(Big Ben, Picadilly, Westminster usw.) Super Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Zimmer waren nicht riesig aber gut ausgestattet und es hat völlig genügt. Personal sehr freundlich Die Armaturen im Badezimmer waren schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Allgemein das Badezimmer. Schiebetüre der Badewanne war ausgeklinkt und schwer bedienbar. Haben es der Reception bekanntgegeben. Wurde zur Kenntnis genommen aber nicht wirklich gelöst. Am ersten Tag einige undefinierbare Flecken an den Wänden. Blick in den Innenhof nicht grade berauschend.

We received a complimentary room upgrade on check-in, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated as we were celebrating. The room was lovely, the staff were brilliant and the breakfast delicious! Location was perfect for us as we had booked tickets to the Tower of London, which is a stone's throw away. Our room even had views of the Thames, Shard & Tower Bridge. Honestly, loved everything. Could do with having cream cheese on the breakfast buffet to go with the bagels!
• Wes Howarth (4/5): Over priced, tired, and not really value for money, especially when compared to hotels within 350m - the bed and room were extremely comfortable and very quiet The hotel looked very tired and worn in the public spaces, the room was also leaning towards the tired side. The bathroom was about 20 years out of date, the shower was extremely difficult to get into being over a bath in an extremely small bathroom. The room air-conditioning didn't work properly. The food in the bar was overcooked, the burger particularly dry over done and £31 for a burger .... the food served on the street stall by the Tower of London was far better!

• ADRIAN (9/5): - Hôtel très bien situé, à 2 minutes à pied d'une station de métro ( Tower Hill). Tower Bridge et Tower of London à moins de 10 minutes de marche. Des petites" attentions" à l'arrivée : bouteilles d'eau, bouteille de vin, capsules de café, thé. Lits confortables. Salle de bain vétuste, robinet de la baignoire abîmé, serviettes pas propres la première nuit. Isolation phonique absente, on entend les bruits des voisins. Pas de vue vers Tower Bridge, comme était présenté sur les photos " Booking" .

The hotel and location is great, short walk to the tube, St Kathrine's docks with great restaurants, Tower of London across the road, with other good restaurants nearby. Only the weather, but thats beyond our control.

It also tied in nicely with the end of the river boat cruise which meant we could get the tube back to King’s Cross very easily! Perfect location! Could have done with a fridge in the room we could use that was separate to the mini bar as that was locked! I just wanted to keep my own water and some milk in the fridge

We had a Superior Room with 2 Queen Beds, the room was huge and had everything we needed. Great location with a tube stop next door. Extremely good value for money. I took my friend for her birthday and they left a card, bottle of wine, water and desserts in the room on arrival FOC. Bathroom needs updating, smells fishy in the lift corridor. The spa was very dated, pool was cold, steam room smelt like urine, sauna was no where near hot enough, other room wasn’t working. Staff member unhelpful on check in and mixed up our payment cards, one card charged full price of booking when it was already paid online but got it refunded quickly, other card charged £50 deposit incorrectly and took over 7 days to be refunded.

However, the cleaning of the room and the facilities in it are more than sufficient. A very good breakfast has been included. There are two hotels with the same ( or similar) name. Although they are cca 7 minutes by foot, it could be confusing to find the right one for the first time.
