The hotel was also lovely and quiet which was most welcome at the end of the day. Breakfast on site was convenient and offered a good variety. The staff were always very professional, friendly and helpful. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

L’accueil, le personnel n’affichait jamais un sourire, non avenant. Notre dernier jour, pour le check out, je suis restée en face d’une hôtesse qui m’a complètement ignorée en continuant ses petites affaires. C’est un Monsieur qui semblait être un manager, qui est sorti d’un bureau et m’a demandé si on s’occupait de moi. Un manque total de professionnalisme à cette hôtesse d’accueil !!

Can use wilsons parking next door however they do not give a receipt 24 hr parking is 6.30 am start and not from check in time. Hotel promises to reimburse any amount over 55 dollars. Charge for overnite is 110 dollars.now have to send a copy of bank statement to prove payment by email to wilsons parking to get a receipt to now email to mantra to get 55.00 back..not happy..

I requested a late checkout 8 months in advance, and it was acknowledged at the time. However, on the day of my departure, I received a call asking when I would be leaving. It was frustrating to feel rushed despite having made prior arrangements. The communication between staff clearly needs improvement.

- Andrew (10/5): Great area fir staying - The place was close to walking to the cruise ship and the stay and breakfast wasg great and as for the room very tidy and clean.
- Jan (6/5): Did the job but not a memorable stay. - Choose the room on price and for access the next day to Circular Quay to catch the ferry. On a Sunday night there were hardly any restaurants or pubs or cafes open - the surrounding streets were very quiet and not very pleasant.

Stock war, war es so dunkel, dass man das Licht den ganzen Tag anhaben musste und der Balkon außer zum Rauchen nicht benutzbar war (sind Nichtrauer)

- Theresa (9/5): - The room was quite spacious and had a great partial view through to Darling harbour. just a short walk from Town hall station, and also just a short walk to darling harbour itself, so ideally located. The bed was a bit firmer than I am used to, but was not lumpy or anything, just really firm. I wasn't a fan of the shower over the bath, being on the older side I felt a bit unsure about getting in and out of the tub.
