Wifi was very intermittent (we had no connection for more than 24h) and low quality. The streets are very busy and loud, and could be heard from the room (probably inevitable in Cairo).

The pictures didn't match reality – everything was old, stinky, and the bed wasn't even clean. The bathrooms were gross, and the lift and other stuff felt like they were from a hundred years ago. The whole experience was uncomfortable, from the outdated facilities to the unprofessional receptionist giving me a room with a damp, smelly carpet. It was more like staying in a cave than a proper hotel. أسوأ فندق يمر علي في حياتي من جميع النواحي
