The hotel and rooms were a little small, but very space-efficient and filled with all of the amenities you'd need. The Club lounge staff was very friendly and helpful. The Publico restaurant is very pretty and a great place for breakfast buffet. A big thanks to everyone at the Club lounge, especially Edmund, Maya, Julie, Adi, and the friendly front desk staff.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the ClubIntercontinental benefits package that included breakfast, afternoon tea and nightly drinks and snacks. The service was exceptional, particularly Adi and Pauline and teammates Cluwie and Vivya. The related Publico Italian restaurant is now our favourite for the food and unbeaten service. Strongly recommended.

The Club Lounge Experience: The service in the Club Lounge was truly impeccable. We were made to feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. A huge thank you to Eswaran, Julie, Rodney, and Abigail for their warmth and attentive service—they truly anticipate every need. I also want to give a special shout-out to Chef Jason; the food was outstanding, and the Singapore Breakfast is a must-try! It was the perfect start to our days. Concierge Spotlight: Deborah I also have to highlight Deborah from the concierge team, who was an absolute lifesaver. I was trying to book a round of golf in Singapore and had no idea where to start. I reached out via the hotel’s WhatsApp channel and Deborah took charge. Despite how busy the local courses are, she spent a significant amount of time ringing around and managed to secure a tee time for just two players. There is simply no way I would have been able to play during this trip if it weren't for her persistence and "can-do" attitude. Final Verdict If you value personalized service and a team that goes above and beyond, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

How true this is without asking I don’t know The club room at the hotel was fantastic I think we had the best room 903 only a glimpse of water but at least a glimpse Afternoon tea was amazing it was like having hi tea every afternoon Canapés was ok Breakfast was good choose off menu Could have gone next door to publico but quieter and not as busy Probably more choices there but we liked the club A suggestion in the shower the shampoo/conditioner/soap placed too far away from shower you basically had to get out of shower and reach for them a better position would be
- Luane (10/5): Fantastic hotel - I had a fantastic stay at the InterContinental Singapore. The hotel is very well located, close to the city and surrounded by many restaurants (I highly recommend Publico), which made it a perfect base for exploring. The hotel itself is stunning, spotless, and very well maintained. The room was quiet, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I also want to highlight the staff, who were consistently kind, professional, and efficient throughout my stay. The only small detail I would mention is that the bed quilt felt too thin for me. Although Singapore is warm, the humidity makes air conditioning necessary, and I found it quite cold at night even with the AC set at 25°C. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return.
- DavidA200 (10/5): A good hotel in a great location - Stayed here for 2 nights in room 619. The room was compact but modern and well thought out. Through the entrance was an openness plan hanging space. The a sink plus toilet and a large walk in shower. On. First sight it was basically open plan but there were sliding doors to close off each part. From this led into the main area. This had a large double bed which was comfortable. It had good illiws and quality bedding. There was a a large tv, a kettle and coffee M/C with a selection of teas and coffees, plus glasses and a small fridge. There were two blinds at the large window which occupied most of the one wall facing outward. One blind enable light in without people being able to see whilst the other shut out any light. A bonus was the amount of lights from a main light, bedside lights, accent lights and a night light plus a clock with a cable free charging facility. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful and there was a selection of restaurants. My advice would be to book for dinner as they got busy. At least one had outside seating. The staff from the waiting staff, at the checking in desk, the concierge and other staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Excellent breakfast buffet, both European and Asian dishes....really good coffee. The rooms were up to date and were cleaned everyday. We were never bothered in our room and always came back from a day out...to find the room cleaned and room items (towels/toiletries) replenished. Didn't book the Club Lounge, as was out all day/every day so didn't think we would appreciate it enough. Hotel tailored more to the business/adults/couples end. Shout out to Gana......friendly front of house, always sorted our taxis. Highly recommended hotel.

