- Lay Ngor (9/5): Comfort and clean room with nice KL City view - The room is spacious, with good view, nice design and super clean! The hotel location is inside the Midvalley mall, a very lively mall, which is very convenient for everything. The hotel interior also looks quite new, the shampoo smell very nice, and the water pressure is strong. The only weakness is the parking, as it is a lively mall, we may need to park quite far from the hotel entrance at mall basement. And night time may need to enter the parking lot from different entrance as all parking entrance already closed.

- Chan (5/5): Like the location and availability of many shops and restaurants. - I have stayed at the hotel for many years. It's my choice whenever I visit Malaysia. However, the facility is getting old, it needs to "update". At It's present condition, the cost is is a little too high. I might choose to stay in another location next trip. Hotel is getting old.

- Chan (8/5): Very Comfortable Hotel - Hotel ini connect dengan Mega Mall Mid Valley, dan bisa juga direct ke ISEC ( International Specialist Eye Centre ) dan I-Heal ( tempat medical check up ) yang masih 1 gedung dengan hotel ini. Ke pavillion juga cuman 20 menit naik grab. Saya senang dengan Staff nya, Bapak Ahmad, ibu Nurul dan yg lainnya hingga Bapak Concierge dan House Keeping pun sangat ramah. Saya akan balik menginap lagi. Terima kasih Cititel 👍 Selalu penuh Hotel ini, kadang susah dapat kamar di sini jika telat pesan

The window handle was broken, the cups with stains, bedsheets with dust and there’s mouldy smell on the walkway to room. Would appreciate if the hanger is detachable from the wardrobe so guest could hang wet clothing in the bathroom.

- Jeremy (3/5): Renovation disruption and poor wheelchair accessibility - Staffs were super friendly and professional. My dad had a knee surgery and needed wheelchair. The concierge was super helpful and very professional in helping my dad in and out of the taxi. The hotel was undergoing a major renovation at the time of our stay, with noise beginning early in the morning. Our standard room was too small to navigate comfortably with a wheelchair, so we requested a paid upgrade to a larger room. Unfortunately, none were available as two floors had been taken out of service due to the ongoing works. We had specifically chosen this hotel for its direct access to Mid Valley, but both connecting doors were unable to be propped open, making each entry and exit a significant challenge when managing a wheelchair.

- MASWANI (5/5): - senang connecting dengan mid valley mall. boleh tumpang letak dulu beg di concierge selepas check out untuk berjalan-jalan dulu di mall. dah buat remarks untuk connecting room with family view city. sampai bilik masih belum ready. dari jam 3 sampai jam 5 menunggu. akan inform once bilik dah ready , tapi tak de inform. until datang ke front desk, 1 bilik baru ready. sangat lama menunggu untuk check in.

- Evengeline (9/5): Highly Recommended place - Good price and very convenient to the places we wanted to go to (i.e. Midvalley and KL Sentral). Very good room with clean amenities. Didn't have hair conditioner. The bed mattress is a little too hard for my liking but still had good sleep.

The lack of it. My room had urine and had to change the room after I unpacked and got into the shower. The urine was on the toilet seat. The staff are not welcoming either. They avoid dealing with queries.
- Hato123 (10/5): 吉隆坡非常好的一次酒店體驗 - 這酒店就在商場裏面，我已來過吉隆坡很多次，吉隆坡的景點很多我都去過。我今次來吉隆坡是因為有事情要辦，這酒店距離最近的地鐵站(abdullah hukum) 約十分鐘, 全程行商場. 商場很大 這裏有很多餐廳 超市, 什麼都有, 我每天住得很開心, 又kl sentral過來坐地鐵 只需兩至三個 地鐵站, 或者 在kl sentral坐grab過來 都很近. 這酒店性價比也很高, 坐地鐵或grab 去市中心玩也很方便. 就是太方便 根本平時都不想週圍走 ，這裏什麼都有
- Marie (7/5): A bit disappointed. The location was great but the building works spoilt it all. - The location was great as it was connected to the Mid Valley Mega Mall & The Gardens. The building works from 9am to 5pm. There was no information about it. The noise stopped when I went to the hotel reception who just made excuses at first but did try to do something about it.

- Tan (9/5): The room & toilet very clean - The breakfast was also good with plenty of choices. However, the pancakes were a bit hard when eaten. It would be great if you could provide blueberry or strawberry jam to go with the pancakes. The room and toilet were clean, and the environment was comfortable. I had a good and restful sleep in such a clean conditions. and nice city view. It’s also convenient for shopping, as it’s easy to get to Mid Valley. The parking fee for staying at this hotel is very reasonable. I am very satisfied. The bathroom is a bit small, and it may feel uncomfortable to shower, especially for bigger-sized guests. The room is a bit small, but still manageable. I found small insects in the cup holder area and the wardrobe. I hope the management can look into and resolve this issue. thank you.

I requested if it is possible for them to move the bed a side so that I have space to put my luggage n space to pray. Amazing staff MS Nurul assisted me accordingly. Thank you.
