Shuttle was right on time depending on time table provided. Breakfast was awesome with lots of options and fresh pastries and omelets made to order. They graciously provided late check-out since we had a shorter stay.

Downfall is the very poor service around the pool ( where we spent our day ) . Constantly trying to track down a waiter to order a drink then it took over 30 min each time to come . And the pool area wasn’t even that busy . Also …. Every stop over hotel in Dubai iv stayed at ( and there have been many ) the bathroom facilities reflect the fact that people are needing to get changed there after spending time at the pool after check out and to get ready for the airport to go on shuttle . No shower gel , towels , blow dryer or anything. Very disappointing

- Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible stay - I made a reservation for 1 adult 2 children aged 11 and 9. We arrived late at night and upon check in discovered the room allocated only had 2 single beds. I asked for an additional bed to be put in the room and was told that there would be a charge of 100AED/night. I stated the booking was for 3 people and was told that only in cases where 2 adults are booked is an additional bed included and that in my case only a infant cot would be given as extra. My booking clearly stated the ages of my children and i asked why 3 people were being expected to share 2 single beds. The same answer was given to me. Staff were less than helpful and despite my upset and also highlighting the fact one of my children has additional needs, we were offered no extra bed space without paying a fee which i subsequently refused to do. It was an awful experience.

Excellent location The only thing that made my stay not very enjoyable was the air conditioning which was fixed at 20C, no matter what I did with the temperature panel. I called housekeeping around 2am. They sent a man, who closed most of the vents and said that that should increase the temperature a bit, but it didn't. So I ended up not being able to sleep because it was too cold When I told the receptionist at the check out, he just carried on with the check-out without any empathy, let alone apologize and offer anything for compensation

The pool is gorgeous and easy to spend time there. Several restaurants on site to choose from and the breakfast buffet had great options of all kinds.

But thats not an issue, the issue is that the room next door had more than 20 indians celebrating with extreme loud noise heard across the hotel till 5 am non-stop and staff seemed to be helpless as they couldn’t do anything about it
