- Karoline (8/5): Sehr sauberes Hotel mit toller Lage direkt am Santa Monica Pier - Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Radiowecker mit USB Anschlüssen + Möglichkeit zum induktiven Laden. Stecker Adapter hier für mobile Geräte gar nicht nötig. Restaurant ist lecker, Frühstück bereits ab 06.00 Uhr morgens, sehr praktisch mit Jetlag. Valet-Parken funktioniert super und ist sehr komfortabel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Fußboden im Zimmer war bereits an einigen Stellen defekt und müsste erneuert werden. Das Programm des Hotels ist ab Nachmittag recht laut und auch auf dem Zimmer zu hören. Der Preis wird vor allem durch die gute Lage gerechtfertigt.

- Karolina (9/5): Perfect Stay by the Beach - Our stay at Shore Hotel was wonderful. The rooms were modern, very comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay truly relaxing. One of the best things about this hotel is its amazing location – just steps away from the beach, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful and added so much to our experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location. We will definitely come back!

- Julia (10/5): Hotel zum Abschalten - Super Hotel mit perfekter Lage. Bereits beim Check In wurden wir vom freundlichen Personal empfangen und haben einen Willkommensdrink bekommen. Unser Zimmer war super und wir hatten sogar Glück und haben ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick erhalten. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und das Zimmer war sauber. Die Größe des Zimmers war absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben außerdem den Room Service genutzt, welcher schnell war und das Essen war sehr lecker. Der Pool ist sauber und beheizt. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants erreichbar und auch der Strand liegt direkt vor der Tür. In wenigen Minuten ist auch der Santa Monica Pier mit dem Pacific Park erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und werden definitiv wieder buchen.

Disappointed in the bar staff - drink pours were very uneven and way too expensive. And they made no effort to clean up dishes at the pool from guests that left hours before.

From Tony, who helped us get our bags to the room, to Michael, who helped us with some events in Santa Monica, to even the house keeping, parking staff and maintenance teams, they all welcomed us to the hotel and thanked us for coming. We can’t think of a time we’ve had more seamless service. The bikes were a big plus and set the town for a wonderful stay.

El manejo del estacionamiento dado que cobraban por estacionar entre usd 20 y usd 25, más un extra de usd 30 por solicitar el automóvil, o sea, ocupar el vehículo. Lo que encuentro insólito, porque si uno arrienda un vehículo es para utilizarlo en una ciudad enorme. Además, hubo un día que hubo trabajos con taladros desde antes de las 08:00 hrs, despertando a todos los huéspedes. El WiFi lo cobraban, lo que me parece insólito en estos tiempos. Por otro lado, el Internet o señal propia no funcionaba en la habitación.

In particular, the front desk lady was not only pleasing to the eye but was also extremely competent, compassionate, and accommodating. I like the energy of the area. ROOMS are relatively SMALL but the staff made up for it by providing us with a microwave and a refrigerator when we request the both. STREET NOISE (MOTORCYCLES and other sports cars revving their engines, more quite common! Other than this, there was not much to dislike.

- Elise (10/5): We lived the vibes here, the bar had amazing drinks and we could walk anywhere! - Beautiful location right near the pier and beach. Amazing views, comfortable rooms and the staff is wonderful. It gets a little noisy late night due to being in the midst of city vibes.

- Kimberly (10/5): Great location directly across the beach, clean hotel, super friendly valet & front desk staff. - Great location - directly across the beach, hotel had a new/upgraded feel, upscale environment, rainshower in bathroom, robes, slippers, and very clean rooms. Parking fee ($60 plus tips)for in-and-out access per day - valet only.
