The location is amazing - I could see Sultanahmet square and both Hagia Sophia and the Blue mosques from my room. But going up to the roof terrace was breathtaking- views across the river and 360 across the city and especially the mosques… so beautiful. The staff were lovely. And the price was great. I will definitely return and have already recommended it to friends.

• richcout (10/5): A decent hotel in the heart of Istanbul! - We stayed as a family for 2 nights at the start of our trip to Turkey and 1 night at the end. The hotel is centrally located near the prominent Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, and one of the hotel’s exits will lead right into the action in seconds. The nearest metro station is a few minutes’ walk and just 15 minutes’ walk to the Grand Bazaar. Serkan at the Front Desk was remarkable and allowed us early check-in. He also offered complimentary refreshments while the room was getting ready. The breakfast is served at the rooftop restaurant with a panoramic view of the world-famous landmarks and the Bosphorus. The breakfast had a good assortment, including scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, etc. I wish the restaurant could add local breakfast items like Menemen, etc., to promote Turkish cuisine and keep rotating the menu to make it interesting for long-stay guests. The standard room on the lower floor is basic. We were upgraded to a Deluxe Room on the higher floor for the last night, which I presume was refurbished recently and it’s stunning with a modern bathroom and a spacious balcony with mesmerizing views of the famous landmarks. Alesiya was kind and allowed late check-out. We had dinner at a restaurant Serkan had suggested and the food & ambience were incredible. Arda is a hard-working all-rounder who you can’t miss at the property because he is everywhere – serving at the restaurant, loading/unloading baggage, and room service. Overall, we had an amazing stay at the Armagrandi Spina Hotel and strongly recommend booking their Deluxe rooms.

• Rebecca (8/5): - This is a solid 3 star hotel. The room was recently remodeled and clean. The walls are thin, can hear traffic and other guests. There is only shampoo in the shower, no soap or conditioner. Free large bottle of water. If you are expecting a 4 or 5 star hotel, this isn't for you. We were very happy for a 3 star hotel that was clean and a 3-15 minute walk to a lot of sites. The staff was very friendly.

• catherineS966 (2/5): Don’t book - Do not book this hotel we booked this hotel for the 20th September 2024, because we were arriving early morning on the 21st and wanted to get a few hours sleep before we went site seeing, on arriving at the hotel there was a lot of shaking heads and strange looks, the so called premium room that we were giving was two single beds shoved together one was at least six inch higher no place to hang clothes and the wooden floor had gaps all over, when asked if we could get another room we were informed that the hotel was full, when we said we were leaving we were told you can’t leave you stayed last night and the room was ok, this is when we realised that they had given our room away no money back just about had to fight to leave shocking treatment, I have stayed all over in turkey never had an experience like it .

• Akhil (8/5): - Excellent stay, convenient location walkable to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Arasta Bazaar and lots of shops/restaurants. Grand Bazaar was 16 mins walk away. We would explore the city and come back in the afternoon to rest as it was so nearby. Great views from the breakfast terrace and staff very friendly. Only downsides were it was a bit noisy from the street outside and the prayer calls from the mosques, breakfast was same everyday and not enough cupboard space in the room. But I would happily stay again for the location and convenience

• Hiromi (8/5): - 早めの到着でしたが、アーリーチェックインの相談をしたところ、部屋が空いてたこともありOKしてもらえました！ おかげでゆっくり休憩でき、初日午後から周辺の観光をすることが出来ました。 ちなみに、エレベーターは3人でいっぱいぐらいの広さで、手動で外扉を開閉するスタイルです。 部屋は5階のベランダ付きのシービュー。（目の前に、というよりは少し遠くにボスポラス海峡が見えます） まわりに海鳥がたくさん飛んでるので、掃除のタイミングによっては、窓やベランダには鳥の「落とし物」が残っている場合もあります。 （でも、スタッフが毎日ちゃんと掃除してくれます） ベッドは2人で寝ても寝返りがうてるぐらいの充分なサイズでGOOD。 洗面台が横並びで2つ付いてたのは使い勝手がよかったです。 朝食は、6階にあるアヤソフィアとブルーモスク両方を見渡せる見晴らしのいいレストランでいただきました。 フルーツも新鮮で美味しかったです！ テラスからの眺めは最高で、ボスポラス海峡まで見渡せます。 （夜はライトアップされたアヤソフィアとブルーモスクも見渡せます） 主要な観光スポットが徒歩圏内にたくさんあるので、とてもおすすめなホテルです！ 何よりスタッフの方も明るく、顔を合わすたびに笑顔で話しかけてくれて、とても良い気分で毎日を過ごすことが出来ました！ありがとうございました！
• Mimount El (6/5): - De ligging is top ,alles op wandelsfstand . Onbijt met zicht op de blauwe moskee gewoon prachtig. Ontbijt was niet super maar gewoontjes. De kamer die we hadden was de premium voor 3 personen was veel te klein ...geen kastruimte..wel proper ...is max voor 2 personen ... De housekeeping stond om 8u aan de deur wat veel te vroeg is ...alle personeel was zeer vriendelijk behalve de man aan de receptie met lang haar, hij wilde ons steeds tours verkopen telkens als hij ons zag .was wel vervelend .
• Nenad (2/5): - Das Personal ist unprofessionell. Sie können kein Wort Deutsch reden. Sie konnte kaum Englisch reden, es war sehr schwer zu verstehen. Laut Website hat das Hotel 4 Sterne, was nicht mal 2 Sterne verdient hat. Es sah sehr nach einem privaten und sehr billigen Unterkunft aus. Man kann es überhaupt nicht mit dem Bildern auf der Website vergleichen. Wir hatten zusätzlich Frühstück gehabt. Das Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe. Das einzige was gut war, war die Lage des Hotels.
• Verified traveler (6/5): No way a 4 star hotel. - First issue i faced was that the hotel told me on arrival that the breakfast was not included. It took me a while to resolve the issue after showing the receipt i had. Small thing, but appreciate if they put a tooothpaste. Also, the most annoying thing was that the taxis were not allowed to enter the street where the hotel is. So had to drag all my bags uphill to the hotel. Finally, all the tours arranged by the hotel were very poor. Guide can hardly speak English.

