• Cemil (6/5): Konum ve temizlik iyi fakat, olanakları çok az. - Konumu çok iyiydi. Metro durağına çok yakın. Temizliği iyiydi. Etrafta evsizler vardı. Otelin önünde de oturuyorlar. Gece sesleri geliyordu. Oda çok küçük 2 kişi valizi zor açıyor. Yatak ve yastıklar konforsuz.

• Tracy (6/5): Nice place, disappointed at the homeless hanging about at the front door - Very central The homeless people hanging around outside the hotel most of the night shouting and, looking out the window to see them doing drugs on the pavement

• Claire (1/5): - The location only It has bed bugs. I was bit more than 35 times. The staff are rude and denied this, and only given a refund for 1 of the 2 nights stay. Hotel is tired and in need of revamp and care. There are distuptive homless people on the steps next to hotel which made my young daughter and I feel uneasy from the start. The front door seal to the hotel is grubby and needs fixing. One of the two lifts is out of order and in the working lift the floor is lifting and needs fixing. The stairs are no better and in need of cleaning and decorating and proper signage. The room is compact but has what is needed. The bathroom ceiling has black mould growing all over it, but the shower pressure is good. The sash windows do not stay open to allow air in. The air con does not work but fans were provided instead. The tv does not have any signal/arial, this was not reported at the time as discovered this too late into the night. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper as the noise from the road is very loud. This is not the hotels fault, but the fire alarm at the building next door was going off from 1am to 2am. Very disruptive. I would not have left this review if it wasnt for waking up covered in over 35 bed bug bites and shocking way the situation is being handled by the staff.

• Linda (9/5): Excellent location and great value for money. - Excellent location and great value for money. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Having a lift was a bonus when lugging suitcases!

Kerroksen huoneeseen ei kuulunut yhtään melua ulkoa (pyysin hiljaista huonetta). Sijainti hyvä Heathrowlta tullessa. Outernet ja British museum ihan vieressä, Chinatown lähellä. Naapurin oven avaus ja sulkeminen kuului todella pahasti meidän huoneeseen, eli äänieristys on heikko. Puhetta en kuitenkaan kuullut. Verhot olivat paksut ja sinänsä hyvät, mutta hieman liian lyhyet, joten aamulla tuli valoa.
• Assad (4/5): Will not rocommend it - Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The sound insulation is very poor, and it’s difficult to sleep because you can hear all the noise around the hotel at night. I was also surprised that guests have to pay an additional fee to store luggage after check-out, and the charge is per item, which becomes very expensive if you have a handbag and a carry-on suitcase — even more expensive than the lockers outside the hotel knowing that it’s writing that “luggage storage” is one of the facilities When I talked to the stuff about it he said this are the rules when it’s written no where, rules should be shared with the guests not with the staff. I had to pay luggage storage outside.

• Jonny (3/5): Do better. - The area is nice, it is located close to a lot of coffee shops, restaurants so it is situated in a nice area. You have the Tottenham court on the ground close by which can connect you to a lot of London Where to start? So firstly I find the key a problem to even open up the door. I got the key stuck in the door a couple of times. Do you ever think if it's a problem to change the locks? The area was very small. I didn't expect half a kitchen to be in my room in which the cooker doesn't work. The fridge hummed all night. Then you have the bathroom which is situated directly behind the bed in which a light was constantly on behind me. It did automatically go out at times and then automatically came back on. Then you have the bed which is facing the closet area for clothes you can't stand in front of the mirror to view how you look. The TV is on a lock so you can't actually go past 30 so it was very hard to actually hear the TV at times. Then have a hair dryer. The toilet seat also didn't fit the toilet too small. Also in the bathroom there must have been like a heated floor or something because in barefoot I couldn't even take the heat. It was just too well to stand. The shower takes about 5-10 minutes to warm up. There was a light switch directly above my bed. I was downstairs in the hotel right? Beside, I'm guessing either side is a storage room and some back passageway, I did see someone roughly 7:00 a.m. going outside and they were able to look into my window. I did look at the reception. It was very tiny. I didn't bother hanging around there. Out of the two elevators. One is working enough to fit. Probably two three people if you're lucky. For a tiny room it wasn't cheap. I know it's London but I expected it a little better. The bad was horrific. I couldn't get a good sleep and with the heat on top of that it was truly awful.

• Katherine (8/5): Weekend stay for a show - The hotel is in an excellent central location, room was tidy and clean and had everything we needed. There was no flooring down in the staircase, it seemed like they were busy renovating though.

• Stuart (5/5): Very average for the money paid. - The location is great. It’s quite scruffy inside, despite outward appearances, staircase being a major culprit. There is a rule that said no food in the room, which is disappointing as I enjoy bringing a takeaway to my room whenever I’ve been in London. I made other arrangements then followed a gentleman in who walked in with a Burger King unchallenged by the staff!

• Amanda (1/5): - We litterly made an error in booking and was at the hotel 5 minutes after the reservation was made as our previous booking had cancelled on us at the last minute so we were in a panic We had wrongly booked the monday instead of that night the saturday but the hotel would not refund us at their discretion as we had not paid the extra for the cancellation cover which we didn't think we would need to take out as we were making an immediate booking. We tried again to ask for a refund as they could see it was a genuine mistake but they said no we had to have given 4 days notice to make any changes for a refund.

• Matthew (6/5): Decent price for what it was. Great location and nice room but no bar or resteraunt facilities. - Nice room and clean inside, very basic in terms of facilities. Not much else to say. For the price Wasnt a bar in hotel or any real area to break.

Remote for tv either didn't work or was too complicated to operate. Did not discover this until I tuned in to watch the news in the morning but by then it was too late/not worth reporting to staff.

Very close to Soho Square and all the shops, bars, pubs and eateries in Soho. Very close location to the British museum. Room was a bit tired, bathroom would benefit from a deep clean. Some aggressive homeless people on a late (11.30pm) walk back to the hotel
