From the welcome on arrival to the room, bars and breakfast. Everything was delivered to an impeccable standard. The staff were all incredibly friendly, professional and attentive without being obtrusive. Our room was a wonderful haven of subtle luxury and peace. Must mention Maria who looks after breakfast - amazing lady who remembers every guest name from day 1 and their individual preferences. amazing! Also, Matteo on the bar, the whole reception team and (sadly can't remember his name) the chap who brought our luggage up and sorted some express laundry requirements was fantastic. All the staff were lovely. We recently had a local staycation at Atlantis, The Palm in one of their Oceania Suites - We enjoyed the Bloomsbury more XX Personal preference - the shower water pressure could be a little more powerful and less water softener.

The rooms are very small, and the shower only has a fixed shower head with no handheld option, which makes it inconvenient if you don’t want to wash your hair. Considering the price, I would have expected a slightly more spacious room — especially since we didn’t even book the smallest room category.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and nice. We would definitely stay here again. The location wasn’t my favorite just with it being in a touristy area. It definitely was close to a lot though.

- Emily (8/5): We had a wonderful stay overall, with beautiful surroundings and excellent service - We really loved the hotel — the interiors were beautiful, the signature scent throughout the hotel created such a lovely atmosphere, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall we loved the hotel and our stay. We would have preferred a room with a view rather than one located next to the lifts. I had also written in advance to explain that my mum was recovering from an illness, and a staff member kindly mentioned that they would leave a note in the room, but unfortunately nothing was there on arrival
- Katherine (10/5): A warm and welcoming stay in a superbly appointed gracious hotel - The truly hospitable welcome by the all the reception and dining staff, the comfort, the small touches all combined to provide a warm and memorable stay - There was a continual supply of bottled water replenished every day - a small thing but meant a lot, a chocolate left beside the bed at night. The bedrooms were very well appointed and the housekeeping staff maintained the rooms to an excellent standard. The location was perfect for musical theatre shows and shopping. Nothing.

My family and I have stayed here many times over the last 5 years and continue to be impressed by the level of attention and professionalism shown by the team. The food is always great, particularly breakfast where Maria and her team are always so helpful and welcoming. Thanks also to Peter, Tara and front of house team. Look forward to our next stay!

As usual the staff make this hotel, from Fenn in guest sevices who managed to reserve me the room I requested which is beautiful and quite, to Andreas in the Dalloway terrace who remembered me from previous visits and looked after us so well for afternoon tea, and the staff in the Coral.room who found.us a table on a busy Friday post theater. The hotwl is frwndly, has beautiful rooms and is an easy walk from tottenhamcourt road tube and covent garden making travel even with a more senior companion easy. Just planning my next visit!

- GoPlaces34395884052 (10/5): Great hotel in a convenient location. - Just off the crossing of Tottenham Court Rd and Oxford St, the Bloomsbury hotel is convenient for exploring London with both buses and underground nearby. The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are what you can expect from a 5-star hotel (i.e. supernice) and both the bars (one at the entrance level and one in the basement) are extremely inviting, equally perfect for starting or closing the evening. Breakfast had lots of choices with everything from Full Irish to something a bit lighter.

We had dinner in the Dalloway Terrace and whilst the food was acceptable, I would not class it as "exquisite dining" - as it is described on the website.
- McConnkings (10/5): An absolute gem - A fabulous experience at the Bloomsbury. Could not recommend this Hotel more highly. Staff were incredibly helpful. The room was luxurious with a very high standard of linen and fittings. Breakfast was excellent and location was unbeatable. do not hesitate in selecting the Bloomsbury for your next day in London.

We can honestly say this was THE best experience we have had in a very long time… To anyone searching for the complete package, including hospitality, services, aesthetics and location, this is the hotel to book. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making our weekend so special, in particular the lovely receptionist Tara, and the superb doormen.. So many businesses could learn from your hotel, in an age where customer service is almost non existent quite often. Thank you again!

