- Andreas (9/5): Ruhig in in der Nähe des Vatikans. - Schöne Lage am Rande Roms. Ideal mit Hund da der Park Villa Doria Pamphili ganz in der Nähe ist. Obwohl mir Upgrades angeboten wurde, konnte ich es nicht buchen. Wegen des Hundes? Türoffner des Zimmer hatte einen Wackelkontakt, wir mussten dreimal zur Rezeption, damit wir ins Zimmer kamen.

- Bas (5/5): I have paid a fortune for an uncomfortable bed in a small room with a dirty and outdated bathroom - Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Also the location is very good. I have never experienced such uncomfortable beds in my entire life. Everyday I had to eat painkillers because of the back pain the bed caused. The rooms are very small and so is the bed. Additionally, the pool was closed for some unknown reason, yet it shows on all the pictures. There's mold in the shower and the entire bathroom is severely outdated.

Aspettative di gran lunga superate. Abbiamo ricevuto l’upgrade gratuito della camera con la possibilità di soggiornare nella Suite…un sogno! Pulizia impeccabile, personale di sala e reception cordiale e disponibile, colazione dolce e salata varia, completa, abbondante e di qualità, il parcheggio un must. Torneremo presto.

We arrived at the hotel a bit early and not only did they give us an early check in, they also upgraded us to a suite. Serena and Valentina were at the desk and they were super nice and competent. Easy access to bus into centre or 40 min walk to Vatican City. It was very hot in the room. We were told management were not allowing air-conditioning until May. The thermostat showed 27 degrees in the room.. We got a fan for the room to help sleeping, but still v hot. There were no drawers or shelving for clothes. We were staying for 6 days so had to live out of suitcases on the floor!

Degrees in the room. Reception was not helpful when I raised it and made me feel like I’m bothering her? Pool was dirty and closed, surrounding area poorly maintained and just outright sad. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch im weiteren Verlauf war das Personal wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfreich. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in Sachen Sauberkeit gab es rein gar nichts zu bemängeln. Der Pool war zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir da waren noch nicht geöffnet, machte aber ebenfalls einen sehr schönen Eindruck, so dass man sich sehr gut vorstellen, hier an heißeren Tagen zu entspannen. Das Frühstück war nahezu perfekt! Eines des besten, das wir je in einem Hotel bekommen haben! Nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing-Tag konnte man sich noch wunderbar mit einem Capuccino auf die Sonnenterasse setzen. Auch das Abendessen, das wir an einem Abend im Hotel zu uns genommen haben war sehr lecker. Das einzige was nicht ideal ist, ist die Lage. Zwar ist man mit dem Bus relativ schnell in der Stadt, aber die Busse fahren nicht immer planmäßig und sind gerade auf dem Weg zurück zum Hotel häufig auch sehr voll, so dass das hin und her pendeln doch lästig werden kann.

- Juul (10/5): Heel goed hotel op prima locatie en goede faciliteiten. - Goed hotel op loopafstand van Vaticaan en Rome Centrum, met parkeergelegenheid, mooie kamer, groot bed en prima badkamer. Heel goed ontbijt en aardig personeel. Zwembad en mooie tuin. Er is in de kamer erg weinig kastruimte, geen lades of planken om kleding etc. op te bergen. Voor 1-2 nachten geen probleem, maar als je er 4-5 nachten bent (zoals wij) is dat onhandig.

Struttura imponente un po' datata ma non manutenuta bene ,zona garage sporca .Bagni non pulitissimi .Confort del materasso cosi cosi (troppo morbido ) così come i cuscini .Colazione troppo dozzinale ..

- Angelinelli (9/5): Ottima riconferma - Pulizia struttura, personale gentile e professionale, camera con tutti i servizi compresi ottimo ristorante e colazione con ampia varietà di scelta. Struttura un po datata ma tenuta benissimo ed organizzata Unico neo la posizione che non è servita benissimo dai servizi di trasporto pubblico però la struttura ha una navetta.

La température du hall et du restaurant, nous étions obligés de manger avec un manteau. Beaucoup de plaques d'humidité au plafond des communs, de la salle de bains dues certainement à des fuites...

- Eugenio (8/5): Parcheggio comodo, camere piacevoli, rumori da migliorare. - Ho soggiornato 4 notti presso NH Roma Villa Carpegna e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva, tenendo conto del posizionamento più “economy” rispetto a NH Collection. Ottima la posizione, vicina all’ingresso del raccordo e a circa 5 km dalle mura vaticane. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito interno. Le camere premium sono ampie e offrono comfort extra come pantofole, accappatoio e un ottimo asciugacapelli. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una generale messa a punto, ma le camere risultano ristrutturate di recente, con un design minimale. Molto apprezzabile il servizio di pulizia e l’attenzione del personale: avevo dimenticato gli occhiali da sole e li hanno subito messi da parte con grande serietà. Letto molto confortevole, nel mio caso con materasso Simmons. Unico vero difetto comparato al rapporto qualità prezzo per notte, è stata l’insonorizzazione tra le camere, perché si sentivano gli altri ospiti nelle camere a fianco.

- ANA CLAUDIA (10/5): Uma boa noite de sono e um excelente café da manhã - O café da manhã é muito bem servido. Variado, saboroso e havia sempre um funcionário repondo os ítens. Os bolos eram bem saborosos e havia muita opção para todos. Gostei do fato de haver geléia sem açúcar, uma reocupação com os diabéticos. O quarto era espaçoso e havia chinelo e roupão para nós. Como foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel, já sabíamos como chegar até os pontos de Roma usando transporte público. Ponto de ônibus perto do hotel.
