Molto buono il fatto di poter prendere anche acqua da bere (ci sono dei distributori di acqua aromatizzata vicino all’ascensore) in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Non usciva l’acqua calda. O usciva bollente o usciva fredda. Hanno un problema con il sistema idrico, gli stessi problemi che si possono riscontrare in una casa vecchia, ma non me lo aspetto da un hotel di questo calibro. Una volta non mi hanno rifatto la camera ma dopo essermi lamentata dopo qualche ora l’ho trovata fatta (era domenica).

With its location, beautiful design, spacious rooms, low-key vibe, and high level of comfort, it cannot be beat. I’d also like to call specific attention to Jo Kinsella, Guest Relations Manager, and her awesome team. They’re incredibly helpful and good a what they do, and are terrific folks as well.

- FussyGrl (10/5): Top Notch Hotel with Amazing Staff! - The other reviews are not wrong--this is a terrific hotel! I've stayed in a lot of other NYC hotels over the years, and this one is truly at the top of the list. The location is amazing--super close to everything and overlooking Bryant Park. I also loved my room. I booked a junior suite, and it was light-filled, spacious, clean, and comfortable. But the thing that really sets this hotel apart from other nice NYC hotels is the staff. They were welcoming and helpful down to a person. And they were not snobby--I'm not an influencer or anyone important, but they treated me like I was important to them. Hats off to this hotel and its amazing staff!
- 983carlenee (10/5): Should be a FIVE Star Hotel, hands down! - It’s Spring so the Bryant Park is coming into full bloom. Right across from the park is the Bryant Park Hotel. Upon arrival you are hit with a floral aroma which just sets the stage for opulence. I can’t leave out Todd, who makes you feel welcomed as he opens the main doors. He’s dressed professionally which sets the mood of luxury. I’ve been to many hotels and it seems that the relaxed look is common attire for the doorman and reception greeters. I’m more of the old fashion…..make me feel that I’m stepping into a place of class. You will feel that here at the Bryant Park Hotel. We were then greeted by John, the Front Office Director. Again, nothing but professionalism and warmth. I felt at ease. We were given our keys to what I can only describe as incredibly beautiful rooms. The rooms emitted light and space. The furniture was very well appointed. You can tell that details mattered when designing these rooms. The view of the park, nothing but spectacular. The bed was insanely comfortable. The bathrooms were made for the most discerning guests. From the tiling to the walk-in shower, need I mention it also had a sunken tub, to the amazing lighting for us women that need to see every angle of our carefully applied makeup. Yes, the bathroom had it all! lol To the person that manages this property …job well done!!

- ayishatun2020 (10/5): A++ every time we stay there - My company has been using the BPH as the travel hotel of choice for almost 2 years and with every stay I am always reminded how great of a decision I made to work with them. While I do understand the price may not work for some, I have realized you truly are paying for a quality stay! The rooms are cozy and comfortable, Koi has some of the best food I've ever eaten and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Matt and Brooke go out of their way to make everyone feel special there no matter what room you book and even Gaby from the Celon lounge makes sure you have great night and cocktail to unwind after a long day. Overall, highly recommend anyone who plans to be in NYC to stay here... I promise you will not regret it!

- rcbjnb (10/5): Wonderful Hotel with Lovely Service and a Great Location! - My young-adult daughter and I had a wonderful experience at the Bryant Park Hotel for a two-night mini-break in NYC during late April 2026. BPH is in a fantastic location, directly across the street from Bryant Park, behind the majestic NY Public Library on 5th Ave, and a short walk to the Times Square area. The reception manager and associates were all very friendly and welcoming, as well as efficient. Our two-queen bed room was on a high floor (16) and at the back of the hotel away from the street as requested. We had a corner room with good views of the interior of the block to the back and of the park to the side. The room was quiet, exceptionally clean, serenely decorated, and the beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a large/deep tub and separate shower and nice amenities. There's a lovely chic slightly Moroccan-feel lounge/bar in the basement. The bellman at our departure was especially helpful, loading our car with the stored luggage when it arrived back from valet parking, so that we were ready to go as soon as we returned from breakfast. One tip - if you valet park on the weekend, be aware that you need to allow 90 minutes to get your car back at departure - not a big deal but it requires planning. I will definitely stay at BPH again!

