- BD (10/5): Perfect Location, easy check-in, kind staff - Perfect location, extremely calm room, we heard no one in the hotel and thought we were alone until we’ve seen breakfast room full in the morning. Yes, it is self check-in/out, but there’s people in the morning and they’ve helped me to search my stuff (which later discovered that I’ve lost at the train station). Our friend’s room was much much bigger but we were happy with ours. Having water dispenser at lobby is a big plus. We’d return to this hotel - There was a 25 euro additional cost at the check-out, which we didn’t understand why. Booking com says it was only 215 euro but we paid 240. There were dark spots on the tissue dispenser. Other than that the room was very clean.

- Katalin (10/5): Spotless and comfy hotel - The hotel is centrally located, and the self-check-in process was very smooth and easy. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, offering a broad selection of options. Overall, it was a seamless and great experience for a staffless hotel, I would definitely return! The front door remained unlocked the entire time, meaning anyone could walk in off the street.. Because there are no staff on-site, having an open main entrance made me feel a bit unsafe.

- Maria (9/5): Super Lage, komfortabel - Sehr angenehmes Haus, das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut! Von vegan bis traditionell ist alles vorhanden. Im Sommer sollte man eher ein Zimmer zur Straße nehmen, wir waren im obersten Stock und die Wärmepumpe des Hauses daneben beschallt leider den gesamten Innenhof. Da es noch kalt war in der Nacht, war das für uns zwar kein Problem, aber im Sommer könnte das mühsam sein.

Und hat sich Zeit genommen. Nachts ist es recht laut durch die Straßenbahn, bzw. früh am Morgen. Man könnte vielleicht Hörschutz in die Zimmer legen oder drauf hinweisen.

Easy access to all directions, around the corner from several S-Bahn, tram and bus stations. Excellent breakfast. Possibility to leave luggage in the lockers in the lobby for free. I recommend dinner at the nearby Hackescher 1840 restaurant.

- Patrick (10/5): Tolle Lage am Hackescher Markt! - Die Lage des Hotels gleich um die Ecke vom Hackescher Markt ist phänomenal! Das Zimmer war mit "Blick" auf den Innenhof (schade), aber dafür sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist leider zu teuer. Es gibt viele gute Möglichkeiten in der Nähe, um ein Frühstück einzunehmen. Auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Lage vom Hotel ist top. Bad klein, aber ok. Alles so, wie beschrieben. Fön vorhanden, Bügeleisen ebenfalls. Frühstück nicht probiert, wir waren auswärts essen - sehr zu empfehlen das Café Spreegold :-) Nichts, wir kommen gern wieder
- Filippos (1/5): So bad... - Τιποτα. The room looked much bigger in the photos than it actually was. In reality, both the room and the bathroom were very small. There was no reception or on-site staff, which made our stay quite difficult. There was no one you could speak to in person if you needed help. We were told to call a German phone number, but either no one answered or the person who answered only spoke German, which made communication very hard. It is very unpleasant not to have any staff or even one person available to assist guests. We had booked our stay from February 6 to February 10. On February 6 and 7, Berlin airport was closed due to severe black ice, and all flights to Germany were canceled. Despite this extraordinary situation, the property still charged us for all the nights and refused to change our booking dates. We were forced to pay for two extra nights until February 12 and stayed in the same room, which clearly shows it was available. However, they did not adjust the original dates or offer even a small discount. When the airport is completely closed for two days and no flights are arriving or departing, how are tourists supposed to reach the hotel? A little understanding and flexibility would have been appreciated. Overall, very disappointing handling of the situation.
