- Ampai (2/5): - This was my first time staying at commerce and never again. I booked an excessive kind bed room and when I arrived at the hotel the staff had inform me that my room was not ready instead they have a two queen bedroom available. At first I did not have an issue with being given something I didn’t pay for nor did I want. I wanted the room that I had originally paid for. Anyways I go to my room comes to find out the room was dirty, old, unfriendly, broken TV the list goes on along. Then I had contacted front desk asking to be given the room I want fast forward I didn’t get what I paid for originally I did not want Felix I want excessive bathroom. Take for example if you had a customer who is handicap or disabled, and they had booked an excessive deluxe bedroom because they are handicap and is being told that it is unavailable at the moment. Where would that Customer stay? I believe that as a front desk or as a staff, you have to work as a team and work as a team meaning find a faster solution to solve the problem not just give up and give an ultimatum to the clientele saying that this is the room that we have and it and that they have to wait longer for the room that they paid for. I might just be a customer who just comes and stays at commerce not that often but I have stayed in plenty of hotels enough to know that I do not appreciate being put in a room that is unclean. TV is broken and staff service is just crappy. I do not know but I was not too happy with my stay.

Though it does have a few eating options and small shop and bar within it - reasonably priced. Pool is small and not the cleanest. Spa pool was out of order. The bathroom was spacious with a brand new vanity mirror with built in Bluetooth speakers (first time I ever saw that!). The room itself had a great view of LA and the TV was GIGANTIC. My only complaint is that the lobby set up is terrible. The front desk consists of 2 tiny podiums tucked far away. I had to walk circles around the sea of poker tables to find it. Also the self parking situation isn’t the best, but at least it was free!

Air condition in room had to be fixed second day in room and it still never worked properly throughout the stay. Not a very comfortable stay for my family.

The room was standard for an executive king...not sure if the bed was an actual king size. Hotel staff were great! Casino security decided to "randomly select" me to take a look inside my bag. I wasn't entering into the game floor, just walking by and somehow I was approached out of all the people.

- Priscilla (10/5): - I’ve stayed at the Commerce Casino Hotel a few times now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall vibe is really nice and relaxing. One of my favorite things is the players card perks — they’re actually really cool, and you don’t even need to gamble to enjoy them, which is a nice bonus. The staff is always friendly, and I have to give a shoutout to Abraham — he’s usually the one who helps me when I fly in late, and he’s always so welcoming and attentive. It really makes a difference after a long travel day. They also offer free valet when you stay, which is super convenient, plus there’s a spa and a restaurant on site which is perfect if you don’t want to leave the property. The only complaint I have is that the TVs don’t have Netflix or any streaming apps — that would be a great update. But overall, I really enjoy staying here and always look forward to coming back.

- Blake (2/5): - Had a rough experience, the staff tried to tell me we only reserved one bed (we reserved two), then acted like they were doing us a favor by giving us a roller bed. Our tv did not work, I told the front desk, they never came to fix it. We had a drunk smoking man in the elevator just in there, I also notified the staff they did not seem surprised.
- Wayne (8/5): - the size of the rooms were great and clean. wooden floors are a bit noisy when the upstairs people drop something. but other then that, good accomodations
