Also, the 24/7 snack area was a great set-up for snacks after me and my friends got peckish all times of the day.

- Jason (10/5): - Very close to the hilton where I needed to go for the salsa congress and resturants if you want to take a walk outside the hotel. I ended up going to the brazilian restaurant on my last day and you can't beat all you can eat for $52. Overall stay was great. They clean your room daily. I would stay there again.

The issue I found was that I booked a double-bed room, but they tried to give me a King Bedroom, even thou I told the manager that we were 2. At first, they said the hotel was fully booked and that there were not 2 beds available, and the reason they changed my reservation from a 2 bed to a 1 bed was because they only saw 1 person's name on the reservation, and also added that because I did the reservation thru a third-party (Expedia) they did not see the type of room I booked.(???) They also charged me an extra $25 because I got there at 12:30 instead of 3:00PM, meaning they have to charge the early check-in fee, even thou I didn't see that fee stipulated anywhere during my reservation process, neither was visible stated at the counter. I found out about it when I got there. The cherry on top was that when I tried to turn-on the TV, guess what? Remote was bad, so I had to call for a replacement, and it took them over an hour to do so. I even had to called twice because of the delayed. Again, the hotel was beautiful but too many inconveniences. They messed up my reservation, and didn't have the decency to, at least, waived the early check-in fee??? Very disappointed to say the least.

This property is convenient to all of the places I need to go, and is clean and nicely maintained. I recommend the Rosen Center and Plaza if you have anything going on by the convention center.

- Daniel M. (10/5): Very nice hotel - The hotel is in a great location, close to a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. Keep in mind that Orlando is bustling with kids because of the local attractions, so if you are seeking a quiet/relaxing experience, you may be disappointed. Overall great hotel experience and I would definitely stay there again.
- Babak (2/5): - The hotel initially decided to put me on a level with all the high school kids from all around the state there for a competition. For some reason it made sense to the staff to put me between all these rooms full of kids running around and screaming and having fun. After the wake me up by being loud, I asked the staff and they moved me to a quiet level. It’s just very questionable to me as to why I was not put on a quiet level instead of the level full of kids. The rooms smelled musty and were pretty old. I am not sure why this place is so highly rated and expensive. The only positive was the location that is extremely convenient, right next to a bunch of restaurants.
