Desde el momento del check-in, todo estuvo dispuesto para disfrutar una estadía increíble. Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, impecables y pensadas en cada detalle. La habitación fue inmejorable: muy confortable, elegante y con detalles únicos que realmente hacen honor a la categoría del hotel. La cama súper cómoda y el ambiente ideal para descansar y disfrutar. Quiero destacar especialmente la calidez y cordialidad de todo el equipo del hotel . Todos estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento, siempre con una sonrisa y predisposición para hacer la experiencia aún mejor. Realmente disfruté muchísimo la experiencia. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré claramente.

No esperas habitaciones modernas, televisión no smart, entonces no se puede poner música. La sauna espaciosa, pero no logra de calentarse bien. Para 70 grado necesita por lo menos una hora.

- ghaedo (10/5): La mejor estadía, en "casa", lejos de casa. - La ubicación del hotel es excelente para poder acceder a un montón de puntos turísticos que quería conocer, además de que me quedaba muy cerca del evento al que debía asistir. El personal te atiende con una calidad humana extraordinaria, siempre pendientes de mis pedidos (y eso que molesté bastante!) y con las mejores ganas. Pude disfrutar el desayuno antes de asistir al evento y, la verdad, quedé muy satisfecho por la variedad y calidad de los productos que ponen. La habitación que me tocó era muy grande, la cama super cómoda y es recomendable incluso para una larga estadía. Volveré pronto, ya que el personal del hotel te hace sentir como en casa cuando uno tiene que estar lejos de la propia. Todo estuvo EXCELENTE!

Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. La salle de bain est ridiculement petite. La piscine sur le toit guère plus grande. La vue du balcon est particulièrement moche.

The room showed clear signs of poor maintenance and lack of quality control: visible paint stains on the floor, improperly installed wallpaper, and overall careless finishing. The bathroom was notably outdated, with aging tiles and visible wear that suggest long-overdue renovation. The general level of upkeep does not align with what is internationally understood as 4 or 5 star quality. The bed was uncomfortable and the overall interior execution (curtains, materials, detailing) felt low-grade rather than premium. My early check-in request was declined, which is understandable operationally, but the handling felt procedural rather than service-oriented. At checkout, three or four small bottles of mineral water were charged at a ridiculous price. While minibar charges are standard practice, the pricing felt disproportionate to the overall quality delivered. No complimentary water was provided. Notably, there was no public response to this review. Instead, weeks later I was contacted via WhatsApp by a third party stating that management wished to speak with me. Constructive feedback is most valuable when addressed during the stay, not retroactively. For a property positioning itself in the upper segment of the market, significant improvements in maintenance standards, transparency, and service culture would be required to meet that expectation.

- Willem (9/5): Great value, nice location - When reviewing a hotel, I believe you must always look at the price you paid. That price was very low, hence my good review. Many things were good: pleasant and helpful personel, nice location, very large clean room, good-looking reception area. Once you leave the reception area, everything is quite old and in need of refurbishment. The room is old (but clean) and the pool area on the rooftop not very inviting (old). At the price paid however I cannot complain. It is definitely not really a five-star hotel anymore.

Le point fort, sans hésiter, c’est le personnel : super aimable, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider, on se sent bien accueilli dès le premier instant.

Definitely not a five star, we were in the diamond room but even then not clean, needs a big renovation. Badly designed bathrooms particularly toilets and small. Breakfast basic not good no daily variety same thing every day.