Everything else was fantastic, and I highly recommend. Will definitely stay again - great location for mid town. The smoked salmon bagel! Was poorly assembled and the salmon was mushy.

- normanp28 (10/5): Where to Start! - We have never really found “our hotel and neighborhood” in New York, until this trip. We booked the Bryant Park Hotel on the recommendation of a friend who lives in NYC, and it was exactly what we were looking for. First of all, the pricing was amazing for a New York hotel. But aside from that, the minute we walked into reception, we were greeted by Josephine and Shannon. I think check-in took about 30 minutes because we were having such a great time laughing and chatting. Josephine then walked us up to our room, which overlooked the park. We were hungry, and they suggested the restaurant in the hotel, Koi. Well, all I can say is that we ate there three times over the next four days. We are already rebooking for our next stay in August. Besides the incredible team at the hotel, the location is perfect. It is close to the hubbub of the theater district, but just far enough away to feel like a real neighborhood.

I can't imagine how our stay could have been made more enjoyable. The friendly staff exceeded our expectations is every facet of service. We notified staff prior of our estimated 1 pm arrival. Upon checking in we were told our room was ready, two hours prior to check in! No need to store our luggage and return at 3 pm. Thank you! It was especially appreciated to be greeted in the morning by the front desk staff as we headed out for our day of fun. We felt welcomed and appreciated. The room was quiet, clean, spacious and beautifully designed. The ambient lighting in the room, set a warm mood in the evening which enhanced a relaxing time after a busy day in the city. The king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well stocked. The spectacular view from the 15th floor of Bryant Park was enjoyed every day, throughout the day. The proximity of Bryant Park to the hotel added to what was a perfect vacation. You walk out of the front door of the Bryant Park Hotel and across the street to this calm green space of respite from the hectic pace of the city. Attentive landscaping was apparent in the hundreds of spring flowers blooming within the park. Also, fine dining and a delicious bakery are available on W 40 St, a very short walk from the hotel. Thank you to the staff of Bryant Park Hotel for helping make our vacation special and memorable. We look forward to our third stay at the Bryant Park Hotel

The subway was very close and had really good connections. The rooms were immaculate and well stocked and thoroughly cleaned daily Providing tea/coffee and muffins was a nice touch but i would have liked them to change the variety of muffins maybe every couple of days. i must also mention the reception staff who were very helpful especially Jo and Bk who were always on hand to give us tips and resolve any sightseeing issues we faced. You both truly make the hotel feel special. We would throughly recommend this hotel especially in view of its fantastic location in a lovely part of New York

- Mindwanderer (10/5): Well deserved excellent reputation that the team is working to keep - Just enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Bryant Park Hotel for a trip to NYC with kids. If you value location, room quality, and friendly & helpful staff, then you will enjoy this hotel. Feel free to call them when booking if you have any questions or room requests - and I bet you will find the team to be helpful from the start, as I did. Would definitely choose one of the Bryant Park view rooms (unless you are someone who just sleeps in the room and prefers the shades closed for most of your visit). The pictures on the hotel website are accurate regarding the rooms, and the quality of the furnishings excellent. I was especially impressed with the large bathroom with large (and very clean) tub and separate shower - both with some of the highest water pressures I've every enjoyed anywhere. The Molton Brown bath products were lovely. Every person we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, and happy to work on any request. We especially want to call out Scott and Jo at the front desk for being incredibly helpful and welcoming. Scott is a history buff too, and will tell you about the hotel's history if you ask! It is a 100-year old building and a gorgeous example of a bygone era of skyscrapers. Bryant Park itself is a real oasis in the city, with plentiful European style cafe seating and lots of space. I hear the Public Bathrooms there are the best in the city too (although I didn't try them, since we were staying right there). If the weather is nice, definitely spend some time in the park. Any drawbacks? The hotel does not have a large, grand lobby, and it lacks some of the over the top luxury of 5-star hotels (like no twice daily house-keeping). I think these are very minor drawbacks - and I would certainly visit here again on a future trip. Overall I would recommend this to friends and family without hesitation.

