepflegt und das Personal ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte zwar alles, was man braucht, war aber etwas spartanisch. Eine Flasche mit Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer wäre nett gewesen; ebenso ein Wasserkocher, mit dem man sich hätte einen Tee oder Instant Kaffee machen können. Außerdem habe ich im Bad einen Kosmetikspiegel vermisst. Das sind Kleinigkeiten, jedoch bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse kann man das erwarten. Schade auch, dass die Dachterrasse (mangels Besuchern) an zwei von unseren Abenden dort bereits früh geschlossen hatte (s.o.)
• Sophie (9/5): Buena elección de hotel para una zona céntrica. Es recomendable. - La ubicación es muy buena para caminar en el centro de la ciudad. Es un hotel relativamente espacioso y de buena atención por parte del personal. Nunca me han gustado las alfombras.

• Nadège (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal, le centre historique se fait à pied, on traverse le ponte sisto et nous sommes dans le coeur du trastevere. L'arrêt de bus est à 100 mètres si besoin et stations de taxi à 5 minutes. L'hôtel est confortable, avec une très belle terrasse intérieure. Les chambres doubles sont de taille convenable et très propres. Notre chambre donnait dans la cour, pas de bruit extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et copieux mais manque de produits locaux, bio ou maison, jus d'orange industriel, dommage pour un quatre étoiles.

• Sally (10/5): - Ponte Sisto is a wonderful small hotel. The location was great for walking to destinations or to catch an uber. They had a wonderful breakfast with great cappuccinos. And I had a great carbonara in their dining room. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I left some things in the room, underwear and bits of clothing, but when I went to pick my bags up no one mentioned it. My fault leaving it there, but a bit annoying

He was very rude and went out of his way to not provide assistance. We simply waited to see other staff at the desk if we had questions.

• Jennifer (8/5): Charming hotel in the heart of Rome. - Beautiful common areas, lobby, reception, breakfast room. Lovely subtle lighting. Internal courtyard area,leafy and calm. Great handrails and seat in disabled shower. Excellent breakfast selection. Little balcony in our room. Optimal location. Gunther's gelato across the street! Little step to get in the front door but they put down a small ramp. Front desk staff rang restaurants, booked taxi and charged wheelchair battery for us. Grazie, Marcello. Many thanks to the breakfast staff. The lift. Ponte Sisto bridge and therefore Trastevere are minutes away. The downstairs bathroom is in the basement, so you have to ask for assistance to use it. There's a device fitted to the bannister needs staff assistance. Very friendly staff but it just feels a bit awkward having to ask. If people are smoking or talking in the courtyard it might travel up to your room. At first, we thought the bedding felt very light, but it was actually warm enough. We were there in arch. Maybe a grab rail by the bed would be handy.

We loved the terrace upstairs where we could take our own beverage and snack and enjoy the pretty weather we had in March even though the bar on the terrace was not open yet. The room size in the deluxe twin room was a little smaller than the one I had reserved last fall. Two women travelling together need two places for the suitcases. We worked it out with a little adjustment to the chairs. the other room had a slight corner with the desk and that helped in separating our "dressing" areas.

• X2940TCtareka (6/5): Perfect location, with tradeoffs - It was just ok - nothing special. Bathroom of the „Cupido Room“ needs renovation. It wasnt I quiet room, due to being exposed to the streets side we got all the noise of the partypeople and traffic, even with the windows closed. I am happy spending money for better quality but this one didn’t fulfill our expectations.

The service was excellent across the board; front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, very close to major attractions and easy to walk everywhere. The area also felt safe, and the hotel itself was very clean. Because the hotel is in a very central area, there was some street noise at night and I woke up a couple of times due to people outside. This is likely just part of staying in a lively part of the city, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a very light sleeper.

• Remijio (9/5): Hôtel de qualité placé idéalement près du coeur de Rome - Chambre (supérieure) de taille correcte pour Rome, grande salle de bains, propreté de l'ensemble de l'établissement, personnel très compétent et vraiment agréable, petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité malgré un manque de diversité de produits et surtout de variétés de thé (un thé bas de gamme dans un hôtel 4 étoiles ce n'est pas correct). Espaces de rangement un peu datés, télévision un peu capricieuse avec un manque criant de chaines internationales, thé bas de gamme au petit déjeuner.

We stayed on New Year’s Eve, and the rooftop setting was beautiful. The staff offered a drink for a celebratory toast, making the evening feel extra special. Excellent location, within walking distance of everything worth seeing.
