По стоимости очень доступно, и в самом центре, завтрак хороший!!! Все комнаты большие по размерам и матрас удобный, ванная комната просторная, полотенца и постель меняли ежедневно, все ванные принадлежности пополняли также ежедневно!!! Нам очень понравилось!!! Чуть старовата мебель, но это ничего страшного.

- Martina (6/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hat dadurch viel Platz geboten. Das Hotel liegt zentral und man ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten an der Rambla. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Leider haben wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten und ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hinterhof bekommen. Auf der Rückseite des Hotels befinden sich diverse Klimaanlagen, die für geräuschempfindliche Menschen nicht schön sind. Nachts haben wir das Fenster deshalb nicht öffnen können. Leider war die Dachterrasse während unseres Aufenthaltes aufgrund von Bauarbeiten nicht zugänglich.

I also liked that they provide some toiletries in the room: shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, toothbrush, razor, etc. The room was quite small and had a view of the wall of another building. But apart from that, everything was fine.

However, the bathroom was dated, the shower door was off the hinges and very flimsy, the drain was clogged and would cause the water from the shower to leak on to the main bathroom floor and the drain would not catch it. Overall, the hotel would need some renovations IMO.

Beaucoup d' endroits autour de l'hôtel pour le petit déjeuner ou brunch. Quartier calme et qui ne craint pas le soir. Le personnel est très agréable et très serviable. La literie était correcte. La propreté de la chambre, chips sous le meuble TV. Beaucoup de poussière sous le lit. Salle de bains pas très bien nettoyée ( cheveux ...) , les joints de la baignoire étaient moisis. La baignoire spa ne fonctionnait pas. Ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles dommage car beaucoup de potentiel.

- Huixin (5/5): - The room was nice, location was also very nice I booked one room without breakfast for one person, and my friend decided to join me last minute, the reception charged me more than 120 euro for two nights just for citi tax and changed the from one person to two person for the exact same room. Was not expecting this kind of fraud from a four star hotel.

Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est généreux et diversifié , le personnel aux petits soins. enfin Hébergement et service de haute classe... je le recommande 😍

- Kevin (10/5): Un bel hôtel très bien situé ! - L'hôtel est sublime, le personnel très sympathique. La chambre était propre, les services proposés à la hauteur de mes attentes. L'emplacement est parfait, que vous souhaitiez flâner, faire du shopping sur la place de Catalunya, visiter la Sagrada Familia ou l'Arc de Triumph, vous y êtes en une dizaine de minutes à pieds. Je recommande fortement pour vos voyages !

- אריאל קלפנר (8/5): בסך הכל אהבנו את המלון ובמיוחד את המיקום הנהדר. - גודל החדר, החדר גדול מאוד ומרווח קיבלתי חדר משפחתי שמתאים לשלושה אנשים. התאורה בחדר, כמות הטלוויזיות בחדר, הנוחות של המיטות. הקרבה לכיכר קאטלוניה ולכל מקום בעיר. המסעדות בקרבת המלון, המיקום של המלון מושלם נהדר בלב ליבה של ברצלונה מרחק של 2 דקות הליכה מכיכר קאטלוניה, מהבית של גאודי, מאזורי קניות. המזגן בחדר היה נוראי, כל פעם היה נכבה והיה צריך לקום ולהדליק אותו בלילה אתה צריך לקום שלוש פעמים כדי להדליק את המזגן למרות שפנינו מספר פעמים לצוות של המלון זה לא סודר ולא טופל. המחיר של החניה מופרז, החניה היא בחניון ציבורי שיש למלון הסדר איתו, אומנם החניה קרובה למלון אך היא יקרה מאוד מאוד. בנוסף אף אחד מעובדי המלון לא יודע להסביר איך ניתן להגיע במדויק למתחם החניה של המלון ואם יש כזה בכלל מצאנו את עצמנו חונים בחניון ענק ולא יודעים אף פעם אם אנחנו יוצאים למקום הנכון הקרוב למלון. כל נושא החנייה הוא מאוד בעייתי.