- jaimesommers42 (10/5): Lovely Cocktail Bar - My daughter and I stumbled across this hotel when looking for somewhere to go for a pre theatre drink. We were welcomed very warmly by the staff and shown to the cocktail bar. The freshly mixed cocktails were delicious, the staff were so professional and attentive. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our weekend. We will definitely go here again!
- 461kayleighc (10/5): Wow! Wow! Wow! - Wow! What a hotel! Beautiful! Check in was great, with an upgrade to a gorgeous deluxe king room. Afternoon tea was very tasty but breakfast was amazing! I would highly recommend booking breakfast. Ricardo the guest services manager even arranged for a signed devil wears prada programme to be in the room for our daughter, such a thoughtful surprise. The staff are all very attentive and nothing's a bother. We would highly recommend and will be returning soon

First class customer service from the moment I arrived to when I departed next day. I had booked a cosy room which I had expected to be small cramped and like a broom cupboard, again a pleasant surprise and Ive stayed in smaller stander rooms before. Breakfast was good quality, fresh and tasty with plenty of options

The hotel itself, the rooms, the gorgeous bars and restaurant are all perfect but for me, the element that took it to the next level was the warmth of the people who work at the Bloomsbury. I was travelling solo for work and felt so welcomed and taken care of. Fenn in Guest Services reached out early on and I cannot express strongly enough how her response impressed me. She is a true professional and helped me both with my work and in making sure my stay as a solo guest was super comfortable. Fenn is a standout in a wider crew of outstanding people - the beaming doormen, the wonderful woman who runs the elegant Coral Room and the waiters there who show both exceptional professionalism and a knack for spotting a small touch that makes a guest feel special. My last solo stay in London was at a hotel where I felt like a number. What a difference at the Bloomsbury! I have already booked my next stay so my husband gets to experience the happiness.
- 248alend (8/5): Great location with professional service recovery - As a GHA Titanium member, it was disappointing that my status wasn't recognized at check-in. The initial room was also very loud, which didn't make for a great start. However, I have to say the situation was handled greatly once I escalated the issues. The staff stepped up and resolved everything professionally, which I appreciated. The rooms are very clean and the hotel definitely has the high-end vibe you expect from this property. The breakfast venue is very charming and a highlight of the stay. Ultimately, the location is the biggest selling point here—it is excellent and worth paying the extra premium just to be in this part of London. A solid stay once the initial hiccups were sorted.

- 197harjots (10/5): Amazing stay - Our room was quiet and well-kept, which made it easy to relax. We loved the turned down service and had a few cocktails in the Coral bar. I found the location to be spot on for getting around, but the staff were the real highlight of the stay. We felt well-looked after from the moment the doorman said hello to the time we had tea out on the terrace. The service was consistently professional, and the team really made an effort to make us feel welcome. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with great service.

- rachelgK6272WQ (10/5): A true gem in the heart of Bloomsbury - We had a lovely stay at The Bloomsbury Hotel and want to thank the team for making the visit so easy and pleasant for our family. Chloe at check in was very welcoming and kindly escorted us to the lift. She also gave our children books and a teddy bear which made their day and was such a thoughtful touch. Shortly after arriving we realised we had booked the wrong room while travelling with children. The team quickly helped change the room which made the whole experience far less stressful and we really appreciated how understanding and efficient everyone was. At check out Shannon was very friendly and attentive and even offered us water while we were getting ready to leave which was a lovely gesture. Thank you to the concierge team, especially Peter, for helping with our bags and making everything easy for us. A fantastic stay and we would definitely (happily) return.
- nataliepooch (2/5): A great space to relax and work - I stayed here recently and honestly my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. If I could rate the stay without the consideration of the service from the front desk, it would definitely be 4-5 stars. Unfortunately our experience was soured by Shannon at hosting stands. She was rather rude and unresponsive, which made checking in and getting information a hassle. That was a huge disappointment, especially when you’re just trying to get settled in after a long day. However, the rest of the staff were fantastic! The bellmen were super friendly and more helpful than reception. The rooms were really lovely, a great space to relax and work. We also really enjoyed the Coral bar, I thought the nuts/pretzels were an amazing touch. Location wise, it’s was very convenient if you need to travel round London for work.