Our studio suite was upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was wonderful to have the extra space to enjoy with friends and family who were also staying at the hotel. The room was updated and spotless. All of the staff we encountered at the hotel were happy to assist with anything we needed. A great stay. We will be back!

- SED1996 (10/5): Our new favorite Midtown hotel - We've had many visits to the City but this was our first time staying at The Bryant Park Hotel and it will most certainly not be our last. I am so very glad we discovered it. The building is stunning and the location was ideal for our stay. We walked to Broadway shows, to Central Park, to West Village, to museums (MoMa and The Morgan) and to all of our meals (from Zucker's Bagels right around the corner to La Lanterna in Greenwich Village and Le Bonne Soupe in Midtown and many more in between). The rooms are very nice - ours had a gorgeous Park/NYPL view, the bed was great, the towels were soft, the sound machine worked like a charm, the black out shades were amazing, and the extra water bottles were a really nice perk. I highly recommend upgrading to a junior suite for the larger bed and bathroom, the cozy sitting area and the magnificent views from the numerous windows. We're anxious to come back and are already planning our next stay!

- U4772XEnickl (8/5): Good service and a truly unbeatable location - This hotel has an impeccable reputation on Tripadvisor. Many aspects are well-deserved: its location on the edge of Bryant Park is truly as impressive as any property in any global city, and the service provided — from the doormen to the front desk staff — was consistently friendly and professional. The accommodations are clean, functional, and tastefully renovated; pre-arrival requests were honoured; and the views from our park-view rooms did not disappoint (even with partial scaffolding in the way, which we were proactively notified of when booking). That said, there are some elements of the experience that fell short of the sky-high expectations set by the reviews on this platform, especially considering that rates for park-view rooms can bump up against those for base-level accommodations at the Four Seasons. The building is historic, but that also means that it’s old. Hot water can take multiple minutes to reach even the lower floors and the elevators are slower and cramped. The bright white walls of the refreshed rooms are already starting to show scuffs, and the 2000s-era bathroom appears to have received less attention than the rest of the room during recent renovations. The lobby area is also showing its age, with the faux red leather and dark walls coming across as more seedy than classy. Also disappointing: No water bottles pre-placed in the room, and a minibar that was fully at capacity with drinks for purchase. (It would have been nice to have some usable fridge space given the Whole Foods and various pastry shops within a 2 minute walk.) In fact, the entire minibar area of the room was packed with items for sale, which felt very nickle-and-dime-y and detracted from the upscale positioning of the hotel’s marketing. None of these are dealbreakers — especially if you aren’t comparing the Bryant Park Hotel to true luxury properties in the city (boutique or chain). But its worth going in clear-eyed about what this hotel is and isn’t given the hyperbolic nature of the reviews on this platform: it’s a very well-run boutique hotel with a near-perfect location, comfortable rooms, and very good staff. It’s nice, but not luxurious. I wouldn't say it's a particularly excellent value. It’s certainly not the single best hotel in NYC. But the overall package — again, that location! — will ultimately have you looking back fondly at your stay here. Location is as good as it gets , on Bryant Park , with easy access to Broadway , 5th Ave and subway stations on your doorstep. Plus great restaurants, coffee shops and deli’s as neighbours. Japanese restaurant within the hotel ( bit pricey I thought) and awesome bar and seating area downstairs which is vibey and enjoyable. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. With lovely view over Bryant Park ( worth booking a room with a view) , the rooms offer comfortable beds, lovely lighting and spacious full bathrooms. Housekeeping is outstanding, room seems to get serviced as soon as you leave , never had an issue . Everything is CLEAN with wooden floors such as bonus . Added touch of delicious coffee and muffins every morning in the foyer . Small but perfectly adequate gym . Very fairly priced ( by NY standards) for the quality on offer. - LivinDeutch (10/5): Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. - We had such a great stay at the Bryant Park Hotel over spring break. With so many choices, it can be overwhelming when choosing where to stay in NY, but I will definitely stay here again on a return trip. The room was very spacious for my family of 4, which includes our 2 teenage daughters, who hate sharing a room with mom and dad now. But we all had enough room to spread out and the bathroom was VERY spacious ... a must when you have teenagers. We requested a high floor room and had beautiful views, plus, there were only 3 other rooms on our floor, so this was probably one of the quietest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in! You didn't hear other people in the halls, doors slamming, or the elevator running. Location was perfect for our itinerary. Times Square was a quick, easy walk without having to deal with the crowds on the square. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to see, including Central Park and the Upper East/West side. There are multiple bagel/pastry shops to choose from to grab a bite on your way out for the day, or the hotel offers complimentary mini muffins and coffee/tea each morning. We ate at Koi, their on-site resturant for my birthday dinner and it was fabulous, and we also had drinks in their cool bar downstairs one night (where I also received a complimentary glass of champagne!). Overall, every staff member we encountered during our stay was gracious and helpful and I cannot recommend staying here enough.
- Sini (9/5): A great stay overall - The room was clean and had a great view overlooking Bryant Park. The AC worked well and was quiet. The blinds blocked the sunlight perfectly. The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of counter space. The bed was comfy. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, with several metro stations within easy walking distance of the hotel. The bathroom floor was very slippery when it got wet. The décor was nice and clean, but I would have preferred it to match the building a bit better, personally, it felt too modern.

