Guest Reviews
- Payton (10/5): - The staff was so friendly and amazing
- Lorraine (8/5): - Location.
- Michael (4/5): Not worth it! - Very small room and really only good for 1 person. Location was pretty good as close to Metro. I would not stay here again not recommend it.
I am finding Hotel.com send to have several hotels that should not be rated as high as they are.
- Mary (10/5): - Lovely hotel and staff!
- Jorn (10/5): - Reception staff were extremely helpful when we required assistance with finding a doctor who came to our room for a consultation.
- Mary (10/5): - I will keep coming back to this hotel! It’s just perfect for my needs!
- CARLOS (10/5): - Check in staff very helpful. Knowledgeable about tourist attraction etc
- Arla May (6/5): - I knew the room would be small but it was even smaller than I thought, especially the bathroom. I asked for a room that was accessible by elevator because of my knee replacement but they gave me one that required walking up a lot of stairs. The shower door fell off and they said they would fix it but they didn't. But it was very clean and the staff were all really nice. The location was excellent.
- Silvana (10/5): - Excellent location, walking distance to main attractions.
Safe neighborhood, lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.
Room was very clean, modern and at a great price.
- Viraj (10/5): - Great
- Sherell (8/5): - It was a convenient location not to far from the metro station and the Eiffel Tower.
- Kaitlyn (8/5): - Room was clean and served its purpose. Great location — walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, with great local restaurants nearby.
- Gina Pierre-Antoine (8/5): - If you're looking for some common anenities found in the US like microwave, fridge, iron & board you won't find it there. Also their "shower curtain"which is a "glass door" like only closes half the length of the tub. No typical or full shower door. Beside that the room was clean, cozy, nice paris balcony view from room and bathroom. The staff was pleasant, friendly. The proximity to restaurant, shops, metro, AND the eiffel tour is AMAZING. You just need to step outside the front door and you'll see the eiffel tour. Great way to start and end the day. Choose what's more important to you. Oh by the way don't take their recommended taxi services. Its over priced. Front desk told me 40euro to gare du nord, but a previous taxi driver told me it should be 25-30euro. Once the driver dropped us off he said it's 45euro. So that was wrong. He was pleasant and offered to pick us back up. But when we got back and texted him he said he'll have someone else pick us up for 65euro. We found another way back to the hotel. Metro is 2.5euro and there are 2 stations nearby
- Raymond (10/5): - Great nice small hotel. I love this place. Will come back again. Great staff knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter loved the room. I love staying in the 15th arrondissement as it is. And staying in a nice hotel helps. Thanks!
- katra (6/5): - The property is nice and so are the stuff, but the entire hotel smells of cigarettes even my next door neighbour was coughing. The walls are so thin you can hear everything.
- Victoria (10/5): - The staff we're great, really friendly and helpful, hotel was lovely, clean and tidy. Walking distance to the eiffel tower and the siene river.
The hotel had a place for our stuff when we had a wait between checking out and checking in on the eurostar so we still had that day without worrying about luggage. Plenty of restaurants to eat near by and shops to buy snacks amd drinks etc. Will definitely book this hotel again!
- Brian (6/5): - This hotel is old and not great condition. The rooms are very small and the carpet is old and filthy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mary was a joy to talk to. Probably would not recommend this hotel other than the price.
- Michelle (10/5): - Excellent staff and location spot on
- Sagar (8/5): - Excellent location. Small rooms and bathrooms. Interior can be more pleasant. Staff works till 10pm only
- Khalid (10/5): - Very nice custmer service spacial 2 people need 5 stare EDVWIN AND KENETH very nice people thanks both of you
- Janice Y (8/5): - The Metro & Bus Stop are both across the street. Nice quiet & clean hotel. The rooms are small but they served their purpose. The WiFi worked great.
- Maria Zarina Mae (10/5): - The area was very close to transporty and attractions! Great staff!
- makayla (10/5): - Staff was so kind and the place was beautiful and in an amazing location.
- David (8/5): - Room are small but cozy
- Martin (8/5): - Nothing really bad to say. You get what you pay for.
- Matthew (10/5): - Lovely little hotel in a great location. I will definitely use this one again.
- Jana (10/5): - This property offers great value for budget conscious families or couples. Loved the proximity to shopping, metro, and bus station. Very easy walk to Eiffel Tower, we would stay here again. I will be recommending this place to my clients as well
- Carlos (10/5): - ‘
- Henrik (8/5): - As expected a hotel in the middle of Paris will be noisy. Lots of street noice early in the morning, delivery trucks right outside my window at 5:30 in the morning. Noice from plumbing and neighbouring rooms.
- Jeannette (10/5): - The hotel location is super convenient, with a 2 minute walk to the main road where you’ll find underground rail and bus stops, bakeries, restaurants, convenient stores, and pharmacies. A 7 minute walk brings you to a large mall filled with department stores/ shops. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and asked how our stay was at the end of our trip. The front desk carries a daily room cleaning checklist, and they encourage you inform them if you prefer room cleaning or not. The double twin room was spacious and comfortable, with adequate storage space and roomy bathroom. Although the hotel photos may show the twin beds side by side, there was enough space in the room to separate the beds. The AC worked well and saved us from the hot summer heat. We did not hear the neighbors, but did hear a slight noise of water pipes through the walls, but that didn’t bother us. Since the hotel is a short walk to many food options, we didn’t try the hotel breakfast. Overall, it was a nice, comfortable stay.
