Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. On arrival we were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge. Bathroom slightly dated and in need of an update but fine and everything worked.

• Abdelmalik (9/5): Séjour Fabuleux ! - Comme souvent au Vietnam, le personnel est formidable de gentillesse, toujours prêt à vous rendre service, l'hôtel est top, du confort, de l'espace dans les chambres, piscine semi intérieure qui est superbe et bien utile pour se rafraichir, un restaurant très bon et très accessible. Sans oublier, l'emplacement idéal dans le centre près de tous les sites et un petit déjeuner incroyable avec un choix majoritaire de salé. La salle de bain n'est pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel car pas de douche et surtout des problèmes de circulation d'eau aussi bien au lavabo, qu'aux toilettes et dans la douche dans la baignoire. Au 2ème séjour, ces soucis provoquaient même du bruit. Dommage sinon c'était un 10 sans problème.

• MMJUNE1963 (10/5): Saved my holiday - When I checked in they asked for my passport and it had fallen out of my pocket in the taxi and I was panicking inside. The hotel reception lady was amazing she calmly took my phone and messaged the taxi company and found the driver had found my passport on tue back seat and got him to return with it with 10 minutes. The hotel room was very pleasant, very nice breakfast with plenty of choices and very reasonably priced restaurant. Very good fitness centre with a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Very friendly staff and great location in the heart of the city.

Everyone had a smile on their face at all times and made you incredibly welcome at all times. The level of service was exceptional by everyone and we would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

When we were there, we were lucky to find a open-air performance stage in the area to celebrate their holiday and enjoy the show. However you wouldn't hear the noise from the room at all. The room is clean, staff is extremely kind and nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with variety of food. You can also leave the luggage after checkout. nothing

The breakfast was wonderful, staff were 1st class - The staff were amazing and I appreciate what they all did to support me through a difficult situation I had while I was there. I was disappointed to be asked to leave the gym at 9pm when the published hours were until 10pm.

I actually did not like that I was asked to leave the gym at 9pm as the opening hours are displayed 6am - 10pm. I had a gym workout and was just about to go for a swim and was asked to leave. This was disappointing. I recommend the hotel change the opening hours to match the exact hours.

Lärm: Sehr laute Renovationsarbeiten im Zimmer direkt vor uns: Konnten nicht ausschlafen und allgemein war es am Tag nicht ruhig, immerzu laute Bauarbeitsschläge. Nachdem wir reklamiert haben wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer nicht im 2. aber im 4. Stock offeriert, welches zwar besser war, trotzdem war das Hämmern hörbar. Frühstück: Viele verschiedene Varianten, Qualität nicht ausserordentlich, aber man findet etwas für jeden - die Mitarbeiter erschienen jedoch relativ müde oder unmotiviert, versuchten aber ihr bestes - vielleicht liegt es an den Bedingungen? Fitness: Die grauen Geräte sind wirklich nicht sehr stabil. Der ganze Boden ist teppich, mir ist ein Rätsel wie sie den ganzen Schweiss wegwischen können... Keine Schweisstücher verfügbar. Dafür gibt es zwei Klimaanlagen.

Our room 117 was very musty smelling due to no windows opening. Breakfast room lovely and foods of choice, no complaints apart from our room, had we stayed longer would have asked for room change.

We would definitely recommend it. - The service throughout our stay was excellent — staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The pool facilities were very nice, with a relaxing outdoor pool area that we really enjoyed. The location is also a big advantage, as it’s central and within easy walking distance to museums and shopping centres. The air conditioning unit in our room was quite old and noisy which made it hard to sleep.

And the cafe on the first floor was good too as we had a coconut coffee and was delicious!!! The cafe apartment is just crossed the road from the hotel😍 The shower leaks water onto the floor, even though there is a bathtub.