We were celebrating a big anniversary and we were surprised with a bottle of bubbly and balloon welcoming us in our suite. Noise machine was an added plus as was the HUGE bathtub. Always nice to have good coffee in the room as well as in the lobby in the morning. Hope to be back again soon.

It was exceptional from top to bottom. The front desk was extremely helpful and kind, didn't get the guy's name who checked us in ( It was a very late international flight)but he was so nice and helpful. At check out Josephine was the absolute best. The Jr. suite overlooking the park did not disappoint. We were just on a stop- over so we only got to stay 2 nights, I never wanted to leave! We are already planning our next trip! Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom, great coffee! Everything was spotless and housekeeping was on top of it! A little more pricey than we are used to but well worth it! We also really loved the White Noise machine that was provided, wow! Even under some construction it was the best. Definitely a NYC game changer for us. Will definitely be back!

Every detail felt luxurious, from the Molton Brown bath products to the plush bathrobes, thick towels, and incredibly comfortable sheets and pillows. This with the newly installed windows did such an impressive job blocking outside noise that we hardly knew that we were in the city, except for the amazing cityscape views. The location is unbeatable—directly across from the iconic New York Public Library at Bryant Park, with easy access to subway lines and just a short cab ride to Moynihan Train Hall. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Guest Relations Manager, Jo Kinsella, and Guest Service Agent, Caoimhe Sweeney, who both went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, offering thoughtful recommendations and genuine hospitality. Their warmth and attentiveness perfectly reflect the spirit of the hotel. Every staff member we encountered demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and kindness. We can’t wait to return—this hotel is a true gem in the heart of New York City.