- Eleanor (10/5): - Brilliant location - right next to Charles Michels metro station and lovely Boulangeries, with the Eiffel tower visible from the street. Clean comfortable and friendly - highly recommend!
- Gina (10/5): - Very nice staff was was very clean.
- Grace (8/5): - This hotel room is really tiny room, comfortable bed, and great staff. 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower, near cafes, restaurants and mall.
- Terrance (8/5): - Nice place quiet breakfast no so good choices to pick from
- Lucia (10/5): - I really love it!! I’m planning going back next year believe I will be at the same hotel great staff excellent service staff welcoming me with smiles and kindness the hotel are always cleaning everything I sleep so good really enjoy shopping smal are block away restaurants
- Kankani Thanthiri Chathuri Bimalka (10/5): - Location is excellent. If you wish to take some steps to the Eiffel Tower this is a great option. Lots of dining options around. Cleanliness is maintaining daily.
- Aleem (10/5): - Close to everything
- Sassy (10/5): - Nice location
- Bharat (10/5): - The transportation services
- Ronda (10/5): - Accommodating staff and easy access to restaurants and grocery .
- Aniria (10/5): - Nice hotel near Eiffel tower, walkable, good restaurants and shopping near by.
- Jane (8/5): - Love this hotel because of its convenience. The staff was nice and helpful. If I come back Paris. This hotel must be top considering. Tres bien!
- Adam (8/5): - Room is a bit small but perfect otherwise! Staff was helpful and the location was great and convenient.
- Misty (8/5): - We had room 606 which gave us a view of the Eiffel Tower (lean out the balcony and look to the left). That was amazing!! Room was small and basic but that was ok - as that was expected in Paris. The bathroom was functional but could use an hook for the hand towel, we just draped it over the shower door. Ice was available in the breakfast area which we thoroughly enjoyed being it was over 80° during most of our stay. The bus and metro was very close and an added benefit as well! There was a small grocery store right across the street that was so convenient for snack and things. I would stay here again.
- Delia (10/5): - H
- Jessy Lee (10/5): - The hotel was very basic but clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was the location - 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, great bakeries next door, and extremely close to Metro and buses to get you everywhere else.
- Vane (10/5): Perfect stay - Room was very comfortable and it was cleaned every day while we were out.
Reception staff were always friendly and always greeted us when we were coming or leaving the hotel.
Metro line was literally across the street as well as the shops, Starbucks, McDonald’s.
- Lukas (10/5): - Great service and value
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was very cramped
Hard to get around in room
Bath rooms very small
- Helen (10/5): - I really did enjoy my stay here even though it was short. I had a small balcony which was great, however I didn't see the Eiffel tower from my room. I will be back for sure the area is super convenient and location is great! Great restaurants and things to do near by.
- Helen (10/5): - Good location. Free hot water/tea/coffee on ground floor. Basic and clean.
- Yesmarie (10/5): - Estaba limpio, acogedor y muy céntrico. Limpian y te cambias las toallas todos los días.
- Evan (10/5): - My favorite hotel in Paris. Amazing and affordable dining a walk away from the hotel, shopping mall and great views of the tower. Train station also close. Great staff, clean and like the fact there is a familiar Starbucks and McDonald’s if ever needed!
2nd time staying here, amazing
- michelle (8/5): - Polite staff
- Amanda (10/5): Great location & price - Good locatation plenty of things around .Greeted nicely & helped us on getting metro to montramare.Hotel room was small but i understand rooms in paris are.It was very hot but window did open .Lots of towels & free toiletries .Bed slightly hard in my opinion but we all have different taste. My only problem and was quite a big one is we were in room 501 ( if your offered that one refuse ) right next to a very noisy lift that went late into night & again early morning
- Kelly (6/5): Great location - Great location. But the hotel is very noisy at night and the beds are very solid which can be uncomfortable
- mine (8/5): - It was ok
- Verified traveler (8/5): - My stay was great, you get what you pay for and the staff was friendly when we interacted with them. Very close to the metro, the walls are thin but didn’t bother us much as we mainly was in the room to shower and sleep. Mini mart across the street and a strip round the corner full of shops, not a far walk from main attractions.
- Luc (6/5): - Well located. But Very small and ZERO sound proofing...
- Silvana (10/5): - Overall excellent hotel, great location near the metro and bus stations. Not that far from main attractions on public transportation. The area felt safe and has plenty of cafes and restaurants near by, also shopping options and supermarkets.
The only negative was the central heater at night, it did get warm so if you are sensitive to heat bring summer pajamas even if it is winter.
I recommended this hotel, great value for the price.
- Jacob (8/5): - good spot
- Ilayda (2/5): - .