What really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service, especially from Mr. Nicholas at the concierge. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. - A2047TJadrianb (10/5): Quietly understated luxury - IHG Robertson Wiay is one of those rare hotels that offer the perfect stay if you seek a quietly understated hideaway. We stayed in a river view room on the 10th floor that was well appointed but cosy not spacious with all amenities you will expect. Access to the Club Lounge for breakfast is unhurried and quiet with an outdoor area, we had daily afternoon tea and evening cocktails and canapes. The food is excellent, the staff polite and attentive always. We would stay here again and give a 9 out 10 for our experience. The only part we did not enjoy was the set menu food at the hotel restaurant Publico, less than average however the wait service here is again excellent. If you have the opportunity to stay here do so you wont be disapointed.

- ChazBNE (10/5): Greatly Exceeded Our Expectations - A FANTASTIC Stay - Our three‑night stay at InterContinental Robertson Quay from February 28th to March 3rd greatly exceeded my wife’s and my expectations, as detailed below. When we checked into the hotel around 9:00PM on Saturday evening, we were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner — and it only got better from there. Shortly after arriving in our room, I received the following WhatsApp message: “Welcome, Mr ______________. It is great to have you with us at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay. We trust your room is to your satisfaction.” And on Sunday morning: “Hello, Mr ______________, was the sleep quality last night up to standard and did the room meet your expectations when you arrived? We want to make sure everything in your room is working perfectly — is there anything we should fix or improve right away?” We had booked a Luxury Escapes package, which included an upgrade to a top‑floor room, and we were delighted to receive it. To our surprise and enjoyment, the welcome bottle of Champagne was actual Champagne - not Prosecco or sparkling wine as we expected, as is often the case on such packages. Thank you Luxury Escapes, and thank you InterContinental Robertson Quay! Though not large, our room was thoughtfully designed and very functional, with enough space to store our three suitcases neatly out of the way. The bed was firm, just as we prefer, and the soft pillows were so comfortable I was tempted to take one home - but resisted. From the filtered water system in each room; the full‑sized Byredo bath amenities (no more tiny plastic bottles); to the motion‑sensor lighting, the eco‑friendly touches at InterContinental Robertson Quay are outstanding. The hotel’s certification by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council reinforces that this property is a leader in eco‑conscious hospitality. What impressed us most, however, was the exceptional service from so many team members, especially those in the Club InterContinental Lounge, which we accessed daily through our Luxury Escapes package. Special thanks to Adi, who clearly runs a smooth and professional operation, supported ably by Pauline, Cluwie, and Leona, among others (far too many to remember by name). Farid, Inhee, and Dvin at the Front Desk were also extremely helpful in printing and copying documents we needed before boarding our cruise. Eunice, who handled most of my WhatsApp communication, was always quick to respond - far more promptly than was necessary or expected. Although I hold Lifetime Titanium Elite status with Marriott Bonvoy, which provides Executive Lounge access and other amenities, if my wife and I return to Singapore and can secure another Luxury Escapes package, we would most certainly choose to stay at InterContinental Robertson Quay again. Compliments to General Manager Ms Vasundhra Nasa and her team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel itself had small, though ample, rooms, and the pool is tiny. The staff treated us very well and the executive lounge was very nice. We definitely felt the hotel cared that we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Waiter Min went above and beyond serving drinks and food attentively throughout our stay. He also had a cheery disposition the whole time and made us feel most welcome knowing our names from arrival . Ganapathy G was very knowledgeable helping us plan our daily activities as concierge which was fabulous. He offered an itinerary for every day which was of great help
- 856rivkak (10/5): A Wonderful Business Travel Experience - We truly enjoy the excellent service we have received from Intercontinental hotels. We frequently reserve transportation and it is always nice to see again the pleasant drivers we have met before. This time was no exception as we both recognised one another. The check in was done at the Club Lounge by Jaycee who was extremely helpful and friendly. As always, the Club Lounge provides excellent service and is so accommodating. Everyone was most pleasant, we especially enjoyed getting to know Adi. We had a business dinner in the Lebanese restaurant at the hotel and the food was very good as well as the service. The manager was very nice and order the selection for us, we were not disappointed😊. We also were glad to meet Kavindraan Shanmugan (Vin) the manager, who welcomed us and stated the commitment of the hotel to provide the highest service. We enjoyed our 8 night business stay very much and did not encounter any problems whatsoever. Thank you very much Intercontinental Singapore.
- gwynnethv2020 (10/5): Comfortable stay - We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Robertson Quay. It is well located and we be loved that it wasn’t a really busy/hectic area. The staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly. The room was fairly spacious and well laid out with all the amenities one needed. Good breakfast at Publico restaurant.

