Rubbish left in the room, refreshment facilties in the room poor,,no milk,,no tea bags, basic things, poor housekeeping. Added service charge at the bar for just 2 drinks, asked for this to be removed and was advised optional but it was added automatically.

They also ignored booking.com's customer service team as well. On arrival, they did not apologise nor explain. I will never stay in a Hilton hotel again.

- Mohamed (10/5): Very convenient and comfortable stay with unbeatable access to Paddington Station and Heathrow Express - Excellent location directly connected to Paddington Station, which made travel with luggage and a toddler very convenient. The room was comfortable and quiet despite being inside the station area. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was ideal for an overnight stay before heading to Heathrow. Nothing.

Very convenient for travel purposes. Not much, however unfortunately there was a fire alarm at 1am in the morning with the hotel being evacuated, seems a guest decided to smoke in the room. Very annoying and not a great nights sleep but not the hotels fault.

They also helped me to extend my stay an extra day without any hassle or extravagant charges. Pillows could be firmer, or provide an option for firmer ones. Also water bottles were difficult to open.

- Paul (10/5): Very enjoyable and relaxing. - Very quiet room. Good size. Everything actually worked. When we asked for an additional power cable, this was very quickly arranged. The immediate location of shops for small items at the station was really appreciated. No refrigerator - we had to ask for one in the room. For a 300 pound plus hotel this is very poor. This should be a standard inclusion.

Ayrıca 3.kişi icin konulan yatak çok kötüydü. 3.yatağı giriş yapmamızdan itibaren 4 kez uyarmış olmamıza rağmen gece 22.00 de zorla getirttik.Ayrıca misafirler için resepsiyon katında oturulacak sohbet edilecek ve zaman geçirilecek salonlarıda yok.Küçük 10 masalık kafe gibi bir yerleri var oradada garsonlar insanı birşeyler yemek ve içmesi için kısa süreli oturmalık yerler diye taciz ettiler. Hilton bizim için hayal kırıklığı oldu.Fiyatın yüksek olmasına rağmen memnun edici bir otel değil.

Huge congratulations on this :))))) Location and conveinance to the train stations big bonus To be Honest i did not like the room, the carpet i think is a major turnoff for me. I cant tell how clean the floors really are and the bathroom tub access to the shower is an accident waiting to happen. While i understand it is an old hotel the hotel needs a renovation. Which i totally understand that their is business life cycle involved here.

- Lisa (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends traveling. - Convenient location. Lounge was comfortable and had good choices of snacks and drinks. We traveled with two cpap sleep machines and there was not adequate electrical plugs next to each side of the bed for both machines. A plug and mirror in the main bedroom to accommodate the hairdryer or allow for that in the bathroom. With a suite that size a king size bed would be a nice addition as well as a small refrigerator.