- robertfT7013RL (10/5): Snowstorm Outside, Five-Star Experience Inside! - From the moment we booked, the service was absolutely exceptional. Even before we arrived, the team reached out to ensure every detail of our stay was taken care of, which immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a perfect trip. Travelling during the NYC snowstorm could have been stressful, but the hotel handled everything seamlessly and made us feel completely at ease. A very special thank you to Jo, the Guest Relations Manager, who was truly outstanding. Jo went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, checking in thoughtfully throughout our stay. Shelton was equally fantastic — warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Both of them genuinely elevated our experience and made us feel valued as guests. The room itself (Junior suite #402) was newly renovated, beautifully designed, and spotless. What stood out most was how spacious it was — particularly impressive for a New York City hotel room. It felt luxurious yet comfortable, the perfect retreat after a snowy day in the city. To make our stay even more special, the team surprised me for my birthday with cupcakes, a thoughtful card, and a balloon waiting in the room — such a lovely and personal touch that meant so much. Despite the winter storm outside, our stay was flawless. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC.

- purplebozo (10/5): What a rare find! - Wonderful location, and the Bryant Park across the street is an added treasure. Excellent value for the suites that we had! Very roomy living room, very clean, a comfortable bed, very nice bathroom, and outside noise level? … almost none. The staff was kind, courteous, helpful, attentive…and there was a bottle of Prosecco with a happy birthday balloon waiting in our room! We have stayed in a lot of places in New York City, and this is definitely one of the best. We loved it and definitely will be back . My only suggestion is that for a longer stay than just a weekend, a small size refrigerator for outside snacks would be nice… maybe a small microwave for popcorn at night.

- dannytU5774JG (10/5): Hit it out of the (Bryant) Park - While our stay was very short, we found the hotel to be absolutely lovely, with a great location, beautiful rooms, and a friendly and helpful staff. If given the opportunity, we will happily stay here again.
- davidkB2277UE (10/5): Perfect Hotel near everything! - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel overlooking Bryant Park. We upgraded to the park view suite which was perfect for working as well as sleeping. Great bed and nice robes and the view is always interesting and fun. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in the doorman always helps with the big beautiful doors and the front desk folks all very helpful. Great location to so many coffee shops and restaurants and easy walk to almost everywhere.
- SFAdventurer (10/5): Fantastic stay at this beautiful gem! - I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms, with high ceilings and windows, are well appointed and spacious for New York. The bathroom is luxurious with a deep tub and nice amenities. I tried the restaurant Koi both for breakfast and dinner and it was very good. I also went to the lounge Celon to hear their featured jazz music, which is a really great plus. Another plus is the location— walking distance from two Broadway Plays that I was seeing, Grand Central Station, and great shops on 5th Avenue. But the most important thing I want to point out is the service. When I walked in John, the desk manager greeted me by name and was continually warm and helpful throughout my stay. I had one issue—the building was being renovated and my room was so loud in the afternoon because of jackhammers. This could have been a dealbreaker as I needed to do an important meeting in my room. I went to the desk to ask to change it and Siobhan, who I believe is the manager, guided me to a quiet place in the closed lounge. She brought me water, set me at a table with power for my computer, and offered to bring me anything. I needed. This extra service and attention is what made this hotel so special. Amy hotel can have a problem — it’s how the hotel deals with it that makes it spectacular. I don’t normally write long reviews, but this Hotel is deserved. I hope to stay here when I’m back in New York.

- Y8694WEdougk (10/5): Perfection - Everything about our week-long stay at the hotel (other than the freezing cold weather outside) was perfection. We stayed in a renovated park view studio suite and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the future. The room is bright with an amazing view of Bryant Park. The furnishings are beautiful with a super comfortable bed, working table (with the view), and everything running quietly (the heating system, mini-fridge, etc....(I'm sensitive to noises). Housekeeping did an outstanding job of making up our room and accomodating any requests. Mini-muffins greet you next to the elevator in the lobby in the morning. The Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel is great and one of the most happening restaurants you can imagine and the bar area downstairs in the hotel absolutely beautiful. Everyone who worked at the hotel who we met was incredibly lovely and helpful - from folks opening the doors to reception. It is just such a well-run hotel on every level. And the size of the hotel is perfect - not tiny and not institutional at all - just right. In fact, everything was right about the stay and can't wait to return.