- markshavaughn (10/5): Treated warmly & prefessionally - We couldn’t get into the Club lounge as it was full so the helpful staff moved us downstairs to Publico restaurant for our two hours of free flow drinks & canapés. While initially we were disappointed at not getting into the lounge, our mood quickly changed as the staff at Publico treated us like royalty, especially the wonderful Jaspreet who was professional, engaging and anticipated our every need for the full two hours and could not have made the experience any better. We will be back.

- X4228ADdaniellem (10/5): A very nice stay - We stayed at the Intercontinental Robertson Quay because of its location. It’s right near the river with lots of restaurants. You can walk the river to Clarks Quay. We stayed in a Club room so we could have access to the lounge where from 6-8 you have food and drinks available. The breakfast in the lounge is good but if you want more variety, go downstairs to Publico for breakfast as it has a large breakfast buffet. The pool is tucked away on the 4th floor. It was nice and quiet when we used it after dinner. I’m not sure if it was because we had a Club room but the hotel sent us a booklet with places that we could get a free app or 10% of restaurant bill if we showed them our room key. The room is smaller than some of the Coub rooms from other Intercontinentals but still nice. The AC works almost too good as it was always cold when we got in our room. I would definitely stay there again.

Lots of dining options and great Club Lounge headed by Adi and his team. The chef concierge, Deborah, is there to greet you and makes you feel at home.

We have enjoyed a pineapple juice which was so refreshing! And my friend enjoyed cafe latte, which was also good enough! We will come down to chill out there next time again!
- K1893EHjohnr (10/5): Great hotel in good location - We had a great stay. Hotel well located on Roberts Quay with plenty of local restaurants and bars. 15 min walk to Fort Canning MRT. If you want the best service make sure you book a Club Room where staff are lovely and attentive.
- Coastal17075515951 (10/5): Great hospitality at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay! - We stayed at this hotel for 3nights for a visit to our daughter now living in Singapore. Originally, we planned to have our daughter stay with us only 1 night, however, the staff at the reception (at check-in time) kindly proposed the upgraded room (Junior Suite) with an access to the Club Lounge (!!) for a whole 3nights stay. We enjoyed a lot the upgrade room, delicious foods presented at the club lounge, gym, pool, rental bicycle, and most importantly, the beautiful scenery along the river at Robertson Quay. It is my regret to know that the InterContinental at Bugis Junction is no longer IHG group hotels, however, I am very happy that I now found the new place to stay in Singapore, and I will definitely come back to the InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay again!
- suewT3123HH (8/5): Lovely staff - The staff were absolutely lovely. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Before booking, be aware the rooms are very small and the floor layout is not ideal. The bathroom is in the room and I didn't like the position of the toilet. I won't be rebooking due to this. Although the location was close to restaurants and the river, it was too far away from Marina Bay. We spent a lot of time and money catching taxis and public transport. And it is not close to a MRT station.

- Valentina (4/5): Problema di umiditá - L'hotel vanta una bellissima posizione Purtroppo la mia camera ha avuto un incredibile problema di umiditá 70% , anche se ho chiesto il deumidificatore il problema non si é risolto totalmente. Il sistema di aria condizionata non é intuitivo e si da fatica a spegnerlo, ho dovuto chiedere alla reception come fare. Era settato su 20 gradi e si gelava oltre a un ' umiditá spaventosa. Mi sono pentita di non aver chiesto subito di cambiare camera.
