- Ayane (3/5): - 朝食からのモスクの眺めは素晴らしい 立地がよく観光アクセスしやすい 5泊しましたが、非常に残念な滞在でした。 まず、客室は掲載写真と大きく異なり、かなり古く、清潔感にも欠けていました。カーペットやソファには目立つシミがあり、部屋も極端に狭く、スーツケースを広げるスペースすらありませんでした。 また、設備・清掃面にも多くの問題がありました。 ・ドアノブがぐらついており安全面に不安がある ・滞在中に複数回停電 ・シャワールームに扉がなく、使用すると床がびしょ濡れになる ・臭いが気になる ・テーブルが拭かれておらず、埃や液体汚れが残っていた ・5泊滞在したにもかかわらず、シーツ交換がされていないように感じた ・ティッシュ、スリッパの用意がなかった ・防音性が低く、深夜まで廊下の騒音が非常にうるさい さらに驚いたのは、タオルが補充されていなかったためフロントへ依頼したところ、破れた非常に古いタオルを渡されたことです。 また、清掃ボタンを押していないにもかかわらず、朝食中にスタッフが無断で入室していました。スーツケースを開けたまま外出していたため、大変不安な気持ちになりました。結果的に盗難はありませんでしたが、宿泊施設として信頼できる対応とは思えません。 これらについてフロントに相談しましたが、「一番安い部屋を予約している」と言われ、改善には追加料金が必要との対応でした。問題への向き合い方として非常に不誠実だと感じました。 その後、Booking.com のカスタマーサポートにも相談し、写真や詳細資料まで求められたため丁寧に提出しました。しかし、「現金返金やカード返金も検討可能」と案内された後、十分な説明もないまま一方的にトラベルポイント付与へ切り替えられ、返信も途絶えました。 ホテル・Booking.com双方ともに、問題解決より“早く案件を終わらせたい”姿勢が強く感じられ、非常に不信感が残りました。 掲載内容やレビュー評価だけを信じて予約するのはおすすめできません。写真をよく確認したうえで慎重に判断されることをおすすめします。

The location was excellent, and the breakfast restaurant had a superb view. We really enjoyed having breakfast there and did not even feel rushed to do other activities. The breakfast was also reasonably good. The room was fairly clean, but it still needs a bit more attention and improvement.

No colazione a buffet - Ci è piaciuto molto la vista dall'ultimo piano e la dimensione molto generosa della stanza che ci ha permesso di avere molto spazio e soprattutto la vicinanza con tutte le attrazioni. Ottima la pulizia di tutto l'hotel e la zona ben collegata. La colazione seppur servita dal personale cordiale dell' hotel è risultato carente di varietà nella scelta e non era a buffet.

Cuenta con unas vistas impresionantes desde el restaurante y desde algunas habitaciones. El desayuno es a la carta, pero puedes elegir lo que quieras y repetir. Schöner Ausblick vom Speisesaal. Schmutzig und abgewohnt. Es kam häufiger rostiges Wasser aus der Wasserleitung. Im Zimmer und vor allem in Badezimmern hat es modrig und nach Kanalisation gerochen. Das Frühstück war nicht hochwertig.

From the moment we walked in they were super helpful and made our stay very comfortable providing us with everything we needed in the hotel and local area and made it an incredible stay and experience. Would 100% go back and stay at the same hotel, location is perfect and very central so you can explore the heart of Istanbul in comfort with excellent hospitality. Breakfast was ok b²ut could have been better.

- Magaly (8/5): Verdiep 8 met uitzicht op zee was een absolute aanrader! - Het uitzicht was fenomenaal! Alleen daarvoor zou ik terug dit hotel boeken. Het is een goede lokatie, vlakbij de grand bazaar en tramhaltes. Nette buurt en vriendelijk personeel. Er was een vochtprobleem in de badkamer waardoor er een onaangename geur vrij kwam. Het ontbijt kon net iets beter, geen vers fruitsap en niets was er vers. Ook het brood was hard en niets was smaakvol.
- HOJUNG (9/5): 허니문 - 술탄아흐매트와 아야소피아, 톱카피 궁전이 근거리에 있어 도보로 이동하기 편했고, 조식당에서 보이는 보스포러스뷰 넘넘 이뻤습니다! 하수구 냄새가 난다는 후기가 있었는데, 냄새는 안났었고, 후기에서 봤던 조식종류는 많았는데, 생각보다 종류가 많지는 않아 조금 아쉬웠어요

- Andreea - Alexandra (10/5): Great stay in Istanbul, close to all attractions - The view from the hotel room was stunning and the staff really helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The first night I saw that the sink drain was a bit clogged but the next day they fixed it without me telling them anything.