- Azeem (2/5): - Very bad I didn’t got my blanket to sleep in a very cold weather I asked them multiple times and the person at counter doesn’t understand English and entire hotel doesn’t have one blanket
- John (10/5): - The staff where fantastic, very clean, great location and will always go back as liked staying here. Highly recommended and very reasonable prices for rooms.
- Caetano Alexandre (6/5): - Suitable for the price! The breakfast could be better!
- shannon (10/5): - Enjoyed our stay. The little coffee shop on the corner was a great place to start our mornings. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Very safe neighborhood. Walking - Twenty minutes from the Eiffel Tower, an hour and 20 give it take from the Louve, Notre Dame and shopping in the Marais area. Train and bus right by our place. So easy to hop on hop off to get around town. One day we used it all day due to the weather and it cost each of us a total of 7.50 EUROs. So super cheap.
- Maria (8/5): - Proximity to places if interest.
- Garth (8/5): - A good home base to explore Paris. Metro and bus stops were close by. Lots of boulangeries close by for a morning quiche or croissant. Hotel itself was decent (clean and helpful staff)
- Cherie (6/5): - The room I stayed in was quite small, and I was disappointed to find that the breakfast provided was limited to just bread a few items not really breakfast. I was also charged $50 for two days of breakfast, which seemed excessive considering the offerings.
Unfortunately, there was no explanation of the pricing at the front desk when I checked in, leaving me with an unexpected bill.
For the same amount, I could have had a much more substantial breakfast elsewhere, like in Paris, where the value was far greater. I would appreciate more transparency in pricing and perhaps some improvements to the breakfast selection especially for that insane price.
- Kiera (6/5): Wouldn’t return - room too small - Extremely small room for a couple. Very hot and air con didn’t work. Right next to lift which ran day and night so sleep wasn’t good. Staff helpful and location ok. Would I return? Probably not
- carlos (10/5): - great loacation
- Lizie (10/5): - It was amazing to stay.
- Lizie (10/5): - El área es muy segura, tienes muchas opciones para comer y moverte en metro.
- Laura (10/5): - The location was great- just across from the Place Michel metro, and the number 42 bus, on the same road and across the street from the hotel took us thru Paris- Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysee, Arc de Triumphe etc. we had a 4th floor room with a view of the street, large and clean, we could open the windows on the bedroom and bathroom! I'd really recommend this hotel
- Roshni (4/5): - The hotel was old, every time you went out and came back the room smelled bad. The app should hop on hop off bus was close by ... it was a 20 min walk... when you asked the staff anything they didn't know or didnt want to speak English.
- Rester (10/5): - Proximity and good service
- Gabriel (8/5): - Walls in the room are a bit thin, but otherwise, the hotel is good for short stays, and convenient for walking, shopping, and dining
- Gabriel (8/5): - Good location, nice area
- Jim (10/5): - We loved everything about this property - the location, cleanliness and comfort of the beds. It was surprising how well insulated from the street sounds we were, especially as our room was located street side and it was quite noisy when we opened the windows.
- Richard (10/5): - We stayed 7 nights in Oct 2024. We loved the location. Across the street from the Charles Michels Metro stop and busses, plus a Starbucks. The hotel was clean and had a friendly English speaking staff. I would definitely stay here again, if we come back to Paris.
- Margaret (10/5): Perfect location and everything you need. - Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome location. Definitely would stay here again. Quiet.
- Montgomery (8/5): - Location was within walking distance to Eiffel Tower
- Carol (10/5): - Very helpful staff.
- Jovanie (8/5): - Our stay was only for 1 night! Very small for two people, room cold due to windows being open by maid
- KASEY (10/5): - The staff was wonderful and helpful. The view is incredible and we loved the area.
- KASEY (10/5): - The staff was great!!!! We enjoyed the view from our room and just the location.
- Joseph (8/5): - Really nice hotel, exactly what you want. Perfect location and very nice staff
- Esther (10/5): - Starbucks and small grocery store across the street for all your needs. Metro also across the street. Food options all around and Monoprix down the street.
- Richard (10/5): - Very convenient.
- Derren (10/5): - 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, close to the Metro. Lots of food and shopping very close. The room is small but I’m not visiting Paris to stay in my room. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean, air conditioning worked. Would stay here again.
- Hector (10/5): - Room to small
- Mel (10/5): - Very nice hotel in very convenient location
- Mariana (10/5): - The accommodation was above satisfactory, and the location was convenient for public transportation and dining options. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. I intend to stay here again in the future.
- Janet (8/5): - Shame there wasn’t a kettle with tea/coffee in room.
- OOSHA (10/5): - Clean, quiet, many choices of restaurants, shopping area, walkable.
- Armen (8/5): - Property is perfectly situated for main attractions. Train station 30 seconds walk away. 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower.
Room clean and tidy, perfect base for a stay in Paris.
Nice area, bakery and shops walking distance. Staff friendly and English speaking. Would definitely recommend.
- John (10/5): - The rooms are small but the property is in a good location. The train is across the street and the Eiffel Tower and Statue of Liberty are within walking distance and other attractions are close as well
- Ernesto (4/5): Small world - Really small room and shower
- Marichu (10/5): - Great service and nice facilities
