Tem um "mini mercado embaixo, o que salvou muito. Pizza na hora, cafe starbucks, pequena padaria com tudo fresco. Achei bem interessante. Equipe não foi simpatica no chek in nem na saida.

I was charged over 1,000 for ai night i room and was not given the option of a change . I clicked on one booking page and must have been taken to another. Who would pay 1000 for 1 night in a hotel ? After many calls no resolution. I am totally disappointed in Booking.com and will never use them again or the Hard Rock hotel . I will also relate my experience on Google as a warning to others who don't want to be taken advantage of by greedy corporations your business ethics

- FÁBIA (10/5): Experiência Inesquecível. - Quarto limpo, lindo e confortável, com banheiro amplo e bem limpo. Hotel possui transporte aquático e terrestre gratuitos para o Universal Studios e Island of Adventure. Outro ponto que merece destaque é que com a hospedagem ganhamos o Fastpass para os dois parques. Achei a última acomodação que fiquei muito distante do Hall de entrada do Hotel e da doca. Também achei elevado o valor da diária do estacionamento.

- Roy (7/5): Mooi hotel met een coole sfeer, vooral rond het zwembad. - Hotel ziet er mooi uit en de aankomst is geweldig met de lange laan. Het zwembad is leuk en er wordt van alles georganiseerd voor de kinderen en heeft een party vibe. De kamers zijn schoon en ruim met een fijne inloopdouche. Voor een hotel van deze prijs ga je wel wat kritischer kijken. De tafeltjes rondom het zwembad en de poolbar stonden nog helemaal vol met spullen van de vorige mensen, waardoor we uiteindelijk omgedraaid zijn en ergens anders een hapje zijn gaan eten.

Complimentary Express Pass, a fantastic pool with a beach area and slide. Great breakfast, and music throughout the resort. The room could be more spacious and functional. The bathroom door is awkwardly placed, making it difficult to use comfortably. Having only one bedside table between two beds is impractical for a family of four. Breakfast, while good, is overpriced.

- Discover29498043208 (4/5): Disappointing - Really disappointing for the price we paid. Damage all over the room. Checked into someone else’s food on the carpet and hair all over bathroom floor and bath. Issues took hours to resolve and mixed experience with staff overall. A real shame as had high hopes for this hotel but experience fell short.

- Rachelle (10/5): Convenient and comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again. - Very easy and quick access to Universal studios, City Walk and Islands of Adventure. Staff were very accommodating for request for a roll away bed but did charge for it which I haven’t ever had to pay extra for. Beds were comfy. The pool and other facilities looked wonderful but we could only stay one night sadly so we weren’t able to enjoy them. We will definitely return to experience more of the wonderful amenities and restaurants on site. We knew every trip to Orlando costs a pretty penny but we didn’t appreciate the little charges at every turn for every little thing. $200 hold charge for room incidentals-“should be returned to your card in x business days.” No microwave available unless you stayed in a suite or rented it for $15 a day. Had to pay to park even after paying top dollar for a room-thought we were going to save on parking by staying at a park resort. Was charged $35 for a roll away bed-we have never had to pay extra for this. The staff was rude to my husband when he and our son went to get our luggage-but otherwise the staff was nice. Thankfully these charges weren’t breaking the bank for us as we have planned accordingly to spend some money on this trip but I would imagine some people may have issues with these charges as they were not disclosed prior to our arrival. Would rather have it included in the price from the start when we paid for booking the room instead of adding it on after the fact.

- Zuzana (9/5): - Snídaně byla celkově velmi dobrá. Jen omeleta byla zbytečně moc mastná, byla dělána na hodně oleje. Ale vše mi chutnalo. Jediná věc - postel pro 1 osobu je fajn. Ale na druhé posteli jsme spali 2 a matrace pro dva nebyla příliš pohodlná. Jinak jsme byli velmi spokojeni.
- Connector31764703154 (10/5): Always delivers! - Visited a final time to experience epic universe with our grown up kids. Had four nights in rock royalty. Jordan in the lounge was superb and helpful and Robert on the pool bar is simply the best bartender in the world 😍

- Lani (7/5): Great for parks and fast passes - Location is brilliant for the parks, can walk it, bus it or boat it. Clean. Adjoining door made for a noisy room. We could Clearly hear our neighbours each morning and night. Woke us up. Long wait to check in. Not enough pool beds in the shade. When we were settled we were (politely) moved as the beds were needed for a nearby cabana but they had forgotten to put signs on them.

- Valesca (10/5): Rock ‘n’ Roll meets Universal fun — all in a seamless and convenient experience. - What I really liked about the Hard Rock Hotel was the music experience — it’s present everywhere and truly sets the atmosphere. The pool is beautiful, and the DJ does a great job engaging the kids with fun games, which made it especially enjoyable for families. The location is also a big advantage. Being so close to the parks, along with the convenient bus transportation to Epic and Volcano Bay, made it easy to enjoy everything without stress. I also appreciated the convenience of having a market with a Starbucks on-site, as well as The Kitchen restaurant, which offered delicious and practical dining options — especially helpful when traveling with two kids. Overall, the experience was amazing. To make it even better, it would be great to have Express Pass included for Epic, or at least a discounted option to purchase it. This would elevate the entire stay and make the experience feel even more complete and luxurious.
