• Dale (10/5): Excellent value and a great staff! - Close to everything! The staff were super helpful, three restaurants on the property that is small and quaint in the middle of the old city. Complimentary great breakfast, and the rooftop restaurant was beautiful and excellent food. Right on the tram so easy access to the entire city. Major attractions within walking distance. Small pool and the spa amenities were worthless.

• Lynn (7/5): Ideaal qua ligging - De ligging was goed, de mensen van de receptie en aan het ontbijt waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden lagen goed, je kon kiezen uit twee hoofdkussens. Er moet mega veel chloor in het zwembad gezeten hebben, want mijn badpak was helemaal verkleurd, twee kids hadden last aan hun intieme zone door het water, en mijn man zijn ring was ook verkleurd. Het water was wel aangenaam van temperatuur en een leuk zwembad qua vorm. Het ontbijt kon veel beter... De badkamer was klein. En er mocht een kast gestaan hebben waar we onze kleren konden in opbergen, zeker als je een driepersoonskamer hebt. Er was niet zoveel plaats rond het bed om onze koffer te plaatsen. Als je 's nachts naar het toilet moet, was het oppassen om niet over de reistassen te vallen.

• NINA (7/5): Location is definitely their best point. The staff Firat and Ugur made our stay so comfortable. - Location is perfect. It is very close to all must visit museums. The roads are not too steep, it’s convenient if you are traveling with kids. The receptionist staff, Firat, is most helpful and kind. Room is spacious enough for 3 of us. Bed and pillows are comfortable. There are 2 elevators, one that goes up to 7th floor and the other goes to 6th floor. Breakfast is nice - they have varieties of warm foods and spinach is really good! You should try the Halva too. The staff is always helpful and quickly clean everything. Ugur, the staff at the breakfast is so sweet and welcoming. We took the shuttle service they provided - it seems such a steep price, we paid 70 euro per ride, but Istanbul old city traffic is no joke. It will take approx. 45 mins from and to airport. They have the van (6 seaters), so it you travel with kids they can rest in the van after and before the flights. The airco - it’s centralised, hence you can’t adjust yourself. When we came, the room was really warm being on the top floor. We had to request everyday for them to adjust the airco. They turned on the airco, although it seems to have a timer. We were lucky that after few days the temperatures were cooling down. Drink water, there is a bit of inconsistency - there were days the housekeeping didn’t refill the bottles (and the next day they did), I went to the receptionist, they gave us few bottles and they mentioned the housekeeping should have refilled them. But the other day, different counter staff said that the bottles are only first day complimentary and the next day we should fetch ourselves at the supermarket. He gave us the bottles nevertheless. I really don’t mind either way, as water is rather cheap in Istanbul (go to Sok or Migros supermarket) but it’s confusing and we just want to avoid buying unnecessary (and carrying extra loads after the serious long walk).

• Oksana (9/5): отдохнули хорошо, набрались кучу положительных эмоций. - Отель находится в историческом центре Стамбула, в шаговой доступности: дворцовый комплекс Топкапы, Голубая мечеть, Собор Святой Софии, Цистерна Базилика и т.д. Мы пользовались метро и трамваями очень удобно, станция метро Sirkeci находится сзади отеля 2 мин пешком, можно пройти через отрытый двор не далеко от входа в отель с правой стороны (по-моему там вход в местную молебну) и еще хочу отметить ресторан он находится также позади отеля 2 мин от метро Sarkesi - TurguT Gulhane, Еда очень вкусная, но не это самое главное - большие порции и демократичные цены - мы мягко говоря удивились, т.к. по трамвайной линии и выше, все рестораны очень дорогие. мы попали в дождливую погоду, и не понравилась сырость, в отеле есть завтрак хороший - голодный не останешься. к отелю нельзя подъехать на такси, очень нужно быть аккуратным, потому как узкие тротуары и курсируют трамваи часто, но они сигналят.

W zime parujace okana na potege co powidowalo wilgoc w pokoju. Hotel ma juz swoje lata wiec remont bylby wskazany. Sniadania mootone i ogolnie budzetowe.. mozna sie jednak najesc.

Super nettes und freundliches Personal Die Türen und Fenster sind recht dünn, man hört alle Leute am Gang reden und auch auf der Straße alle Autos und Musik durch. Das Swimmingpools ist recht klein und war auch kalt, wir waren aber auch nicht für Wellness dort sondern Sight seeing .

Удобное расположение — всё находится рядом, что делает пребывание комфортным. Персонал вежливый и внимательный, всегда готов помочь. Обслуживание на хорошем уровне, всё организовано чётко и без задержек. Отдельно хочется отметить чистоту: уборка проводится регулярно, в номерах аккуратно и приятно находиться. В целом атмосфера в отеле уютная и располагающая к отдыху. Единственный небольшой минус — заметно, что отель со временем немного устаревает, и, возможно, в будущем ему потребуется обновление. Но это не сильно влияет на общее впечатление. В целом, отель хороший, и при дальнейшем улучшении может стать ещё лучше. Рекомендую!

• Axel (8/5): Tolle Lage mitten drin! Sehr nettes Personal! - Tolle Lage - innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man bei bei den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr quierligen Stadtteil - ideal wenn man mitten drin sein möchte. Sehr nettes Rezeptions-Team! Tolles Restaurant auf dem Dach! Das Zimmer war für eine 4-köpfige Familie recht klein. Wenn man ein ruhiges Hotel sucht ist dieses falsch. Die Strassenbahn bimmelt fast andauernd vor dem Fenster. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

The breakfast and variety was exceptional and again the staff there were so polite and helpful with a smile every morning saying good morning. I will definitely book again.

