• luiscastillejo (4/5): Stay April May 2026 - Business Trip - First of all, I want to recognize the value of your staff. Very considerate and attentive to assist to the level of their capabilities. But, I must say that during my stay, I could not sleep comfortably at all. The room temperature was too high to be able to fall asleep (>26 Celcius). I shared my concern several times, despite the willingness to support by your staff, it was impossible to get a solution from the maintenance manager. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel to the colleagues visiting Buenos Aires, linked to an important project in the Country in the near future.

• BarryC11 (10/5): Perfectly located to explore Buenos Aires - Perfectly situated hotel in Buenos Aires within walking distance to many central places, including access to the Hop On Hop Off buses, which we used, and to the Casa Rosada. Room was very comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was plentiful. Special thank you to the receptionist whose name I didn't get (on duty on the evening of March 6th) who chased up our transfer to the Almacen Tango and Dinner show when it didn't arrive on time. I was most appreciative that they allowed me to go ahead and check in early after a long overnight flight. That was a big PLUS! Just a note to the elderly. There is a very steep set of stairs to navigate to enter the premises. Fortunately, I had some help checking in. When I checked out, they allowed me to exit through the restaurant which is at street level.

Walking distance to tourist sites such as Puerto Madero, Obelisk, Teatro Colon, etc. Staff were friendly. The main entrance has a number of steps which is inconvenient with luggage although a side entrance can be opened. Rooms vary. The one I had was small and dark, facing a side street. Single beds which were rather uncomfortable. Bathroom has no extraction fan and consumables not replenished daily. I found the room too dark and small, so consider a room facing the main road if you want to stay here. Underground station just outside the entrance and trains can be heard on the lower floors. Breakfast was ok. Didn’t have dinner as the restaurant was empty so I cannot comment on this. This wasn’t the best hotel for me as I think there were better options in the city but other guests seemed satisfied.

Alle Fragen wurden prompt geklärt. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und geräumig. Das Frühstück war gut. Obwohl wir Online eingecheckt hatten, mussten wir lange warten, um die Schlüsselkarte zu bekommen, da nur 1 Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war. Leider haben wir auch nicht das Zimmer in der 6. Etage bekommen, das wir online ausgewählt hatten. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde uns allerdings ein neues Zimmer auf der 7.Etage angeboten, das in Ordnung war.

• Haveyougotthemap (6/5): A very short stay. - Through no fault of the hotel, we only spent 14 hours here out of a booked 3 nights. We arrived mid evening. From the photographs you can see there are steep steps up to the lobby. These can be a problem if you are not directed to a side door round the corner. We weren't on arrival but were on departure. Once in the lobby, there is a lift to all floors. Overall the decor is dark both in the rooms & in the corridors. Rooms & bathrooms are of a decent size & layout. The restaurant is in the lobby, open until 10pm. Service was slow but we did get an edible meal. It was very quiet. Breakfast was also served here. Again, adequate but not outstanding. I can't comment on location as we did not have anytime to explore.

Kettle and coffee machine in room, with small selection of coffee pods and tea bags etc. More can be obtained from reception. Buffet (continental) breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice. Omelette made to order. Good location for many attractions. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Room was dark and dingy, toilet seat broken, Shower screen glass was all chipped and dangerous, Shower over bath, not good at all for people like me with restricted mobility. Asked to be moved but told only room was exactly same, fancy having two rooms with broken toilet seats etc. Next day, due to Lightening strike by Municipal workers we asked if we could check out late. Receptionist didn't realise we understood Spanish, one said we could stay until 5.00pm, other said no kick them out at 2,00pm. On arrival, you are faces with steps resembling the North Face of the Eiger, receptionist stood outside smoking so you have to enter through a fog of Nicotine. Apparently I agent requested this room, supposedly a superior room, well I guess it was superior to sleeping on the streets.

• Explorer67303195469 (6/5): Shout out for Jimena! - Well situated hotel for lots of tourist sites and brilliant for exploring Puerto Madera, the ecological reserve and the Rio Plato. A few gripes with design and staffing but service was generally good, especially Jimena in La Sagrada bar. She is an asset to the hotel - friendly, good at her job, patient and kind, even with - as we witnessed - difficult customers. It takes a really strong person to walk away upset, take a few breaths and return with a smile on their face. The world needs more Jimenas! We hope the hotel appreciates her as much as we did in our 4 night stay.

Reason for just 3 stars is that the bedrooms have limited space for suitcases etc. There is nowhere to put larger cases, especially if you have more than one. Also, on arrival no porter to help with cases, and there are steps up to the front entrance, although afterwards we discovered a side door. No towel rail by the sink, so hand towels stay damp! Rooms facing the main room are a little noisy.

I checked in on Monday and reported the issue to the front desk every single day, but nothing was done to fix it. It wasn’t until my last day — when I was already set to leave — that they finally offered to move me to another room. The location is good, but the service and overall experience were very disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

The food is good and the breakfast has a variety for different tastes. The exchange rate used by the hotel is a bit different from what was expected so whatch out on the currency you are booking.

Emmanuel at front desk was extremely helpful, funny, accessible. Waiter at breakfast insisted that we sit where it was convenient for him. 2 pods in room for coffee. Did not replace. Single robe for two people. Windows were minimal in older building. If you stay, dont miss Trade Sky Bar on the rooftop in the building next door - make reservation!

Had dinner one night, ordered steak and pasta and they were not good, steak has no taste and over cook, pasta with pesto sauce was horrible. We like the location of the hotel however, staffs were friendly and helpful.

• 149franciscoc (10/5): My happy place in Buenos Aires! - Stayed at NH Collection Buenos Aires Jousten in November 2025, and it quickly became my “go-to” place in the city. The building has that classic Buenos Aires charm on the outside, but inside, everything feels modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent if you want to be close to Microcentro and Puerto Madero, with easy access to the main sights, restaurants, and transportation. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out, and a big part of that is thanks to the hotel manager, Matías Villegas. He is not the kind of manager who stays hidden in an office. He was visible, approachable, and genuinely interested in how my stay was going. On more than one occasion, he checked in personally to make sure everything was in order, offered recommendations, and made me feel more like a valued guest than just another reservation. The room was exactly what a frequent traveler appreciates: a very comfortable bed, excellent blackout curtains, good soundproofing, fast Wi‑Fi, and enough space to both rest and work. Details like a well-designed desk area, good lighting, and a spotless bathroom made a real difference after long days in the city. Housekeeping was consistent and discreet, with everything perfectly clean and ready each day. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of fresh options and attentive staff who were neither intrusive nor pushy. The team in the restaurant and at the front desk reflected the same attitude as their manager: professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. It is clear that there is strong leadership behind the scenes, and it creates a very positive atmosphere for guests. • Delia (4/5): - Location welcoming staff Dirty shower head. Tv not working. Someone came diced out for 5 minutes then none else was available to fix it. Rude staff at 6pm and he was still on following morning.
• Raiza (9/5): - Very comfortable bed- nice shower- excellent breakfast Air conditioning in our room was not working properly- we had moved room twice and got upgraded to a room with proper air conditioning