Hotel is placed in the perfect location with great views of Hagia Sohia and the blue mosque, also have great views of the sea from the restaurant on the 6th floor. Overall my stay the the hotel for 5 nights was absolutely amazing.

Had lively breakfast at rooftop with 360 view including bosporus strait. Check in at 3 am with no problems. The staff were nice and also helped us booking taxy to the airport. Wanted to try pho at vietnamese restaurant at the top floot but no time. Definitlely will come back!

Prices were very reasonable for that location and the quality of the hotel. Breakfast was also great and delicious. The breakfast is on roof top and you can see around you all major attractions. There is a good clothes shop around this hotel with a good turkey quality fabric if you need to buy t-shirts or scarfs. Amazing view from the roof terrasse where traditional Turkish dishes where served for breakfast. We had a balcony facing the historic centre. The staff where very friendly and attentive. Some windows do not actually close; I guess do you can hear prayer. Used bottles of shampoo and gel in the shower. I do not recommend.

• Tran Thuy (8/5): - Perfect location! Right next to the blue Mosque and lots of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again!
• Verified traveler (4/5): Room not as pictured - The rooms and bathroom were not what the picture is shown here. The shower had a broken handle and very very small shower space. We chose this hotel because it had an elevator however the room we got did not have an elevator so our 2 elderly persons in our group struggled to go up and down everyday. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you as the daily prayers at night is LOUD. Breakfast was good. Rooftop view is beautiful. Did not like the receptionist guy asking where we are originally from and pushing us tour packages. The lady receptionist is very nice and kind.
• Elaine (6/5): - Very convenient location, breakfast was ok, great views from top terrace. Although room was nothing like pictured and wasn't cleaned very well, shower head holder was also broken. Staff were accommodating but a little overbearing trying to sell tours.
• Lisa (10/5): - Was close to sites to visit, shopping and dining. Place was clean and comfortable with very pleasant staff.
• Tajul (8/5): - Hotel was very good, the staff very friendly and helpful going above and beyond - needed a bigger baby cot due to reasons stated later and a larger baby cot was given 👍 warming up baby food and providing hot milk upon request 👍 proving details on excursions 👍 ensuring we had everything we need by asking us upon arrival👍 the view during breakfast is simply amazing🇹🇷☀️👍 However the hotel itself did have a few flaws, one being the hotel arm chair was broken and at first a small baby cot was given which was severely broken (had screws and nuts missing/loose), building works on our side of the hotel which meant we had to close our windows and drill noises came through which affected baby sleeping, this also was a privacy issue as there were men on the scaffolding right outside our window… Overall a very good hotel, the staff took care of myself and my little family which was most important and most of the negative stuff we’re out of anyone’s control, I recommend for sure if you are looking for somewhere near the main square and near both iconic mosques! 7/10!!
• terri1955_13 (10/5): Amazing stay - This is a great hotel. Excellent value for money. Perfect location within a short walk of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Lovely breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the city. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. I have never come across more friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I have to mention Cercon. He looked after our every need. He organised tours, advised us on where to eat, etc. Every time we came into the hotel Turkish tea appeared. I will always remember our staff here.
• Lynda (10/5): Great Hotel Near Blue Mosque - Excellent all the way around. Great location just minutes away from the Blue Mosque & Hagia Sophia in a safe & clean tourist district where most are fluent in English. Loys of shops & restaurants. Nice room, clean, great staff - helpful & friendly, amazing breakfast view & food. Would definitely stay again.
• Karen (8/5): room was ok but staff was amazing - not much to say but great location and staff and breakfast was incredible, room however was more like a 3 star but still I'll stay there again.
• janelK4587LZ (10/5): Good value with great location - Excellent location near the main tourist sites. Clean, good beds and showers with a lovely breakfast room on the roof with views of the blue mosque. Lift. Helpful and friendly staff. We would certainly recommend it
• Paul (10/5): Excellent break for disabled lady in the old city - My wife and I stayed in a disabled room in the hotel. The ramp from the car park was a bit of a challenge and the lift to the breakfast area was too small for a mobility scooter but the staff were all amazingly helpful and when the mobility scooter broke down, they fixed it. Fantastic. The location for all the old city sites is brilliant, just a short walk to everything. If you want to go further, the tram is not far away. The view from the breakfast area is brilliant - mosques, sea, sunshine. The same area is empty during the day for a quiet chill-out with a stunning view. At night it becomes a Vietnamese restaurant - top notch too. A quick shout-out to the hotel manager and to Tara (PR) for their exceptional service, but a big thank you to everyone there.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent customer service and very friendly front desk. We had some issues with our booked room but they did everything possible to resolve those issues and provided us with a good room option. Also, they were very helpful with advice and tour suggestions. And they let us check in earlier. However, there are some cons: - Noise isolation is very poor. - Breakfast is very average. - Rooms on the top floor are very old. These cons are only hotel-related issues and are not related to customer service at all. As I stated above, front desk employees were very professional, helpful, and friendly.
