Great views of the city from the room and of Sibuya Crossing from the 25th floor elevator lobby. We stayed in a superior deluxe twin which had plenty of room with breakfast included. Well priced. The bed was on the hard side.

Der Ausblick auf Shibuya Crossing ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist leider ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und daher war für mich das Preisleistung Verhältnis nicht ok.

Having Mark City for food options was great too. One minute we were in the busy Shibuya Crossing and the next we were in the elevator going up to the lobby of the hotel. Perfect!

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend vielfältig, aber um alle Gäste unterzubringen muss auf Nebenräume ausgewichen werden. Das verursacht recht lange Wege……

Good continental and Japanese breakfast in floor 25 with break taking views and lots of quality traditional Japanese products. Room silent and with many amenities. Check in/out super efficient and quick. Glass lifts overlooking Shibuya square. Room very small (like all rooms in Tokyo) but comfy.

Close to everything and easy access to all the Tokyo public transportation lines. View of Crossing and Tokyo was amazing. Staff were exceptional and organized, always providing quick and attentive service. Highly recommend including breakfast in your stay as the hot and cold choices were plentiful and tasty while you enjoyed a great view. Seating well organized and well staffed. We would highly recommend to our friends and family. Nothing.

LMB (8/5): Perfekt Lage, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. - Die Lage Im Zimmer war es sehr dunkel. Die Ausstattung ist nicht modern.

NATA (8/5): Excellent Location hotel - Location and size of the room. Beds were comfortable to sleep. Free water bottle availability and coffee in the room was a great benefit. Airport shuttle (paid) is excellent benefit. I was expecting view over Shibuya crossing,but because of superior twin located on other side of the building we could not have it. It was not specify during the booking. The check in was slow, overall over 3O min. WiFi was a quite slow in the hotel lobby. Ваthroom is outdated, room requires could a better clean of wall and ceiling, there were not enough light in the room despite couple of table lamps.

Glen (8/5): Easy transportation hub - The breakfast was very good ingredients and had a variety of foods for different cultures We were there for golden week so it was very expensive but that should be expected. The taxi company they reserved for us went the longest way to our destination and it was over the high price of the trip. Great location for transportation

Jane (8/5): A good stay in Tokyo - the location is superb - The room was smaller than others I stayed in during my holiday and cost a lot more, however, I think that is due to the location which overlooks the Shibuya crossing. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast lovely. A great start to a day of sightseeing. The bathroom was a little dated and small
