The bathroom also had holes in the wall from where a previously larger mirror had been replaced with a smaller one, (I’m guessing,) and the wall hadn’t been refinished. Not horrendous but for £250 per night it could have been much nicer.

• thengyeet (6/5): Disappointing - My husband and I checked into a 4-stars Hilton but only to be disappointed that the room and services are like budget hotel standards. The room is tiny by any 4-star standard compared to other parts of the world. Toilet is like a pigeon hole - one person access at a time. We asked for firmer pillows but didn’t get until 3rd attempt and still didn’t get firm pillows. Coffee and tea sachets didn’t get replenished. Closet is so tiny that we can hardly store our clothes and things. The saving grace is the convenience of the amenities - Hype Park, restaurants and supermarkets at Bayswater/Queensway and bus stops and Tube station at doorsteps.

• michelle (6/5): Not great really ?! - The breakfast was nice, good location as we have previously used the hotel before Unfortunately it took over 10mins to find our booking, the lady on reception needed to get her manager and even he struggled to find it even though I confirmed with email When we eventually got to the room it was clear they had been doing maintenance in there as silicone was finished off with tissues stuck to the walls and it really smelt of the stuff We had a shower before going out but needed to cut the shower short but to flooding - clear the drain was blocked

The location is perfect — right across the street from Hyde Park, close to Notting Hill and Kensington. There’s a tube station right around the corner. Everyone at the front desk staff was genuinely friendly and engaging. We loved Pravi and saw her every day of our stay. The rooms are small, but clean and have all the essentials. Coffee, tea, nice toiletries.

La colazione è a buffet, sia inglese che continentale, molto abbondante e lo staff di sala è gentilissimo. La mia camera era elegante, spaziosa e silenziosa. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La pulizia delle stanze potrebbe essere più accurata: non sempre puliscono il WC e riforniscono la carta igienica.
• LizR2276 (10/5): Great location and attentive staff - As we arrived we were greeted by Mohammad on reception, he was politely, friendly and engaging. My daughter had booked the stay as part of a Christmas, birthday & mothers day treat. He sorted us an upgraded room without being asked, giving us a lovely view over the park. Muhammad wished me a happy birthday and asked if I like prosecco. A few moments after arriving in our room there was a knock at the door and he had arranged a tray of prosecco, chocolates and a happy birthday from Hilton birthday card. What a lovely start to our stay. The hotel its self is in a great location and is beautifully decorated. It smells wonderful when you walk in and the rooms are perfectly set out.

Бронировал номер за дополнительную плату с видом на парк. Окна были такие грязные, что парка не видно, но зато хорошо слышно трассу перед парком. Окна должны пропускать свет и не пропускать звук. Тут всё наоборот: слышно улицу как будто спишь на улице, но не видно улицу.

• Luke (9/5): Clean, tidy and polite staff. - Room was nice, with good view. It was clean, and we were well catered to by staff. Staff were friendly and the bathroom was large. The bar areas was also lovely, and the barman was very nice. The only thing i would have to say is getting the air conditioning to work properly was a bit of pain, and the front lift wasnt working but I understand that these things happen and cannot be helped. The back lift was still working though!

We had a room overlooking the park which was very clean and comfortable and were pleased they'd accommodated our request for a bath. The staff were very friendly and the hotel has a really relaxing atmosphere. No issues with being too hot or cold and slept well in a proper double/queen bed (ie not 2 singles zipped together). Really handy location next to Queensway underground and literally across the road from Hyde Park so could have a walk before work.

We arrived needing rooms at the last minute, and Mr. Patel handled the situation with remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain our options and ensured we were able to secure rooms without any stress. When we later noticed that my grandparents’ room was significantly smaller than ours despite us having booked the same room size, Mr. Patel addressed our concerns promptly and respectfully. He updated their room and made sure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, he went above and beyond by assisting us with our luggage and consistently checking in to make sure all our needs were met. His calm, helpful attitude truly made a difference in our experience and made our stay far more comfortable and enjoyable. • Sidrah (3/5): Nice room but should I should not have been in the basement as this was a business trip - Located next to the tube station I was given a family room in the basement where I had no phone signal. I wasn’t happy with the room because the reason I chose Hilton Hyde park was for the views of Hyde park. Being stuck in the basement there were no views of the outside.
• Razi (7/5): It was good stay but not happy about the room service - The property was at a good location liked the surrounding. The cleaning was not up to date , the room was not getting cleaned even after we left the room to get cleaned.
• Ibrahim (10/5): We got the needed Summer RECREATION and Holiday adventure - The room was comfortable. The room location was good. Breakfast was nice but Diebetes patients should have more options on the buffet. Generally, the Hotel staff and services were excellent, in my view Nothing on the negative side. I love the Hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay especially with the Hyde Park garden and accessibility to various areas of interests, in particular, shopping areas
• Ranmini (5/5): I stayed only one day and it was ok. - Location was good, being right next to the gardens and subway. Room was very small. Hardly could fit in my bag without getting it in my way.
• Abbi (10/5): - right next door to station clean friendly staff decent size room (i paid for single room and was worried due to reviews but was the perfect size for one person and a short stay) comfortable
• Bader (1/5): - Nothing My stay at Hilton Hotel London Hyde Park was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The staff were completely uncooperative, and the manager’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional. Only one small lift was working, which caused constant delays and frustration. The room itself was unbearably noisy — we couldn’t sleep at all during our stay. It felt like being stuck in a construction site all night. I made multiple complaints through Booking.com, but I have yet to receive any proper response or resolution. This was supposed to be a pleasant trip to London, but the hotel ruined the experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere.
