- Tatiana (8/5): - El hotel es bastante antiguo y podrían modernizar un poco las habitaciones. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien. La piscina no la pudimos usar por tres días pq el agua estaba medio verde. Felizmente se dieron cuenta o alguien comunicó y la vaciaron y rellenaron con agua limpia. El horario de funcionamento de la piscina es muy corto. Debería al menos estar disponible desde las 9 a las 9 en verano para q los huéspedes puedan aprovecharla. Llegábamos del almuerzo a las 16 o 17 y la piscina cerraba a las 18. El desayuno podría incluir queso y jamón laminados pq son más prácticos de comer con pan y mantequilla. No todos tenemos el hábito del queso crema con pan. Los cobertores podrían ser más claros para que se vea la limpieza.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern were the elevators as there was one of out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit.

They needed to come in to spray the room for pest control. I told the staff member about the bathroom and he said he was sending someone right away. I left the hotel to run an errand and eat. I went back 6 hours later and the bathroom was in the same situation. I went to the lobby and reported it. No one came over to clean. I ended up leaving the hotel earlier than expected. They should really issue a refund

If you arrived after 7:30, the only fruits left were orange slices. The A.C. in the room did not cool, unless you put the thermostat near 0. The cleaning service was not consistent, sometimes they restored the amenities, soap, shampoo, towels. Sometimes not(no soap, or only one towel)

Já está a alguns anos precisando de uma renovação, porém nada é feito. Dentro de alguns anos a deterioração terá tomado conta do hotel caso nada seja feito. No meu quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava e o dia era extremamente quente, chegando a 41 graus de sensação térmica. Tivemos que chamar a manutenção por 3 vezes até que finalmente resolveram o problema. Por sinal a equipe do hotel em sua maioria foi muito solícita.

The front desk people offered us a free upgrade to premium suite which was in 19th floor, and view was awesome. The hotel stuffs were very friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone. In fact, this will be my default hotel while I visit Buenos Aires next time.

- Brenda (2/5): Aprovechados - Mal, llegue al comedor a desayunar y le dije a la señorita que me atendió que el desayuno lo consumiria el día que llegue y no al siguiente día para que lo tengan en cuenta, ella acepto y tomo nota, al siguiente día no desayuné ya que ya había desayunado el día anterior según lo acordado, sin embargo me cobraron el desayuno diciendo que ella estaba desinformada, osea yo me perjudicó por culpa de la falta de información del personal del hotel, pague doble desayuno.

Al llegar, se nota de inmediato que el hotel vivió mejores días. La recepción estilo art deco, personal muy amable y atento. Los elevadores son de los 70s, las habitaciones son confortables pero con muebles algo viejos. La cama muy cómoda, colchón nuevo. El internet, muy muy lento. El desayuno incluido con la habitación es muy rico y suficientemente surtido.

- Maria (10/5): Todo muy bien en el Hotel - Estuvo todo muy bien, amables para el trato, limpia y amplia la habitación, lo único negativo no tiene que ver con el Hotel Abasto sino con la operadora de ustedes, Hoteles.com que me dijeron que el estacionamiento era gratuito y la gente del hotel por correo me informó que no era de ése modo, sino que tenía un costo de $200. No tuve inconvenientes en abonarlo sólo que no me parece bien que como portal me den información errónea.

Conviene dejar el auto en un garaje (hay varios cerca) porque la cochera del hotel se cobra aparte y es muy cara.

- Eliahu (8/5): Our stay at Abasto Hotel for three nights - The air conditioner is not adequately sized for that large room and could not cool the room properly. It was too hot. The hotel is far from the city centre although it is conveniently located near the Abasto shopping centre and only one block away from the Esquina Carlos Gardel which is the Tango show restaurant. The staff was very helpful and attended us nicely. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

- SRK (8/5): Good family hotel - Convenient location in busy part of city, we had fun and had a tango lesson, used the pool and gym. Opposit Abasto Mall, close to lots of eating spots. Slightly tired hotel in places but suited us well.

- Verified traveler (8/5): A nice choice - This hotel was nice. It was clean and comfortable- the room was spacious. The bathroom was also a nice size, and it was clean, which is always a big plus! We were very happy with the location, as it was close to the business meetings that we had for the day. The breakfast was very good- hot and plentiful.

- John (6/5): TAKE EAR PLUGS - It's a convenient hotel for business, and the rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds. But you don't need an alarm clock as the plumbing will wake you. And you may find it hard to get to sleep because of the connecting door to the adjacent room, meaning you can hear ever word, laugh, cough, sneeze and baby crying. Take ear plugs.

- GG (10/5): Nice find at a reasonable price - Nice clean and modern room, great breakfast buffet included in the price. The hotel location is very good, across the street from the Abasto Shopping Mall, and a few minutes away from downtown BA by subway. The subway entrance is just a few steps away from the hotel. A few niceties include an in-room safe and wall outlets that take American-style plugs for appliances capable of using 220V (e.g., iPod or laptop chargers). Highly recommended.
- Ruby (8/5): Feedback on hotel Abasto, - The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I was a single disable traveller and required assistance from time to time and the staff at the hotel were only too pleased to oblige. The dinning room was however a little messy at times with guests dropping food at the buffet tables but the staff were not that bothered to clear up. The plates at breakfast were far too small and as a result food kept dropping on to the carpet and the buffet area.
- Ehonam (10/5): Very Enjoyed stay - I enjoyed my stay in Abasto Hotel on this first trip of mine to Buenos Aires.From the hotel's location to the breackfast buffet every morning,dinner in the evening at the hotel's restaurant or Pertutti next door,to the personnels,and mostly to the tango learning experience,it was a great stay!
