The hotel has a beautiful large green area, amazing food, and breathtaking views that truly make you feel at home. Everything is close and convenient, making the stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the professional reception staff, especially Mr. Ender, ms Gulmira, and the entire team, who always go above and beyond to make our stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Es un lugar al que volvería con mi familia sin pensarlo dos veces, independientemente del precio, aunque debo decir que la relación calidad-precio en esta temporada fue sorprendentemente económica para todo lo que ofrecen. Lo que más destacaría: • Gastronomía y Detalles: El desayuno buffet es excelente; tiene una base muy sólida pero agradecí mucho que variaran opciones cada día. Un detalle que me voló la cabeza fue el café de máquina en el desayuno; es la primera vez que encuentro esta calidad en un buffet, donde lo habitual es el café destilado. • Servicio de Primera: El personal está altamente capacitado. Son increíblemente atentos, siempre pendientes de limpiar la mesa y renovar cubiertos.

Goodvariety of breakfast, dinner options were from the menu as it was a little quiet. The chef made everything fresh and there was a good variety of food to choose from which was delicious. We cant find anything to complain about really.

- Mehran (1/5): - There is nothing to like about this hotel Bad service and very late ordering I waited 2 and a half hours in the lobby to get my room I went to the lobby 6 times to get a baby bed because the phone in the room was broken and no one came to fix it One star is too much for this hotel and this management
- Alghazou (7/5): It was good - I liked was the sea-view rooms and the location. I didn’t like the cleanliness of the room floors; they weren’t very clean. The beach is clean, but in some areas it’s not very clean. Also, there are no outdoor seating areas other than the restaurants. You should add outdoor seating for people who don’t want to sit in the restaurants.

- sharonjf2022 (10/5): Excellent service friendly staff - We have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and wanted to pass on our praise and thanks to all the staff The staff from all departments really made sure we had a great time and the challenges posed following the outbreak of trouble were dealt with efficiently. We found genuine wish to please and enjoyed the way everyone went above and beyond from the staff in club lounge ,pool attendants pool bar servers. We went to Bliss Bar after dinner each evening and were welcomed by name and remembrance of our usual drinks. Finally the star of our stay was our friend Demi who remembered us from last visit 4 years ago and made us feel very valued honoured guests.

- Kelly (7/5): Geen 5 sterren waard - Onze comfortabele kamer was al ‘s middags klaar zodat we onmiddellijk konden inchecken. Kamers zijn gerenoveerd en mooi en je krijgt gratis water en een plastic strandtas om te gebruiken. Sommige medewerkers zoals aan de deur en het ontbijt zijn enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam, andere enorm ongeïnteresseerd. Dit hotel geboekt ipv Le royal meridien omdat ik las over luidruchtige bouwwerken daar. Helaas waren ook naast het Sheraton twee bouwwerven, met gehamer en geklop. Gelukkig hoorde je in het hotel niks, maar dus wel op het strand. Zelfs met noise cancelling oortjes bleef het vervelend. Na aankomst wilden we naar het strand maar daar waren alle bedjes en parasols ingenomen. We werden naar het zwembad gestuurd: ook hier alle ligbedjes bezet. We installeerden ons in een soort cabana. Na een half uurtje werden we hier kortaf uitgezet door een medewerker want blijkbaar moest hier extra voor betaald worden (Hang hier dan een bordje!). De enige optie was om ons te installeren op een schrale weide tussen zwembad en strand in met zicht op de bouwwerf. Club formule is z’n geld niet waard: wij stonden eerst minutenlang te draaien terwijl medewerkers wat stonden te kletsen. Het aanbod was vooral saladebuffet en niet smakelijke gerechten in warmhoudbakken. Cocktails is enkel ‘als er tijd voor is’. Vooral de service in het hotel is niet die van een vijf sterren hotel: je zoekt het zelf maar uit, zowel op het strand, aan het zwembad als in de club lounge.