Unsere Zimmer war vorne wo die Hauptstraße ist, und es war sehr läut weil der Strassenbahn fahrt genau dort, wir wollten dann unsere Zimmer wächsern mit ein andere Zimmer mir Fenster bei Innenhof und es wurde uns gewechselt kostenlos.

• Suspiro Delfin (8/5): Istanbul Sultanahmet - Great location in the old town very near tram and metro stations. Close to ferry port and cruise terminal also. A short distance to Blue mosque and Topaki palace. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was included. Unfortunately, our room faced the street with trams outside. The regular sound of bells and horn to warn pedestrians of the approach and the wheels on the track came clearly through the window. The walls are also thin and our neighbours TV and conversations were very clear.

• Katharina (9/5): Mittendrin - Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist mittendrin, es gibt viele (Touri-)Läden und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar und es gibt Tram- und Metrohaltestellen für weitere Distanzen. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend und gemütlich, es ist allerdings etwas hellhörig. Das Personal ist im ganzen Haus sehr freundlich, sodass wir uns während der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Besonders toll fand ich die Spa-Behandlung im Haus: Nach dem Peeling und einer Schaummassage habe ich mich wie neu geboren gefühlt - ein Traum! Etwas hellhörig, aber mit Ohropax gut auszuhalten. Man ist eben mittendrin 😊

Звукоизоляция между номерами очень плохая. Было слышно, что говорили соседи. Кроме того, мой номер примыкал к хозяйственному ромещению и я всю ночь слышала шум стиральной машины.

• Helena (10/5): - Všechno super,snídaně dobré...personál se usmívá, všechno v perfektním pořádku.Absolutní čistota.Velký výběr.Recepční jsou profesionálové,poradí,vyjdou ve všem vstřic.A portýr je ochotný,do hotelu je jeden schod,já přijela s kufrem,on mi okamžitě otevřel a pomohl.Pokojská se usmívá a má všude perfektně čisto.Prostě si tu host připadá velice vítaný a vážený.V suterénu je malý bazén a sauna,masáže.Na střeše je restaurace s výhledem na Bospor. Trochu mě mrzí,že je nově předělaná kavárna v přízemí.Dřív vypadala jako vagón v Orient expresu.Teď sice září ,ale už se ztratil název hotelu.Druhá věc jsou tramvaje, když dostanete pokoj do ulice,je tam trochu hluk,ale ten je v Istanbulu všude.Když máte pokoj dozadu,užijete si naopak klid, ale nemáte zajímavý výhled.

• Zsuzsanna (8/5): - It was at a very good location, the staff was very nice and helpful, we liked the breakfast, especially Sonner and Ugur were really nice from catering staff, also Can from reception helped us out with taxi. Houskeeping was also good, they did a good job. The room was small, no wardrobe and hangers for 2 people, fridge is also not working very well. It is noise because of the tram, really comes in every 5 minutes, but it is Istanbul so didn't bother to much! We just had a feeling everything is so small, swimming pool and sauna , you cannot enjoy if it's more than 4 people. In a summary it is not a bad hotel, but very basic.

• Zahira (6/5): - L’emplacement est top. Ménage fait tous les jours. Proche des transports. Piscine et spa disponible bien que nous ne l’ayons pas testé. TV dans la chambre. Chambre un peu petite. Le petit déjeuner ne donnait vraiment pas envie malheureusement. Chambre très bruyante, avec le tram qui passe tout le temps. On a limite l’impression qu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre. Prévoyez des bouchons pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger.

• Irina (10/5): Я осталась довольна. Соотношение цена/качество - 👍 - Расположение супер. Самый центр с развитой инфраструктурой , в шаговой доступности от Софии, голубой мечети и прочих достопримечательностей. Всего в 2 минутах ходьбы станция метро marmade, с которой мы очень удобно( с одной пересадкой) и дешево (144 лиры на двоих) добрались до аэропорта Gonchek. Отличное спа. Тёплый бассейн примерно 33-34 гр., хамам (правда нам не удалось там посидеть из-за проводимого там сеанса массажа), сауна. Полотенца и халаты для спа предоставляются. Время работы спа очень удобное - точно не помню, но кажется до 22 ч. Ресторан на крыше с красивым видом. В ресторане вкусно, услужливый персонал. Но столик лучше бронировать заранее, при заселении. Завтрак нормальный, без излишеств, но и голодными мы не остались. Мне все понравилось.

Codziennie personel uzupełniał dwie butelki wody( łącznie 1 litr), herbaty, kawy oraz cukru 🍉⚡😃. Nie było takiej rzeczy, wszystko było idealne,polecam z czystym sumieniem 🩷

• Виктория (10/5): Потрясающе - Персонал абсолютно прекрасен. Всегда готовы помочь. Номер чистый, стильный и комфортный. Есть все необходимое. Уборка ежедневная. Потрясающее расположение рядом с Трамваем Т1 который идеально подходит для посещения туристических аттракций. Так же есть спа, с бассейном и парными, хамамом. Просто невероятный отдых!

• Gianfranco (10/5): Eccezionale come sempre usufruire del servizi di questo splendido hotel. - Come sempre é una struttura eccellente sia per la qualità del servizio anche per la posizione strategica. Ti permette di girare ovunque tra le molteplici attrazioni. Inoltre offre un servizio ristorante di alta qualità oltre che di veduta!!! Nulla da dire, dovrebbero però avere più attenzione alle camere che iniziano ad avere problemi di usura.
